Topless Beaches
2026/02/09
Kenn, Craig, and Ron take listeners on a wild ride to topless beaches around the world, sharing unforgettable travel stories filled with questionable decisions and classic Boomer antics. Kenn kicks things off with a hilarious tale from Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. While chaperoning a high school class trip, one overly enthusiastic dad feels compelled to “educate” the other fathers by sharing photos from his previous visit—helpfully confirming that the beaches are, in fact, topless. Excitement builds among the dads… until Kenn samples the local food and is struck down by Montezuma’s Revenge. Instead of beachside views, Kenn spends his days confined to a hotel bathroom, relying solely on his imagination—and joking that maybe God was punishing him for his sinful thoughts. Craig adds a dose of reality, observing that beach expectations don’t always align with reality, and that not everyone strolling the sand looks like a swimsuit model. Ron closes with a story that truly delivers: his legendary Australian dream topless beach adventure. On a sales award trip to Cairns, Ron and 75 fellow sales winners descend upon the beaches, where beautiful women and zero self-control create total chaos. As Ron describes, it was like “throwing a piece of meat into a tank full of piranhas.” The nonstop running around in pursuit of topless sights leaves Ron with a brutal sunburn across his back—thanks to the notorious hole in the ozone layer at the time. Like Kenn, Ron concludes that divine punishment may have been at play. Legendary - Unbelievable - Hilarious. Another unforgettable tale from Boomers on the Edge. Rodent Busters
2026/02/02
Guest host Randy delivers another Boomers on the Edge classic, sharing a wild story from the early 1980s when he and his friend Herm worked as busboys at a restaurant with a very unusual past—a former funeral home. The setting alone sets the mood, with old “viewing rooms” transformed into elegant dining rooms, each with its own fancy name. When a rodent is spotted scurrying through the main dining room, management quietly dispatches Randy and Herm on a top-secret mission: locate the mouse, eliminate the problem, and—most importantly—do it without alarming the guests. What follows is a chaotic, laugh-out-loud chase that turns into pure Boomers on the Edge mayhem. A classic episode packed with nostalgia, comedy, and just the right amount of disaster. Boating on the Edge
2026/01/26
Boomers on the Edge takes a wild ride back to the 1980s as Kenn, Craig, and Ron relive some truly terrifying boating experiences on Lake St. Clair and the Detroit River. Each of the Buds shares a tale of danger that proves one universal truth: trouble on the water almost always starts when you trust someone else to be in charge. Kenn recalls his days on the college rowing team, when a distracted coxswain nearly steered them straight into a barge. To this day, nobody knows what he was staring at. Craig tells the story of a fishing trip gone wrong after a friend invites him onto a tiny 15-foot boat that had absolutely no business being on Lake St. Clair or the Detroit River—especially when a massive freighter nearly sucks them under. Ron shares his now-legendary Sea-Doo disaster: invited out by a neighbor on a stormy day, he finds himself stranded in open water with a dead Sea-Doo, an approaching thunderstorm, and lightning closing in. Should he stay on the Sea-Doo or jump in the water? The rescue only gets stranger when they rush to shore—right into a condo complex—where they take shelter on a stranger’s porch…until the door opens and a robe-clad man who looks like he stepped out of a 1970s porno invites them inside. It’s a dangerous, hilarious, and unforgettable boat ride down memory lane. Another bizarre set of tales from Boomers on the Edge. Towel Snaps & Open Mics
2026/01/19
More outrageous locker room stories from the 1970s—when it was a different era and the rules of mischief were, let’s say, flexible. Fan-favorite “California Beautiful,” the school track star from Episode 3, makes a triumphant return and once again wreaks havoc on an unsuspecting coach. Having learned well from seniors like California Beautiful, chaos quickly follows. Craig enthusiastically “welcomes” the new freshman athletes with classic locker room towel-snapping, herding them into the infamous towel cage as hilarity erupts. Then comes one of the Bud’s most legendary stories—the story of all stories. During a track meet, Craig locks himself inside the announcer’s booth, cranks the volume to maximum (so loud that even nearby baseball games can hear), and begins providing his own wildly inappropriate play-by-play. His colorful and over-the-top commentary—especially about the famously self-promoting pole vaulter “Glom”—sends the crowd into uncontrollable laughter while the coaching staff reacts in absolute horror. Described by Ron as one of the funniest things he’s ever witnessed, total chaos breaks out as the coaching staff scrambles to shut it down and chases Craig around the venue. Carmens and the Missing Shoes
2026/01/12
In this episode, guest host Keith joins Craig and Ron to reminisce about a friendship that began in kindergarten in the 1960s. The stories go way back—so far back that Keith and Craig once lived next door to each other and even shared their very first bath together as one-year-olds. The conversation then turns to a legendary tale involving the Buds—Kenn, Ray, John, Keith, Craig, and Ron—and a Friday-night tradition at Carmens, an all-you-can-eat restaurant famous for its fish. Kenn, in particular, took full advantage of the deal. Because the restaurant required plates to be completely cleared before serving more, Kenn would discreetly hide uneaten French fries under his napkin. The staff quickly learned to dread his arrival, knowing they were about to lose money on the sheer amount of fish he could consume. Kenn would settle in for hours, loosening his belt and even slipping off his shoes to maximize comfort—and capacity. One night, as the feast dragged on, one of the Buds decided to end the smorgasbord with a prank, making off with Kenn’s prized Adidas Country shoes. The result? A 50-year-old mystery that remains unsolved to this day.  Who stole the shoes? Join us for a laugh‑filled stroll through old friendships, 1970s traditions, and the unforgettable night the shoes went missing. Math Class Antics - Part II
2026/01/05
Guest host Keith jumps in with Kenn, Craig, and Ron as they rewind to the 1970s for another round of math‑class chaos. Back in the same infamous classroom from Episode One—where Craig first unveiled his “artistic talents”—the crew relives two stories that have only grown funnier with time. First up is Teddy, the class nerd, who dares to complain to the teacher about earning only 98% on his test. Ron, fed up with the whining, blurts out, “Come on, Teddy.” Teddy spins around and unleashes his fury—at the wrong student. He starts screaming at the football team’s quarterback, a guy who could flatten him in seconds, and even challenges him to a fight after school. The class erupts in laughter, things spiral out of control, and Kenn laughs so uncontrollably he’s told to step out if he can’t pull himself together. Next, the “Buds” revisit the infamous day Kenn’s curiosity cost Ron dearly. After test results were handed back, Kenn abandoned his usual front-row seat and sprinted to the back of the room to check how everyone did. Spotting Ron’s test, Kenn grabbed it and ran to the teacher, proudly pointing out that he had the same answer—except Kenn’s had been marked wrong. The teacher promptly informed them that Ron’s answer was wrong too, resulting in Ron’s test score dropping to a D. Ron is still complaining about it fifty years later. Hilarious. Legendary. And proof that some math class moments never fade. Boomer rating: Under the Edge.Send us a text https://www.boomersontheedge.com [email protected]
The Pom Pom Girls
2025/12/29
A New Years Tale Ring in the New Year with a classic coming-of-age misadventure. Kenn and Ron—two well-meaning but famously inexperienced teens—think they’ve hit the jackpot when a pair of Pom Pom girls invite them to what sounds like an intimate New Year’s Eve party. When they arrive, the girls’ parents greet them like model young men: stellar grades, National Honor Society members, one even class president. The parents couldn’t be happier to leave their daughter in such “responsible” company. Kenn and Ron take this as a great sign… until the doorbell keeps ringing. One by one, a parade of older, sketchy, rock-band-looking guys flood the house. It doesn’t take long for Kenn and Ron to realize they weren’t the romantic leads in this evening at all, they were the decoy. “The Pom Pom Girls” is a hilarious tale of teenage hope, hormones, and the harsh lessons of growing up—served with a heavy dose of New Year’s disappointment. Holiday Shopping Lessons Learned
2025/12/22
A 1960s Holiday Adventure In this festive, retro-themed episode, Craig, Kenn, Ron, and guest host Randy swap stories about holiday shopping in the 1960s. Ron and his younger brother Randy revisit one of their family’s most legendary tales—five-year-old Randy’s epic struggle to make quick decisions, thanks to his intensely analytical mind, and the surprising consequences that followed. During a long day of shopping, their parents try motivating the kids—Ron (8), Randy (5), and Sandy (3)—with the promise of a toy at the end of the trip. While Ron and Sandy eagerly snatch up their prizes, Randy’s endless deliberation tests everyone’s patience, ultimately costing him his toy and earning him an unforgettable lesson. Ron and Randy share several hilarious moments from childhood that highlight a young Randy’s analytical (and often comically slow) approach to decision-making. Join us for a nostalgic, laugh-filled journey back to the days of childhood, family shopping trips, and holiday memories! They're All Scum!
2025/12/15
Guest host Keith joins the show to help recount one of the most legendary Boomers on the Edge stories—the night at the Duchess. It’s late, they’re underage, and the Buds (John, Keith, Ray, Kenn, Craig, and Ron) have wandered into the Duchess, a notoriously grimy Detroit strip bar. It’s Kenn’s very first time in a place like this… and his reaction does not disappoint. While most of the Buds rush to claim their spots around the stage, Kenn and Ron hover awkwardly near the entrance, trying to process the scene. Before long, Kenn starts whispering to Ron that the bar is “scummy”—a whisper that quickly escalates into his unmistakable “passion voice.” Within moments, he’s shouting across the bar, “They’re all scum!” Ron panics, patrons turn, and the bouncer decides he’s seen enough. With a looming brawl on the horizon, he boots the entire group out in one sweep. And just like that, the Buds’ night is over. This episode is pure comedy from start to finish—a true Boomers on the Edge classic. Buckle up—it’s a riot from start to finish. "This May or May Not Be My Wife"
2025/12/08
In this laugh‑out‑loud episode, Craig shares a wild workplace story about a young apprentice who couldn’t stop bragging about his wife’s beauty—complete with revealing photos. The apprentice proudly flashes a picture, declaring, “This may or may not be my wife.” That’s when Craig hatches a prank: each day, he shows the apprentice increasingly risqué photos of “his own wife”—images secretly pulled from the internet. The game quickly escalates into a hilarious competition of one‑upmanship, with both sides trying to outdo each other in the battle of “may or may not be their wife’s” pictures. Tune in for this outrageous tale of workplace mischief, playful rivalry, and comedic escalation. It’s bold, funny, and guaranteed to entertain! The Bush is Back!
2025/12/01
Kenn, Craig, and Ron return—and things get a little… fuzzy. Literally. In this episode, Kenn dives into a wild piece of pop-culture news: Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS “Faux Bush” underwear line. Yes, you heard that right—G-strings with faux pubic hair, and apparently, they’re flying off the shelves. The Boomers weigh in on this retro revival, sharing their reactions and swapping stories about the evolution of “the bush,” from the unshaven images they stumbled across as kids to the clean-shaven surprises they encountered at gentlemen’s clubs in Windsor, Canada during their early business days. It’s a funny, nostalgic, and surprisingly enlightening stroll through decades of personal grooming trends—Boomers on the Edge style. Just like bell-bottoms from the ’70s, the bush is officially back! Quest for the Breasts
2025/11/24
Remember when sneaking a peek at a National Geographic felt like the height of scandal? In this laugh-out-loud episode, Kenn, Craig, and Ron take a cheeky stroll down memory lane, contrasting today’s “so what” attitude toward nudity with the wide-eyed wonder of growing up in the 1960s. Kenn kicks things off with a headline he read: Jennifer Lawrence appeared fully nude in a film… and the public reaction was basically, “meh.” In an age where nudity is everywhere online, the shock, mystery, and taboo that once surrounded it have all but vanished. That sets the stage for Kenn, Craig, and Ron to reflect on just how different things were when they were growing up in the 1960s—when young boys had to get creative in their quest to see a bare breast. From sneaking peeks at National Geographic to stumbling upon discarded adult magazines, the crew swaps stories of their hilariously determined (and often disastrous) discoveries. It’s a mix of comedy, cultural reflection, and a little bit of education—Boomers on the Edge style. Judo Moves
2025/11/17
Kenn shares a college Judo class story in which a training partner’s unexpectedly bold flirting puts him in an awkward spot. As Kenn describes trying to stay respectful and composed, Craig and Ron can’t resist teasing him about his reactions—and his younger self’s romantic cluelessness. When the classmate eventually hands Kenn her phone number, his dramatic decision to tear it up sparks even more incredulous (and hilarious) commentary from Craig and Ron. Their relentless ribbing turns the tale into a running joke that carries through the episode. To top it off, the show closes with outtakes of Craig and Ron’s outrageous reenactments of Kenn’s “moves,” delivering one last round of over-the-top hilarity. Fast Food, Exact Change and Synchronicity
2025/11/10
Fast Food, Exact Change and Synchronicity Guest host Randy takes us on a hilarious trip down memory lane with two unforgettable fast-food encounters — one from behind the counter in the 1970s and another from the customer side in the 1980s. First, we hear about Randy’s teenage pride and joy — his 1967 Chevy Nova II — and the fateful parking-lot standoff with his McDonald’s manager that ended with a torn-up paper hat and a pink slip. (Don’t worry — karma, and corporate, came for that manager soon enough!) Then, as a customer years later, Randy finds himself in another fast-food fiasco — this time over a handful of olives at Subway and a perfectly counted pile of coins that sends a sandwich artist into orbit. In both stories, synchronicity strikes when Randy unexpectedly crosses paths with his former foes, leading to laugh-out loud, full-circle moments you’ll have to hear to believe. Get ready for nostalgia, comedy, and a reminder that sometimes the universe really does serve things up with a side of irony! Bachelor Party - The Aftereffect
2025/11/03
Bachelor Party: The Aftereffect Part III of the Bachelor Party Trilogy It’s the late ’80s—VHS tapes, bad decisions, and one bachelor party that refuses to stay buried. In this outrageous finale, a mysterious coat left at Kenn’s house turns out to hide more than just bad decisions—it’s got drugs in the pocket, setting off a chain of chaos nobody saw coming. When Ron is asked by a crazy sales manager Tom to bring the infamous bachelor party VHS to a New Year’s Eve gathering, things spiral out of control. Just after the midnight ball drop, Tom pops the tape into the VCR—right in front of the company’s VPs, executives, and their horrified wives. The room clears faster than the champagne bubbles, and Ron takes the fall for the whole fiasco. Back at work, Tom adds insult to injury—mocking Ron by pretending to crank an old movie camera through the office halls. But the laughs keep rolling as management calls Ron in for “a serious talk” while Tom pantomimes outside the door. A comedy of errors, misunderstandings, and pure 1980s office madness—Bachelor Party: The Aftereffect is the unforgettable finale of the Bachelor Party Trilogy.
