Description

Are you tired of feeling all alone in your neurodiverse marriage, and no one quite understanding or believing what you go through? Would you like a personal shepherdess to guide you OUT of the VALLEYS of neurodiversity…INTO life-giving green pastures — nourishment for your soul? I was a very sad and confused wife for 32 years, when my husband was finally diagnosed with Asperger’s in 2017. Now going on 40 years of marriage, we have an amazing story to share, and I’ve come out on the other side, victorious. It’s not that I’ve arrived – it’s that I’m successfully learning how to center myself afresh in Jesus every day, because I need to, every day! There is an enemy that never takes a vacation from trying to feed lies to us. Neurodiversity is challenging enough! We can’t afford to be letting lies in. Come on the journey with me, my Cassandra-friend, and I’ll lead you to green pastures to heal your soul, so that no matter what is happening around you, you can be your healthiest version – who God created you to be. And you might be pleasantly surprised at how others around you respond to this healthy new version of you! YOU DON’T HAVE TO LIVE THE WAY YOU’VE BEEN LIVING ANY MORE! Hope REALLY IS on the way. Allow MY breakthrough to make a way for YOUR breakthrough! Open the curtains, get your song back, and step into your story of origin, adding a joy-filled chapter! Let’s create a community of thriving (not just surviving) women!!!!

E51 | Part 4 - Successfully Launching Your Benevolent Boundaries In Neurodiverse Marriage
2026/09/28
In the concluding episode of our Benevolent Boundaries series, we arrive at implementing boundaries. We are reminded that a boundary isn’t punishment; it’s deciding how you’ll show up, even when someone else isn’t showing up well, using respectful communication to help you stop over-functioning. You are accessing heaven to come into your story. Learn how not to allow a snooze button for your boundary. And learn how to step into a 9 ft. Bubble of Peace after you set your boundary! Join the community (Friends Uncaged - see link below) to walk through this with others who understand and can cheer you on and pray with you. Hope is on the way! Stay Connected! E50 | Boundaries Part 3: Non-negotiables In Your Neurodiverse Marriage
2026/09/21
In this episode, we discuss your non-negotiables: Your personal standards (within your neurodiverse marriage) that you WILL NOT compromise on. These will help you stay anchored to the goal of holding fast to your boundaries. Writing out the non-negotiables in your neurodiverse marriage helps protect your emotional and physical well-being by defining what you will accept and what action you will take if a limit is crossed. You can do it calmly and respectfully, which invites a different response so the relationship can reconnect and be healthy. Stick around for an encouraging activation! Hope is on the way! E49 | Part 2: Jesus Relates To Cassandra: Boundaries for Mindblind Pharisees
2026/09/14
Jesus understands neurodiversity: what it’s like to be surrounded by spiritually mindblind perspectives and not be believed or understood. Yet Jesus stayed steady, focused, and healthy. He had capacity. Jesus knew how to set non-negotiables and benevolent boundaries. He knew who He was, and whose He was. How amazing that we can glean principles from Jesus to help us with neurodiversity. Be encouraged in this episode as we learn from what Jesus modeled. This series (on boundaries) is being discussed in the group, ‘Friends Uncaged,’ this month as we explore the theme of boundaries. Find the group link below. 👇 Hope is on the way! Stay Connected! In this 4-part series, we will begin by laying a foundation so you can develop the capacity to sustain your boundaries. A boundary isn’t punishment; it’s deciding how I’ll show up, even when someone else isn’t showing up well. It allows for potential future connection and reconciliation. E39 | Wives In Neurodiverse Marriage: A Planner Geared To Bring Peace Of Mind To Neurodiverse Caregivers
2026/07/06
You will enjoy Libby’s interview of Christina, married 16 years to a neurodiverse man, mom of three neurodiverse kids, emergency manager, and business owner: “For years, I tried to fix our home environment, hoping to ease the sensory and communication challenges in my neurodiverse family. But no matter how much I read or how many Christian experts I listened to, nothing bridged the gap between meeting everyone else’s needs and caring for myself. I was exhausted carrying so many responsibilities while my needs were unmet. My husband was frustrated with his limitations and didn’t know what to do. My neurodiverse kids needed my help to navigate a world they didn’t always understand, but their meltdowns and challenges were overwhelming and exhausting at times. My health began to decline as I focused on making our marriage and home life optimal for my spouse and kids to prevent the cycle of problems. I reached a breaking point when I realized that prioritizing my well-being wasn’t selfish—it was essential. That’s when I turned to simple planning solutions to create space for self-care.” Christina’s podcast: Neurodiverse Family Life Planner launch on Christina’s website.
