Just Between Us... I Love It When She Outgrows Her Own Dream
2026/07/14
Have you ever realized that the life you worked so hard to build… isn't necessarily the life you want to keep building?
In this "Just Between Us" episode, I'm getting ready, doing my makeup, and talking through a realization that's been unfolding for me over the past few months: I've outgrown my own definition of success.
For years, my dream was to build a thriving business doing done-for-you work and working closely with 1:1 clients. And while that version of success brought me so much joy, freedom, and opportunity, I've realized that my next chapter looks different.
Instead of doing the work for people, I want to teach them how to do it for themselves.
I chat about why I stepped away from most of my done-for-you services, my background in education, why coaching lights me up in a way client work no longer does, and the beautiful difference between helping someone today and equipping them for a lifetime.
This episode is also a reminder that gratitude and growth can exist at the same time. You don't have to resent the season that got you here in order to recognize you've been called into a new one.
If you've been feeling guilty for wanting something different, questioning a dream you once prayed for, or sensing that you're ready for your next level, I hope this conversation feels like permission to evolve.
Because sometimes the bravest thing you can do isn't chasing a bigger dream.
It's admitting you've outgrown the one you already achieved.

29. I Love It When She Walks It Out
2026/06/22
Once you're actually on your own path, there's a different kind of real talk that needs to happen... about hard days, about rest, about the myth of motivation, and about the truth that life is never, ever going to slow down on its own. Let's get into it.
We are chatting about:
Why business is hard and why that's not the same thing as hustle culture
The difference between "hard" and "wrong," and how to tell which one you're feeling
My Confidence → Clarity → Conversion framework, and why the order matters
Why motivation is overrated (and what actually keeps you going instead)
Why daily deposits and hard days can absolutely coexist
What it really means when business starts to feel easy and fun
Redefining success on your own terms, not someone else's
Why rest is part of a sustainable business, not the opposite of one
What "setting your business up right" actually looks like in practice
The truth about why life is never going to slow down, and what to do about it

28. I Love It When She Walks Her Own Path
2026/06/15
So many of us say we want a map but what we're actually asking for, without even realizing it, is a helicopter ride. In this episode (part 1 of a 2 series), I'm getting into the real talk about the easy path: why some of us aren't even ready for a map yet, what real support actually looks like, why being a beginner is more complicated than it seems, and a pattern I've watched play out in my business for seven years.
In This Episode
Why some people aren't even ready for a map because they don't have a compass (their own version of success) yet
The difference between wanting a map and wanting a helicopter
Why "do it for me" isn't coaching, and what a real guide actually does
The truth about why people love being beginners and what they're really avoiding
A pattern I've watched play out for seven years, and what it taught me
The "professional student" trap, and how to know if you're in it
The difference between coming back to a dream and cycling through free advice
The comparison trap, and why someone else's results were built on someone else's walk
"Exit before entry" energy, and what it's actually protecting you from
Why self-trust, not the destination, is the real prize
If this episode hit home, Alchemy is where we walk all of this out together.. It's not a map handed to you and a wave goodbye, but a guide and a community right alongside you, every step.

27. I Love It When She Becomes Unrecognizable
2026/06/01
There is a moment that happens when you look back at who you were even just a year ago and genuinely do not recognize her. Not with shame. Not with judgment. But with this wildly sacred pride that says look how far she has come. Look what she chose for herself when she finally decided she was worth choosing.
That moment of unrecognizability is not an accident. It is the direct result of a woman who decided... at some point, in some moment... that she was done being the version of herself that other people were comfortable with. And today we are talking about exactly how that transformation happens. Because it is not mysterious and it is not reserved for "other" women. It is available to you. Starting today.
This episode is for the woman who is in the middle of her transformation and feeling a little wobbly about it. The one who is shedding an old identity and not quite sure who she is becoming yet. The one who is doing the real work, the identity work, the uncomfortable beautiful work of becoming someone new and needs someone to tell her she is right on time.
We talk about why becoming unrecognizable starts with a decision and not a circumstance. Why the story you tell yourself about yourself becomes the exact life you live. How the timeline between where you are and where you want to be collapses the moment you shift your identity. Why your personal brand transforms automatically when you do the inner work. What to do when the people around you are not celebrating who you are becoming. How your aligned clients can only find you when you are fully showing up as yourself. Why your income will always reflect your identity before it reflects your strategy. And why the daily deposit life is the natural result of a woman who has done this work.
This one is a love letter to the woman in the middle of becoming. Share it with someone who needs it today. 🤍✨

26. I Love It When She Becomes Impossible to Ignore
2026/05/25
There's a version of you that you've been keeping just slightly out of reach. Not because she doesn't exist. Not because you haven't caught glimpses of her. But because somewhere along the way you decided she was a little too much.
Today we're talking about what it actually means to become impossible to ignore and spoiler alert, it has nothing to do with your strategy, your posting schedule, or your algorithm. It has everything to do with who you are and how fully you're willing to be that person in every room you walk into.
In this episode we cover:
Why presence is the most powerful marketing tool you will ever have and how to cultivate it from the inside out
The difference between performing confidence and embodying it and how people can feel that difference before you say a single word
Why self idolization is not arrogance... it's actually the foundation of everything
How FOMO is quietly keeping you from moving forward and the mindset shift that dissolves it completely
The "if they can so can I" reframe that will change the way you see every person who is winning around you
Why your random thoughts are gold and what happens when you finally start sharing them unapologetically
How to feel safe being fully seen and why the world genuinely needs the loudest, fullest version of you
Why there is no hierarchy in the online space and how you can win right now today exactly as you are
The truth about your aligned clients and why to them, you are already the only choice
This episode is pure Goddess Complex energy and it might just be the permission slip you didn't know you needed.

Just Between Us... I Love It When She Lets Herself Change
2026/05/19
After a five month hiatus, I finally felt ready to press record again.
This episode is different than anything I’ve shared before. Not just because it’s the first video episode of the podcast… but because I think I’ve changed, too. No... I know I've changed. And btw.. if you'd prefer to WATCH this in a video format... click here!
Over the last few months, I’ve been sitting with a lot:
what it means to evolve publicly,
what it feels like to outgrow versions of yourself,
the difference between showing up performatively vs authentically,
and how sometimes life pulls you backward like a slingshot before it launches you somewhere entirely new.
This isn’t a “here’s my five-step pivot plan” episode. It's not organized. It isn't scripted. There's no outline or real reason for it. It’s more of an honest conversation about identity, pressure, growth, creativity, and learning to trust yourself again.
If you’ve been feeling the tension between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming…
this one’s for you.
I’m really happy to be back.

25. I Love It When She Takes Her Voice Back
2026/01/19
There’s something tender that happens when you look at old versions of yourself with new eyes.
This weekend, I went through years of notes, screenshots, graphics, photos, captions... pieces of past businesses and past dreams. And instead of cringing, I felt this deep reverence. For the girl who showed up anyway. For the woman who sold without shame. For the version of me who didn’t wait until it was perfect to speak.
This episode is a love letter to her. And maybe to you, too.
It’s about the seasons where you go quiet. The seasons where you build in the shadows. The seasons where referrals, word of mouth, and “being easy to work with” slowly pull you away from your own voice. It’s about realizing you’ve scrolled more than you’ve spoken and being brave enough to name that without judgment.
We talk about how clarity is earned through experience. How working with the wrong people teaches you exactly who the right people are. How creating for the audience you already have can quietly disconnect you from the life you actually want. And how once clarity arrives, it asks something of you: action, boundaries, devotion.
This episode is also about cycles. About understanding that not every season is meant to be loud. Some seasons are meant to teach you discernment. But eventually, there comes a moment where you stop hiding behind ease and start choosing courage again.
And fittingly, I recorded this under the new moon in Capricorn, a moon that doesn’t care about excuses. A moon that clocks patterns, exposes habits, and asks for discipline over drama. This energy isn’t sexy... it’s steady. It’s consistent. It’s built in the quiet, daily choices that actually change your life.
Inside Alchemy, we honored this moon together on our monthly New Moon call: one of four live calls we hold every month. These calls are grounding, honest, and deeply clarifying. They’re where intention becomes identity. Where you stop outsourcing your power and start organizing your life around who you’re becoming.
By the time you’re listening to this, that call has already passed but the invitation hasn’t.
This episode is for the woman who knows she has something to say. For the woman who’s ready to stop waiting. For the woman who wants to take her voice back, gently, boldly, fully.
You’re not behind. You didn’t waste time. And it is not selfish to take care of yourself.
I love it when she gets honest. I love it when she shows up anyway. I love it when she builds a life that actually feels like hers.

24. I Love It When She Takes Radical Responsibility
2026/01/12
This episode is an invitation to come home to your power... gently, honestly, and without bypassing the truth.
In I Love It When She Takes Radical Responsibility, we’re having a conversation that might feel uncomfortable in the best way. Not because you’re doing something wrong… but because something inside you already knows you’re capable of more. This isn’t about blaming yourself for your past or minimizing what you’ve been through. It’s about recognizing the moment when awareness becomes responsibility and choosing yourself from there.
We talk about how the words you use, even the ones you say casually or jokingly, are constantly shaping your subconscious and reinforcing an identity. How staying busy can be a form of self-sabotage when you’re afraid to fully commit to the thing you actually want. And how taking on everything can feel productive, while quietly keeping you stuck in the exact place you say you’re ready to outgrow.
This episode also explores victim energy with compassion and clarity. How it’s often learned, normalized, and deeply tied to our environments and how choosing empowerment doesn’t mean rejecting your past, but refusing to let it define your future. We talk about aligned action, why manifestation without movement keeps dreams just out of reach, and why discipline isn’t punishment… it’s devotion to the life you’re building.
At its core, this is an episode about choice. About telling the truth. About understanding that if you don’t change something, you’re choosing it and that responsibility doesn’t take anything away from you. It gives you your life back.
If you’ve been feeling ready for a shift but unsure where to start, this episode is for you. Listen when you want to feel grounded, empowered, and reminded that you are not behind... you’re becoming.
Because I love it when she stops waiting. I love it when she chooses herself. I love it when she takes radical responsibility.

23. I Love It When She Stops Confusing Urgency with Progress
2026/01/05
We’re kicking off the new year by slowing down.
This episode is an honest conversation about something that doesn’t get talked about enough in online business spaces: the constant search for the next strategy, the next hack, the next freebie, the next “quick win.” And why that pattern isn’t always about ambition… it’s often about regulation.
If you’ve ever felt productive but still stuck, hopeful but overwhelmed, or busy without real momentum, this episode is for you. Not to shame you. Not to fix you. But to help you understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
Because urgency feels like movement. But regulation is what creates sustainable growth.
This is an episode to listen to slowly. Maybe on a walk. Maybe while journaling. Maybe while you’re sitting with your coffee and letting the new year land in your body, not just your planner.
We are exploring why urgency feels so seductive and how it gives your nervous system a hit that feels like progress, even when nothing is actually integrating. We talk about how the online space has trained women to believe that growth should feel fast and loud, and why repetition, depth, and patience can feel boring… or even unsafe. We unpack the difference between collecting tools and actually integrating them and why folders full of unused PDFs, saved posts you never revisit, and half-finished programs aren’t a personal failure, but a nervous system pattern. We dive into why quick wins feel good but don’t rewire identity, and why anything that truly has the power to change your business will eventually ask you to slow down. And we talk about what real momentum actually looks like: choosing depth over novelty, embodiment over consumption, and staying with one thing long enough to let it work.

22. I Love It When She Takes The Wheel
2025/12/29
What if you’re not stuck... you’re just disconnected from yourself?
In this final episode of 2025, we’re talking about the thing most women in business think they’re missing… and why it’s not another strategy, plan, or framework. It’s self-belief. Or more specifically, trust in your own knowing.
You probably already know what your next step is, you’ve just never given yourself permission to try. When you stop listening to yourself, autopilot takes over. Old patterns run the show. The same day repeats itself because it feels safer than choosing differently.
We talk about what it really means to live on autopilot, the “don’t let go of the wheel” story from Millionaire Success Habits, and the truth that can change everything: if you don’t change it, you are choosing it, not from a place of blame, but from a place of power.
I also share my own realization of where my brain has been this year, too, because self-belief isn’t something you arrive at, it’s something you practice.

21. I Love It When She Chooses Herself First
2025/12/22
There comes a moment when you realize that the way you’re spending your days doesn’t match the life you say you want. This episode is an invitation into that moment.
Today’s conversation is about boundaries. Not just the obvious ones with people, but the deeper ones... the boundaries around your time, your energy, your mornings, your work hours, and your focus. The ones that shape your life in real time.
If you work for yourself, work from home, or carry the mental load of being “flexible,” this episode will feel like a deep exhale and a loving wake-up call. Because flexibility without boundaries doesn’t create freedom, it creates self-abandonment.
This is about choosing yourself before resentment builds, before burnout becomes normal, before your goals keep getting pushed to “later.”
Because how we spend our days… is how we spend our lives.
What We Talk About
Why “I can always do it later” slowly erodes your priorities
How flexibility turns into self-abandonment without structure
Why working from home makes boundaries harder and more necessary
The truth about resentment and unspoken boundaries
Why it’s not anyone’s fault if you never explained the boundary
How over-giving in your business creates quiet burnout
What “energetic boundaries” actually look like in real life
Entering a new year with aligned actions instead of vague intentions
This Episode Is For You If…
You feel like your time always comes last Your mornings and rituals keep getting sacrificed You love your business but secretly feel drained by it You’re craving structure that still feels soft and aligned You want the next year of your life to feel intentional, not reactive
Alchemy Is Live Today ✨
If this episode is landing deeply, it’s not a coincidence. Alchemy officially opens today (12/22/25).
Alchemy is a space for women who are ready to protect their energy, honor their time, and build lives and businesses rooted in alignment. If you’re ready to stop negotiating with your priorities and start living in devotion to what actually matters, this is where we’re doing that work together.

20. I Love It When She Decides Who She's Becoming
2025/12/15
There’s something sacred about this moment in time. The quiet pause between who you’ve been… and who you’re becoming.
In this episode of I Love It When She, we’re leaning into the fresh start effect, not as a trend, but as an invitation. An invitation to slow down, reflect honestly, and consciously decide what you want your next chapter to look like.
This is a cozy, expansive conversation about ending one season with gratitude and stepping into the next with intention. We talk about honoring where you are right now, recognizing how far you’ve come, and intentionally shaping what’s next—without rushing, forcing, or abandoning yourself along the way.
I’m walking you through my exact year-end / new-year ritual, the one I return to every single year to reset my mindset, clarify my goals, and rewire my subconscious so my future doesn’t just feel possible… it feels inevitable.
This episode is equal parts strategy and energetics, grounded reflection and big dreaming, clarity and magic.
💫 In this episode, we talk about:
• Why the fresh start effect works (and how your brain is wired to love a new chapter) • Reflecting on the year you’ve lived: the challenges, lessons, and growth • Identifying time-wasters and energy leaks without shame • Reassessing where you are right now and what’s inspiring you • Redefining success for the year ahead on your terms • Choosing core focuses that anchor your goals and decisions • Setting soul-lit variable goals and grounded fixed goals • Creating aligned daily actions (because how we spend our days is how we spend our lives) • Writing a letter from your future self to collapse time and activate belief • Using visualization and vision boards to reprogram your subconscious and call in your desired reality
🧠 This episode is for you if:
You’re craving a reset that feels intentional, not rushed. You want your next year to feel aligned, abundant, and deeply you. You’re ready to stop drifting and start deciding.

19. I Love It When She Knows She's Next
2025/12/08
If you’ve ever scrolled, watched, compared, wished, or whispered “must be nice” under your breath… this episode is about to change everything for you.
Because what if that little spark of jealousy you feel isn’t a flaw… What if it’s a signal? A nudge. A breadcrumb. A message from your future self saying:
“Babe… that could be us.”
In this episode, we’re not shaming jealousy — we’re alchemizing it. We’re turning comparison into clarity, envy into expansion, and “why not me?” into the most powerful manifestation frequency you can hold:
“I’m next.”
Inside this conversation, I walk you through how to shift out of the energy that keeps you stuck — the bitterness, the shrinking, the belief that success skips you — and into the energy that accelerates every desire you're calling in.
This episode is your reminder that you are never behind, never overlooked, never “too late.” You’re simply calibrating. Preparing. Rising.
And the moment you start celebrating other women as proof instead of competition? Life starts moving differently for you — faster, sweeter, louder, and so much more aligned.
✨ In This Episode, We Explore:
💛 Why “must be nice” energy blocks your manifestations 💛 How jealousy is often your potential trying to wake you up 💛 The truth about comparison — and how to flip it into fuel 💛 What your future self wants you to know about timing 💛 How to shift from shrinking → expanding when you see someone else win 💛 The vibrational difference between bitterness and inspiration 💛 Why celebrating others speeds up your timeline 💛 The energetic signature of women who manifest quickly 💛 How to hold the frequency of “I’m next” without forcing or faking 💛 What happens when you finally believe your desires are possible for you
Plus a whole lot of tough love, empowerment, and the reactivation of the version of you who refuses to settle because she knows what she’s capable of.

18. I Love It When She Sees It Before She Has It
2025/11/03
What if manifestation wasn’t about forcing or striving… but simply remembering that what you want already exists — and it’s waiting for you to match it?
In this deeply grounding, soul-nourishing episode, we’re talking about what manifestation and visualization really look like when you’re not in your best headspace. Maybe your business isn’t where you thought it would be. Maybe your finances feel tight, or life just feels a little off track. You’re still successful, still worthy — but you’re ready for more.
This conversation will meet you right there — in the space between gratitude for how far you’ve come and the quiet craving for what’s next. We’ll dive into how to hold both: the deep appreciation for your now and the bold belief in your next.
Because manifestation doesn’t happen when everything’s perfect. It happens when you choose to believe — even here, even now.
💫 In this episode, we explore:
What to do when you’re not feeling high-vibe but still want to manifest
How to re-ground in gratitude for the life you’re already living
Reflecting on how far you’ve come and honoring your past selves
Assessing your current routines, habits, and energy — and realigning with what feels good
Romanticizing your daily rituals and adding intention to the mundane
Why visualization is “pre-living” your dreams (not pretending they exist)
How to see yourself already there — and act accordingly
The importance of trust, surrender, and divine timing
Aligned action: what it means and how to take it
Turning manifestation into a way of being rather than a “thing you do”
🕯️ Listen when you need:
A gentle reminder that it’s okay to reset and reimagine
Motivation to reestablish your daily flow and come home to yourself
Permission to pivot your goals and dream differently
A little bit of magic, faith, and grounded feminine power
💌 Gentle Reminder: You’re not starting over — you’re starting aligned. The universe doesn’t respond to your perfection; it responds to your energy. So see it. Feel it. Become it.
