Description

Agent Native is the podcast for people building businesses in the age of AI agents. We do two types of episodes on this podcast. (1) Conversations with founders, creators, and AI operators about how they’re using agents to build products, grow companies, and rethink how work gets done. (2) Agent Native Updates cut through the noise around new models, tools, and platform shifts, explaining what changed, why it matters, and what businesses should do next. Stay current, learn from the people doing the work, and discover how to build a more agent-native business.

Codex vs Claude vs Grokbot: Which AI Super App Is Best?
2026/08/21
The Biggest News this week in AI Agents: Codex iMessage Control, GrokBot's Rise, Claude Cowork on Mobile, Slack Code And more In this week's Agent Native update, I'm genuinely excited about how fast the agent ecosystem is moving, from Codex's new iMessage integration that can analyze thousands of texts to GrokBot's rise as the easiest-to-use super app, even if Grok's model still lags behind GPT and Claude. Comparing the big three platforms, I see GrokBot winning on ease of use, ChatGPT/Codex on its browser and iOS experience, and Claude on knowledge work and documents. I'm also encouraged by Anthropic merging Claude Design into Claude Code and bringing Cowork to mobile, plus Slack Code turning agent-driven building into a collaborative, multiplayer experience. Overall, I think we're transitioning from personal agents to teams of agents, and eventually many humans working with many agents together, which is really exciting. 0:00 – Intro0:51 – Codex iMessages Update4:35 – GrokBot's Rising Popularity6:39 – Super App Comparison13:52 – Anthropic Updates18:23 – Slack Code21:43 – Outro More about me rileybrown.xyz Sponsorships: [email protected] Learn about how to make your business more Agent Native at agentnative.inc.

OpenAI Just Merged ChatGPT and Codex. This Changes Everything.
2026/07/22
OpenAI just merged ChatGPT and Codex, released GPT-5.6, and gave nearly a billion people access to an AI that can actually do work. In this episode, I sit down with Ras Mic to break down what this means, why every company should be building agent-native software, and the Codex workflows we’re using right now. We cover computer use, agent loops, automations, multiple threads, the tools that make agents more powerful, and how Codex compares to Claude Code and Fable 5. T his is the beginning of an entirely new way of using computers—and most people still have no idea what’s possible.
