Jrod opens up about his upbringing, the years lost to drug addiction, and the moment everything had to change. Then comes the twist: he finds mountain biking, falls head over handlebars in love with it, and starts absolutely crushing it — on the trails and in life. It's a conversation that's equal parts gutting and hilarious. We get real about rock bottom, the ugly middle, and why pedaling uphill turned out to be the therapy nobody prescribed.
