Hunter Mcintyre, The HYROX GOAT!
2026/09/11
Hunter McIntyre doesn’t do things by halves. One of the biggest personalities in HYROX and functional fitness joins us for a completely unfiltered conversation about training, competition, life and what’s coming next. We find out what it actually takes to train like Hunter, how hard he’s willing to push himself, what he thinks separates the very best from everyone else and whether he believes he can still get better. We also get into the man behind the athlete — his life away from racing, the highs and lows of his career, his mindset, his biggest ambitions and the challenges he’s lining up next. Hunter being Hunter, there are some big opinions along the way. No PR answers. No boring fitness chat. Just Hunter McIntyre.
