keywords: Egyptian Arabic, language learning, Madame Fayzah, storytelling, Arabic vocabulary Follow and rate the show with 5 stars if you would like for it to continue. ........................................................... find us on Instagram: @learnegyptianarabicpodcast Feel free to reach out with questions or inquiries about online Arabic classes at: [email protected] This story was written by Sherif Rohayem مدام فايزة مدام فايزة بتشتغل في إدارة نادي مهم في الزمالك في مكتب شئون الأعضاء. انا مش عارف مركزها ايه بالظبط ، انما من أسلوبها و طريقة تعامُلها مع اي حد بيقف قدامها واضح ان مدام فايزة مش قليلة. بدليل ان لما تسأل اي موظف في النادي "مكتب الاشتراكات فين؟" ما بيقولش "المكتب هنا ولا المكتب هناك" لكن بيقول "مكتب مدام فايزة هنا أو مكتب مدام فايزة هناك." لما دخلت المكتب شفت ست قاعدة ورا شباك و هي ولا كبيرة ولا صغيرة في السن و لابسة نضارة نظر. انا على طول فهمت ان من اهم مهمات مدام فايزة الدفاع عن وقت اغلاق المكتب.               ……………………………..................... العميل اللي كان واقف قدامي في الصف كان في الأول بيتكلم مع مدام فايزة بنرفزة: "ماينفعش كده! انا جي من الشيخ زايد و من حقي… و مش من حقك  ..." و هكذا. لكن مدام فايزة وضحتله بما معناه ان ينفع و ينفع ابوه كمان. فلما العميل فهم هو بيتعامل مع مين غير استراتيجيته، يعني غير صوته و اسلوبه: و بصوت ناعم قال طب "و بنتي؟ هي مالهاش ذنب، حقك عليا" و هكذا ... و من شطارة مدام فايزة انها و هي بترفض طلب العميل في نفس الوقت عمالة تهزء في الموظف اللي واقف جنبها عشان جابلها الاستمارة الصفرا بدل الخضرا. و العميل اللي دخل ديك رومي المدام فايزة مشِّته كتكوت. …………………………...................... دوري قرب و الرعب ملى قلبي. لكن قلت لنفسي انها أكيد هتعاملني ألطف. عشان انا أجنبي و رسوم الاشتراك للاجانب اعلى بكتير من رسوم المصريين. يعني الاجانب هم اللي بيموِّلوا النادي. فالناس اللي ذيي بيضمنوا مُرَتَّب المدام و طبعا هي اكتر واحدة فاهمة كده. بعد ماوضحت لنفسي كل ده ارتاحت. بس لما دوري جه مدام فايزة طلعت مش مادية و طلع عندها مبدأ لما مسحت بيا الارض عشان جيتلها قبل مالمكتب يقفل بخمس دقايق. و طبعا هي مشتني من غير ما تخلصلي اي حاجة. .................................................................
