The Split: How We Divide & Conquer in Reselling Sam's back, and this time we're getting into how my wife and I split up sourcing and selling — media, electronics, and appliances on my end; clothing, shoes, vintage, and whatever catches her eye on hers. We dig into how the split happened, why it actually works, and a couple of stories where one of us caught something the other never would have. Sourcing in these small Midwestern towns is the way to go. I didn't spend a ton. I didn't buy a ton of stuff. What I got, though, will go and for good money. To be honest, it was just a lot of fun poking around in Nowhere, KS for a while and then hitting up Lawrence, KS (where my alma mater is) for some good solid pizza, a beer, and the best record store around these parts. Check out the pics here for a few images of what I scored, some pizza from heaven, a little watch repair action, and then some videos of me on the road and spinning some records I scored.
