In this episode of Dirti Talk, we sit down with Jeff Perret — a rider whose life has been shaped by motocross from the moment he first twisted a throttle. Jeff takes us right back to the beginning: growing up in the early 80s, learning to ride in the back garden, racing alongside his brothers, and being supported by a family that fully committed to the sport. From his first races as a kid to winning nationals, competing in British Championships, and eventually racing Grand Prix events across Europe, Jeff shares what it was really like coming up through motocross without a factory safety net. We dive into the realities of privateer GP racing, family-run race programs, and what it meant to be sponsored by Animal at the height of their influence — becoming the face of motocross for a major high-street brand. Jeff also opens up about loss, resilience, and how motocross became more than competition — it became identity, community, and purpose. This is a conversation about riding for the love of it, doing things your own way, and why the feeling of being on a bike still matters more than the results sheet. If you care about motocross culture, grit, and real stories from the sport — this one’s for you.

This week we catch up with Dylan Woodcock — pro supercross racer turned stuntman. We chat about his journey from racing dirt bikes at the highest level to working on some huge film sets, the crazy stories along the way, and how he made the switch from athlete to stunt performer. If you’re into racing, action sports, or just hearing about career paths, you’ll love this one.

We sat down with Kecks CEO Ed Warren to chat about growing up with Tommy Searle, Red Bull parties, his entrepreneurial career and much more in the first episode of our new podcast, Dirti Talk.
