🎙️ REINTRODUCING MZ. MELONY | THE STORY BEHIND B.A.R.
2026/09/08
Over half a million downloads later, I realized it was time to reintroduce myself. 🎙️❤️🔥
In this solo episode of the B.A.R. TV Podcast, I’m taking it back to the beginning and sharing the story behind the woman, the brand, and the business.
I’m Melony Feliciano, aka Mz. Melony, founder and CEO of B.A.R. TV Show, LLC and before becoming a producer and distributor, my journey in media included working in FM radio.
When I walked away from radio, I didn’t walk away from media. I built my own platform.
I created B.A.R. TV and began learning this business from the ground up building a television show, producing content, creating opportunities, and eventually evolving from being the talent in front of the microphone into the businesswoman behind the distribution.
In this episode, I talk about how B.A.R. TV started, why I created it, the lessons I learned along the way, and how my journey evolved into podcast and film distribution.
Today, I don’t just create content, I help other creators get their content distributed, monetized, and positioned to generate revenue.
And with the B.A.R. TV Podcast surpassing half a million downloads, there are a whole lot of new listeners who may know what I do without knowing the story of how I got here.
So allow me to reintroduce myself. 👑

We talk about the different chapters of her journey, what she learned along the way, and how those experiences ultimately led her to take control of her own narrative.
Today, Katherine is the Executive Producer of her own series, Tales of a Latina—bringing her experiences, creativity, and perspective full circle.
This is a conversation about reinvention, growth, ownership, and never allowing one chapter of your life to define the entire story.

James “Kraze” Billings of the international award winning Unbreakable Documentary
2026/08/15
On this episode of the B.A.R. TV Podcast, Mz. Melony sits down with James “Kraze The King of Content” Billings, the director behind UNBREAKABLE: The Melony Feliciano Story.
This conversation hits differently because the work speaks for itself.
UNBREAKABLE has continued to make its mark on the international film festival circuit, earning:
🏆 BEST DOCUMENTARY — Fusion International Film Festival, New York
🎬 Festival recognition connected to NYU Tisch School of the Arts
🇮🇹 HONORABLE MENTION — Love Peace and Freedom Film Festival 2026–2027, Napoli, Italy
🇮🇹 SCREENPLAY CONSISTENCY Recognition — Love Peace and Freedom Film Festival, Italy
The Italian festival praised UNBREAKABLE as a film “made with the heart and soul,” recognizing the authenticity and emotion behind bringing Mz. Melony’s journey to the screen.
Mz. Melony and Kraze go behind the making of the documentary—from turning real-life experiences into a feature film to the creative decisions, trust and storytelling required to capture a life story without losing its truth.
They also discuss Kraze’s journey as a filmmaker and content creator, independent filmmaking, directing, longevity, preserving culture and what happens when you stop waiting for permission and create your own opportunities.
Now, with three festival honors spanning New York and Italy, the story they created together continues to travel internationally.
This isn’t just a conversation about making a documentary.
It’s about making something that matters.
