Samhain: The Witchy Origins of Halloween, Folklore & Rituals 🎃🔮
2026/10/30
Happy Halloween and Happy Samhain, my lovely Soul Sisters! 🖤
In this week's episode, we're exploring:
🍂 What Samhain actually is, its Gaelic roots and why it traditionally marked the beginning of winter.
🔮 The thinning veil, the mysterious Otherworld and the folklore surrounding spirits and the Aos Sí.
🕯️ Honouring our ancestors and why remembrance is such a meaningful part of modern Samhain celebrations.
🎃 The strange history of Halloween traditions, from carved turnips and Stingy Jack to guising, souling and some very questionable ways of predicting your future husband. 😂
✨ How I'm celebrating Samhain this year, including a women's circle, cacao, tarot and a little ancestor remembrance.
🌙 Simple Samhain rituals you can try at home, whether you're completely new to witchcraft or have been celebrating for years.
❄️ The Winter Chapter starts Monday 2nd November!
If you've loved the Autumn Chapter, we're carrying that seasonal magic into winter.
From 2nd November to Christmas Eve, we'll be slowing down, romanticising the season and making time for cosy rituals, daily prompts, guided meditations and little moments of everyday magic together in our WhatsApp community.

How to Find Yourself Again: Reconnecting With the Girl You Used to Be ❤️
2026/10/16
n this week's episode, we're talking about finding yourself again, reconnecting with your younger self and rediscovering the things you loved before you started worrying about what everybody else thought.
We're chatting about:
❤️ The little girl I used to be and the parts of her I lost growing up
📚 Why we sometimes hide the things we genuinely love just to fit in
🎙️ How the things I was told off for as a child have become some of my biggest strengths
✍️ Rediscovering creativity, writing and the hobbies I left behind
💃 Why I want to start dancing again, simply because I enjoy it
🤍 How reconnecting with your younger self can help you understand who you are today
✨ Why personal growth doesn't always have to mean becoming somebody new
Come and find me on Instagram and tell me what you rediscover. I'd genuinely love to hear your stories, especially from my fellow chatterboxes, bookworms and daydreamers. 😂

I Love Self-Development… But I’m Tired of Working on Myself
2026/10/09
in this week's episode, we're talking about the slightly uncomfortable side of personal growth: what happens when working on yourself starts feeling like another full-time job?✂️ Create Your Own Becoming Book
If you've heard me talking about my Becoming Book and thought “I want to make one of those”, you can now create your own.
I've bundled together my Becoming Book Workshop + digital workbook, so you can go through the whole process in your own time and create a book that isn't just another vision board you forget about.
It's where I bring together my future-self work, manifestation, reflection and those tiny 2% steps that actually move me towards the life I'm creating.
And very much in the spirit of this episode: you don't need to do it perfectly. 😂
🎀 Get the Becoming Book Workshop Bundle:
If you love self-development but you're also tired of endlessly consuming it, that's basically why I created The Library.
We choose a book each month and focus on reflecting, experimenting and actually implementing what resonates rather than racing through another book just to tick it off.
Read. Reflect. Implement. Become.
📚 Join The Library:
If this episode makes you realise you've accidentally turned yourself into a full-time personal-development project too, come and tell me. 😂
And send it to the friend with 47 self-development books, six journals and another three books sitting in her basket.
Some of us are the friend.
🎧 Follow Soul Sister Society so you don't miss next Friday's episode, and if you enjoy the podcast, leaving a rating or review really does help more women find it. ❤️

Embracing My Witchy Side: Witchcraft, Spirituality & Everyday Magic 🔮
2026/10/02
Apparently I'm entering my witchy era. 😂🔮
this week, we're having a very honest chat about my spirituality, why I'm still not completely comfortable calling myself a witch, and why I'm giving myself permission to explore it without needing to know exactly what I believe yet.
We're talking about:
🔮 The witch wound — and why the fear of being seen as weird, woo-woo or “too much” really resonated with me
🌙 The spiritual practices that are already part of my everyday life
✨ How manifestation led me deeper into spirituality
🕯️ Why I want to start experimenting with spell work, particularly around manifestation and releasing
🍂 How seasonal living has made me feel more connected to nature and everyday magic
🎃 Why I'm fascinated by Samhain and want to experience it more intentionally this year
🤍 How finding other women who love this stuff has made me much more confident talking about it
And I'm starting my own little Witchy October Experiment.
📚 October inside The Library
This couldn't have come at a better time because our October book is The Witch's Way Home by Emma Griffin.
Throughout the month we're reading it together and turning what we learn into actual practices, rituals and reflections—including exploring the witch wound and coming together for our Samhain gathering. 🔥JOIN THE LIBRARY 🍂 The Autumn Chapter
We're also continuing to romanticise and intentionally experience the season together inside my completely free Autumn Chapter, running through to Halloween.

Feel It Till You Make It: 5 Manifestation Lessons That Actually Work
2026/09/25
What if instead of faking it till you make it, you started feeling it till you make it?
This month inside The Library, we've been reading Beyond Wanting by Matt Cooke—and it's completely shifted the way I've been thinking about manifestation.
I'm also sharing how The Autumn Chapter is going, what's happening inside The Library, and our October read:
🔮 The Witch's Way Home
We're officially going from manifestation and science to releasing our inner witches for October, and I am VERY ready. 😂🍂

Am I Behind in Life? Turning 36, Life Timelines & Starting Again
2026/09/18
I'm turning 36 this weekend, which has apparently triggered my annual tradition of questioning my entire life.
We're chatting about feeling behind in life, comparison, getting older, changing your mind and letting go of the timelines we've created for ourselves.
I'm sharing what I thought my life would look like at 36 versus what I actually want now — more freedom, slower living, meaningful work, creativity, travel, experiences, deeper connections and a life that actually feels like mine.
I'm also doing a little birthday ritual that you can steal for your own birthday. 🎂
✨ 35 things I'm grateful 35 gave me.✨ 36 things I'm calling in for 36.
🍂 The Autumn Chapter starts Tuesday
If you're craving a slower, more intentional season too, come and join me for The Autumn Chapter.
It's completely free and we'll be moving from the Autumn Equinox through to Halloween together with seasonal living, cosy rituals, romanticising ordinary life and a little everyday magic.

The Self-Development Habits I Don’t Do Anymore
2026/09/11
In this episode, I’m chatting about the self-development habits I’ve stopped doing, including forcing myself to visualise, expecting vision boards to do the work, filling every spare minute with self-development content, creating ridiculously long morning routines, trying to change my whole life at once, and constantly treating myself like a work in progress.
📚 The Library is open — a cosy self-development space where we don't just read the books, we actually implement them. This month we're reading Beyond Wanting by Matt Cook.
🍂 My free autumn experience is coming! From the Autumn Equinox through to Halloween, we’ll be moving through the season together with slower living, seasonal rituals and a little everyday magic. Find the details in the links in the show notes.

🎙️ My Autumn Reset: Slowing Down Without Falling Behind 🍂
2026/09/04
In this week’s episode, we’re having a cosy catch-up about my autumn reset, what I’m changing as we move into a new season, and why slowing down doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.
Because maybe September doesn’t need to be another opportunity to completely reinvent yourself.
Maybe it’s permission to slow down, reflect and enjoy the season you’re actually in.
📚 A New Season Inside The Library
September also marks the first month of The Library, and it feels strangely perfect that this new chapter is beginning at the same time as my favourite season.
This month we’re reading Beyond Wanting by Matt Cook, slowing down with each chapter and focusing on actually implementing what we learn rather than racing through another self-development book.
STEP INSIDE THE LIBRARY →
So grab a coffee, get cosy and come have an autumn catch-up with me. 🍂☕️
How to Actually Change Your Life: Why Self-Development Takes Time
2026/08/28
If you’re trying to change your life through self-development but keep wondering why it isn’t happening faster, this episode is for you.
Because real personal growth rarely happens through one book, one breakthrough or one perfect morning routine. Most of the time, you don’t even notice yourself changing until you look back and realise just how different you’ve become
📚 The Library is opening
If you've been following this journey and thinking “I want to actually start changing my life instead of constantly consuming more self-development,” this is what I've been building for you.
The Library is a cosy self-development membership built around:
Read → Reflect → Implement → Become.

The Lonely Side of Self-Development Nobody Talks About
2026/08/20
When I first discovered manifestation, mindset and self-development, I loved everything I was learning—but I didn't really have anyone around me who wanted to talk about it.
And looking back, I think that loneliness is one of the reasons Soul Sister Society exists today.
In this episode, we're talking about finding your people, why online friendships are absolutely real friendships, and why expanding your circle doesn't mean leaving the people you already love behind.
📚 Come Inside The Library
If you're craving women who want to talk about the books they're reading, the things they're discovering and the lives they're creating, I'd love you to come and experience what's coming.

Inside The Library, the Fireside Circle will be our space to chat, share what we're learning, celebrate wins, support each other and hopefully create even more of those friendships that make this journey feel a little less lonely.
The Self-Development Trap: Are You Learning or Actually Changing?
2026/08/14
In this week’s episode, we’re talking about the self-development trap—when personal growth becomes something we constantly consume rather than something we actually implement.

The Manifestation Ritual That's Changed Everything
2026/07/24
What started as a simple scrapbook has become one of the most powerful manifestation rituals I've ever practised
In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of the ritual, sharing why vision boards never quite worked for me, reading the very first letter from my Becoming Book, and explaining how one small aligned action each week is helping me become the future I'm dreaming of.
🤍 Why traditional vision boards never fully worked for me
🤍 How I created my Becoming Book and why every page represents a future memory
🤍 The weekly ritual that's helping me feel more connected to my dreams
🤍 Why manifestation isn't just about visualising—it's about becoming
🤍 How one aligned action each week is creating real momentum
🤍 The surprising lesson I learnt by choosing my dreams at random
🤍 A little teaser about The Library and what's coming next...
If you've ever struggled to visualise your future, felt disconnected from your goals, or wanted a manifestation practice that feels slower, more creative, and more intentional, I hope this episode inspires you to create your own version.
