https://www.patreon.com/transcrush/
Head over to our Patreon Exclusive where we get into the details you won't hear anywhere else. Dylan joins us to talk openly about dating after transition, navigating body dysmorphia, and the physical changes from testosterone (including the surprises like hot flashes and bottom growth). You won't want to miss this juicy and uncensored bonus content!
In this inspiring new episode of Trans Crush, Zelah sits down with Dylan (also known as Dylan and the Moon), who shares his journey of stepping into his authenticity and transitioning as a trans man at 26. Dylan opens up about growing up in Cornwall, using music as a safe space, and learning to honor his past rather than hiding from it. We explore critical topics including:
Dylan's early realization of his gender identity at six years old and the struggle of growing up in the '90s without the language to express who he was. Navigating teenage years and the uncomfortable feeling of "cosplaying" femininity before finding the courage to come out. His unique artistic process of creating duets with his pre-transition self (under his former name Lots Holloway) and building a vocal choir using his changing pitch range on T. Filming a four-year documentary detailing his voice transition to create vital resources for future transmasculine people. Winning a BBC music show, collaborating with Jason Derulo, and how stepping into authenticity attracts success and magnetism into your life. Join Zelah and Dylan for an uplifting conversation that demonstrates the beauty of finding your true voice.
Dylan is a British singer, songwriter, and musician who transitioned at 26. He creates indie-folk music, writes about his journey, and works on documentary projects to provide resources and visibility for transmasculine people.
Bella: How Trans Women Are Treated In Australia?
2026/08/17
Watch the exclusive part here: https://www.patreon.com/transcrush/
Bella is back on Trans Crush! We first met Bella in Season 1, and a lot has changed since then. She has moved from London to Perth, Australia, and in this episode she talks honestly about how different her life feels now. She describes what it is like to wake up and not think about being trans every single day, the sense of normality she has found in Perth, and why Australia feels so different from the UK when it comes to how people react to trans people.
We also talk about some of the harder parts of transition. Gender dysphoria, the pressure to pass, being a 6'1" trans woman, body image, and the ridiculous beauty standards we put on ourselves. Bella also shares her experience with trans healthcare in Australia compared with the UK, including the huge difference in waiting times and how much knowledge doctors have about gender affirming care.
And we get into something I think a lot of people will relate to: how social media can completely distort the way we see ourselves. Bella talks about why she stepped back from trans activism and started focusing more on simply living her life. There are some really honest moments in this conversation, especially when we talk about dysphoria, confidence and learning to look at yourself with a little more kindness.
And if you're a parent of a trans teenager, stay until the end. Bella has some really thoughtful advice about social media, comparison and helping young people who are struggling with their bodies.

In this new episode of Trans Crush, Zelah sits down with Ant, a trans masc creative who challenges everything we think we know about gender, transition, and identity. From breaking free of binary expectations to questioning the idea that there is only one "right" way to be trans, Ant shares a deeply honest conversation about finding peace in the grey areas.
We explore important topics including:
• Ant's emotional realization they were trans, crying alone in a workplace bathroom after finally accepting their identity.
• Growing up as a tomboy, being bullied for not fitting gender expectations, and how childhood experiences shaped their journey.
• Why they stopped testosterone after six months, and how they realized medical transition wasn't the right path for them.
• The pressure many trans people face to medically transition, and why there is no checklist for being "trans enough."
• Dating as a trans masc person in a non-monogamous relationship, and how society perceives queer couples.
• Why gender stereotypes don't only hurt trans people, but affect everyone, from children in the playground to the mental health crisis facing men today.
• A refreshing perspective on transition as a journey rather than a destination, and why embracing uncertainty can be one of the most liberating parts of discovering yourself.
