Ep 80: We Told Our Kids We’re Swingers… and They Had Questions
2026/10/21
What happens when you finally sit down with your adult children and talk openly about swinging…and sex? Zack and Josie invited their daughters into a conversation they’d never had before, answering their questions, asking a few of their own, and tackling questions submitted by listeners in the Two Plus Two Podcast group on Peaches’nCream.
With a family history personally impacted by the lifestyle, the conversation goes deeper than curiosity. The girls share what they believed about swinging, what they knew about their parents’ past, and why they were surprised Zack and Josie chose to return to the lifestyle after how badly things went the first time. Together, they unpack how age, openness, and the strength of Zack and Josie’s relationship have changed the way the girls see it today.
Everyone walks away having learned something new, proving it’s never too late to have an honest conversation. For parents with adult children who are navigating the same question of whether to open up about the lifestyle, this episode offers a candid look at the possibilities on the other side of that conversation.

Ep 79: Do Women Want It as Much as Men? Gender, Sex & the Lifestyle
2026/10/07
Do women really want sex as much as men? Or have men and women been taught to think about sex so differently that we never really question the assumptions behind that question?
Zack and Josie take a surprisingly deep dive into the gender-specific messages they received growing up and discover how those messages may still be shaping their experiences in the lifestyle today. Girls are taught that boys just want sex and will do anything to get it—and that it's their job to protect themselves and not “give it up.” Boys, meanwhile, are taught that wanting sex is natural and that they have to “get it” from girls.
That creates a fundamental imbalance: one gender is taught to pursue sex while the other is taught to control access to it. And those messages don't necessarily disappear when people enter a committed relationship—or even when they enter the lifestyle.
Zack and Josie explore how those early lessons, along with the messages reinforced by television, movies and popular culture, can create expectations that men will always want sex and women won't. But what happens when you build a sexual relationship on that assumption?
As they challenge their own beliefs, Zack and Josie realize they may experience and think about sex very differently—not simply because they're a man and a woman, but because they were programmed with very different ideas about what sex means, who should want it, who should initiate it and what it says about you when you do.
The conversation gets raw, personal and unexpectedly revealing, with plenty of “aha” moments for both hosts. More importantly, they come away with new perspectives that could help them—and other couples—approach the lifestyle with more understanding, excitement, fulfillment and perhaps even more success.
If you've ever wondered why you and your partner seem to experience desire differently, this conversation may give you a completely different way to look at it—and help you understand what your partner may be thinking but never quite saying.

Ep 78: How to Get Your Wife Into Swinging (Without Getting Divorced)
2026/09/23
What happens when one partner wants to explore the lifestyle and the other is a “hell no!”? In this entertaining and candid conversation, Zack and Josie are joined by Genie and Dr. G to explore a question that hits close to home for many couples: How do you convince your wife to get into the lifestyle?
Presented tongue in cheek, the conversation reveals an underlying truth: You can't convince someone to do something they're not ready for. Each couple shares how they discovered the lifestyle, navigated their early experiences, and learned to balance two unique individuals within the same relationship.
But what happens when a wife hears the suggestion and wonders, "Am I not enough?" Josie and Genie share their initial reactions to their husbands' proposals, offering insight into the emotions and concerns that can arise when one partner introduces the idea. The conversation explores both the female and male perspectives, along with practical advice for navigating insecurities, communication, and the desire to explore something new together.
As the discussion evolves, the couples explore the importance of respecting the pace of the more conservative partner, recognizing individual differences, and understanding that a couple's journey doesn't have to look like anyone else's. Josie and Genie also reflect on the personal growth they've experienced through entering and navigating the lifestyle.
Entertaining, informative, and filled with honest insights, this episode offers couples a valuable opportunity to reflect on their relationship, expectations, and readiness before taking the next step into the lifestyle.

Ep 77: You’re Not Wrong… and Neither Is She: Intimacy and Sex in the Lifestyle
2026/09/09
Zack and Josie are on their own again as they tackle a listener’s difficult question about navigating the lifestyle when partners have very different ideas about intimacy, emotions, and what feels comfortable.
Only three months into the lifestyle, the listener and his wife have formed a strong four-way connection with another couple. He wants to develop a close, sensual relationship with the other wife while still viewing and desiring the relationship as something shared between the two couples. His wife, however, feels insecure about the depth of that connection and has made it clear that she doesn’t want to develop feelings for people they have sex with.
What initially sounds like a disagreement about what is—or isn’t—too intimate quickly becomes a much deeper conversation about insecurity, fear, shame, vulnerability, and the need to feel safe with the person who is supposed to be your partner through it all. Zack and Josie explore the difference between making love and just f*****g, how couples can move through the lifestyle together when their boundaries don't perfectly align, and why communication is foundational to sexual exploration and liberation.
They also discuss how partners can create the kind of safety that makes difficult conversations possible, how to support rather than invalidate each other’s feelings, and why being fully supported by a partner can make all the difference when confronting the internal struggles that come with exploring outside the traditional boundaries of a relationship.
True to form, Zack and Josie use thought experiments to examine the situation from different perspectives and offer their best advice for navigating this—and the many other difficult conversations couples may encounter along their lifestyle journey.

Ep 76: Naughty N’awlins: Five Days of Play, Pleasure & Pushing the Limits
2026/08/26
For the first time, Zack and Josie recorded an episode of Two Plus Two entirely on their own—and they had plenty to talk about. They share the highs and lows of their first Naughty N’awlins experience, an event they had heard only positive things about.
In a little nod to their previous conversation about taboo, they stepped well outside their normal routine and had five back-to-back play experiences, playing every day they were there. They discuss the positives and negatives of doing that and share some unexpected consequences. They each weigh in on whether they would repeat five days of consecutive play and what they may do differently.
They attended workshops for the first time and experienced a dungeon tasting, where Josie was introduced to e-stim and the violet wand. She enjoyed the experience enough to purchase a violet wand of her own from The Dungeon Store.
And then there’s the secret Brad repeatedly teased them about: How can you tell whether a play session is going to be good before you actually play? Zack and Josie finally reveal what they believe is the answer and discuss whether they would still play if they suspected the experience might not be great—or simply walk away and have sex with each other instead.
Josie also reveals a shift in her mindset from “give me reasons to say yes” to “give me reasons to say no,” leading to a conversation about how their approach to play has evolved. They briefly share their experience at Colette and invite listeners to weigh in on whether they prioritize quantity or quality in their own experiences by joining the conversation on Peaches’nCream.

Ep 75: Taboo: Exploring the Lifestyle Despite Society’s Rules
2026/08/12
Genie and Dr. G join Zack and Josie for their first appearance on the podcast. For more than a decade, they have created lifestyle events designed to give couples—and eventually singles—a safe, discreet and inclusive place to explore their sexuality. Through Genie Wishes, Arizona Fantasy Club and their fastest-growing group, Hot Wife Community, consent and respect are at the heart of everything they do.
The conversation explores what it means to participate in a lifestyle that society often considers taboo. Genie and Dr. G share how their upbringings and societal expectations shaped their views about sex, relationships, guilt and shame—and how challenging those expectations has led to personal growth.
They also discuss vulnerability between partners, creating a safe space for difficult conversations, making propositions without creating pressure, and how to handle a “no” with love and respect.
It’s an honest conversation about challenging the rules people are taught to follow, embracing vulnerability, and discovering what can happen when couples give themselves permission to explore the parts of their sexuality that society tells them should remain taboo.

Ep 74: A Unicorn Finds Her Match: Community, Chemistry & Commitment
2026/07/29
Zack and Josie welcome new guests Rick and Gwen for a conversation about their unique journey navigating the lifestyle together. After meeting a little over a year ago, the two began building their connection while exploring how the lifestyle would fit into their relationship.
When they met, Gwen was already a unicorn in the lifestyle, while Rick brought extensive experience as a pleasure Dom. Together, they have had to navigate the changes that came with shifting from individual experiences to exploring as a couple. They share the growing pains, lessons learned, and how they continue to support each other’s interests and desires.
Gwen talks about how she discovered the lifestyle and what keeps her drawn to it, while Rick shares his journey of finding a place for his BDSM interests with partners who genuinely enjoy those dynamics.
The conversation also dives into the challenges singles often face in the lifestyle, including feelings of loneliness and navigating connections without the built-in support of a partner. Rick and Gwen discuss the differences between solo experiences and couple experiences, including the unique bond couples can build when they reconnect and share their adventures together.
This episode explores connection, communication, evolving roles, and the ways relationships can grow when partners embrace each other’s authentic selves.

Ep 73: Fairness: Biology, Boundaries & B******t
2026/07/15
Brad and Jenni return to join Zack and Josie for a spirited conversation about one of the most debated concepts in the lifestyle: fairness.
From honoring commitments and navigating separate play to managing insecurities and expectations, the couples explore how they define fairness within their own relationships—and whether it even belongs in the equation. Along the way, they tackle questions about attraction, opportunity, biology, and the unique challenges that arise when partners don't always experience the lifestyle in the same way.
As differing perspectives collide, the discussion becomes surprisingly candid, occasionally heated, and ultimately revealing. Rather than offering easy answers, the conversation highlights how every couple must find their own balance between fairness, freedom, and connection.
It's an honest look at the feelings, assumptions, and relationship dynamics that emerge when couples venture beyond conventional boundaries.

Ep 72: Lifestyle Parties: Chemistry, Connection and Rejection
2026/07/01
Brad and Jenni return to join Zack and Josie for a candid conversation about lifestyle parties, attraction, connection, and the many factors that shape our experiences.
The couples explore their different approaches to the lifestyle and how they balance socializing, friendships, sexual chemistry, and play experiences. They discuss the excitement that comes with meeting someone new, the thrill of the chase, and why familiar connections can offer a completely different kind of reward.
Along the way, they tackle some of the more challenging aspects of the lifestyle—reading interest, communicating attraction, navigating rejection, and dealing with the uncertainty that comes when another couple suddenly goes quiet. The conversation also examines how intentions can shift before and during an event, depending on everything from chemistry with others to the connection they're feeling with their own partner.
From "taking one for the team" to choosing quality connections over simply collecting experiences, this episode offers an honest look at the decisions, assumptions, and conversations that happen behind the scenes at lifestyle parties. Whether you're drawn to the excitement of new possibilities or the comfort of established connections, you'll likely find yourself somewhere in this discussion.

Ep 71: House Party Vibes: Interest, Intentions & Invitations
2026/06/17
Brad and Jenni return to join Zack and Josie for a candid conversation about a recent lifestyle party they all attended. What started as a discussion about the event quickly evolved into a deeper look at how different couples navigate attraction, communicate interest, and approach new connections.
The couples compare their personal styles, discussing everything from subtle signals and direct communication to common mistakes people make when trying to express interest. They share what they've found works best, what doesn't, and why clear communication remains one of the most important skills in the lifestyle.
Along the way, Zack and Josie reflect on how much they've grown since their early days in the lifestyle. They discuss becoming more confident, assertive, and intentional while still prioritizing respect, consent, and mutual enthusiasm. Zack explains why he prefers to wait for clear signs of interest before making a move and how that approach has shaped many of their experiences.
The conversation also explores some of the unique challenges faced by newer couples who are still building confidence and learning how to communicate their desires, boundaries, and expectations.
Although the episode was intended to feature all four perspectives equally, Zack and Josie ended up doing most of the talking as they unpacked two memorable play experiences from the party. They walk listeners through how each connection developed, the communication that happened along the way, and the lessons they took from both encounters.
Whether you're new to the lifestyle or have years of experience, this episode offers an honest look at attraction, communication, confidence, and the social dynamics that can make or break a great party experience.

Ep 70: From Playboy to Playtime: Ed and Sarah’s Accidental Lifestyle Journey
2026/06/03
Zack and Josie welcome first-time guests Ed and Sarah to the podcast for a fun and unexpectedly relatable lifestyle origin story. What began as a promotional opportunity for Sarah—a former Playboy model—quickly turned into something they never saw coming when they unknowingly arrived at a lifestyle resort.
After noticing some unusual interactions between guests, a kind older woman finally pulled them aside and explained exactly where they were…and what everyone was doing there. Rather than running for the exit, Ed and Sarah found themselves drawn to the welcoming atmosphere, body confidence, and freedom of simply being “super naked” around friendly, open-minded people.
For several years, that was enough. But on a later trip, an effortless connection with another attractive couple changed everything, leading to their first full swap experience and opening the door to a whole new chapter together.
It’s a story about accidental discovery, organic connection, and how sometimes the lifestyle finds you before you ever go looking for it.

Ep 69: Erotica: A Gateway Drug to Sexual Liberation
2026/05/20
Zack and Josie welcome first-time guests Brad and Jenni for a candid and engaging conversation about how their journey into the lifestyle began. What started as Jenni’s private enjoyment of erotica and audiobooks quietly transformed their connection—sparking a level of intimacy Brad couldn’t quite explain until curiosity led him to ask questions.
From there, the couple began listening together, eventually discovering podcasts that encouraged deeper conversations—ones they had never had before. Those discussions opened the door to exploring new desires, including Jenni’s interest in a same-sex experience, and set them on a path of shared discovery.
Brad and Jenni reflect on the early steps, from navigating dating sites to their evolving experiences in the lifestyle. Along the way, they share the highs, the challenges, and the personal growth that comes with it. Zack and Josie add their own insights, creating a thoughtful and often humorous conversation about communication, compatibility, and how very different personalities can thrive together in this space.

Ep 68: Fantasies: Compersion, Connection, and the Power of Watching
2026/05/06
Drew and Suzie are back for a wide-ranging conversation with Zack and Josie about fantasies—where they come from, how they evolve, and why they don’t always follow logic.
Drawing from her experience as an erotica author, Suzie shares how deeply she engages with both her own fantasies and those of others, emphasizing that the most powerful turn-ons often center around connection, comfort, and undeniable chemistry. The group explores how compersion weaves its way into many of their fantasies, and why watching others can be such an intense and exciting experience.
They also unpack an important idea: fantasies don’t need to make sense—and trying to overanalyze them can cause them to lose their appeal. Just because something is a turn-on doesn’t mean it’s something that needs to be acted on, a perspective Josie reinforces with insight she’s gained from her doctor and host of The PG Spot.
The conversation touches on anticipation and “the reveal,” the role of storytelling in building desire, and what it looks like when long-held fantasies shift from imagination into real-life experiences. Along the way, they also discuss how they’ve helped other couples explore their own desires and expand their boundaries in ways they may not have considered before.
Thoughtful, playful, and honest, this episode offers a high-level look at fantasies without overcomplicating them—while still leaving plenty to think about.

Ep 67: New vs. Repeat Partners: Novelty or Proven Chemistry
2026/04/22
Zack and Josie are back with Drew and Suzie—and this time, the conversation dives into the dynamics of new vs. repeat play.
They kick things off with a bold question: what’s the perfect size? Josie and Suzie quickly find themselves in agreement—and their reasoning sets the tone for a fun, unfiltered conversation.
From there, the conversation turns to what really drives desire. Zack says all he needs is mutual attraction, but Josie pushes back, arguing that context, energy, and connection play a much bigger role. While Zack and Josie admit they’re often open to new, in-the-moment opportunities, Drew and Suzie lean toward repeat experiences—where trust, comfort, and deeper exploration can take things further.
That leads to a conversation about the “script.” Zack jokes that most couples stick to a familiar playbook, while Drew and Suzie are working with a much more expansive “menu.” They share how curiosity, communication, and a willingness to explore have shaped their experiences—and how they even help others expand theirs.
And in the end, Zack shares the mindset shift that’s helped him enjoy it all more: letting go of expectations and simply being present for whatever unfolds.
So… is it better to chase something new, or deepen something familiar?

Ep 66: Bliss Sexy Sampler Cruise: Expectations, Experiences & Everything In Between
2026/04/08
Zack and Josie are joined once again by Drew and Suzie as they unpack their first Bliss Cruise experience—while also explaining why they’ve come to jokingly refer to their Virgin Voyages trips as “Swinger Light.”
From their first Bliss sailing—dubbed The Sexy Sampler Cruise—to comparing the overall vibe, they dive into the differences between the two cruise experiences. They break down everything from cost and crowd to how (and where) people express themselves, both subtly and unapologetically.
But what truly sets Bliss apart? The intention behind it. Together, they reflect on how the meet ‘n greets, workshops, and curated experiences create a sense of connection and inclusivity for every dynamic, every curiosity, and every comfort level.
One of the most powerful moments of the episode comes when Drew opens up about a deeply personal experience in the dungeon on the final night. As someone who’s used to being in control in every area of his life, stepping into a submissive role offered something unexpected—a release. Supported by Suzie and Lady Lethal, the experience became more than just physical; it created an intense emotional connection between the couple that carried far beyond that night.
Zack and Josie reflect on their own journey this cruise—why it ended up being their favorite Bliss experience yet, despite not loving the ship itself. By letting go of expectations and focusing on what they genuinely enjoy, they found themselves in more organic, meaningful moments.
They also revisit the highly anticipated Dance ‘n Play, sharing why it didn’t quite hit the same this time—and how something as simple as room layout can completely shift the energy of a space.
From instant connections with new couples to lessons on trust, communication, and trying things more than once, this episode is a mix of playful honesty and deeper reflection on what makes these experiences so impactful.
