The real betrayal, if the ten year plan is true, is that millions of lives are being cynically controlled. Not by Jehovah, but by a PR firm deciding which fundamental beliefs remain and which have to change to maintain organisational stability and relevance in the 21st century. We also discuss the role of the Hospital Liaison Committees now, with some difference of opinion on their previous usefulness, whether JWs still need blood cards, whether in fact most JWs will continue to refuse blood out of ignorance of their own doctrine, any why this doctrinal change may in fact continue to be the cause of deaths in middle and low income countries.

We also hear about Adam's cycling shorts, Louise's skirt and a brother who lost privileges until he could afford new tyres on his car. What happens when someone is stumbled? We're not entirely certain, but we know its not the little trip or fall that Jessie May describes. Who is blood guilty? Well not Adam and Steph because they told all their primary school friends that all the other 6 year olds were going to die at Armageddon. To contact us please email: [email protected] We will respect your anonymity. There are book, film and documentary recommendations in this episode that are entertaining and enlightening, including one ex JW who inadvertently managed to get the governing body to lie on TV and also make a blatant attempt to hide the shunning policy to non Jehovah's Witnesses by withdrawing their internal propaganda videos. We also hear how Steph also extracted an explanation from some Jehovah's Witnesses regarding the changed blood policy, which seems to be disingenuous at best, and another blatant lie at worst. Also of note, is that blood transfusions have long been allowed for Jehovahs Witnesses in Bulgaria, because the country would have removed its charitable status. https://jz.help/en/jehovahs-witnesses-and-the-bulgaria-agreement/  To contact us please email: [email protected] We will respect your anonymity.
