EP 33: Closing a Chapter (And What Comes Next)
2026/10/13
This is a solo episode, and it’s a big one. I’m sharing everything that’s been happening in my world - from hosting what turned out to be one of the most magical weeks of my life at a retreat here in Santa Teresa, to reflecting on what this entire chapter in Costa Rica has actually given me, and what I’m bringing home with me. I talk about what it’s been like to sit with so much discomfort over the last year and how that’s shaped me into a better coach, a more grounded human, and someone who genuinely loves who she’s becoming. I share the moment I knew this chapter in Costa Rica was complete. I get into my detox journey and why I finally prioritised my health in a way I never have before. I talk about what’s opened up spiritually since doing the plant medicine work - and why I feel done with it now in a way that feels really clean and complete. I also share what’s coming next - the Bali retreat in November, a new retreat in the Byron Bay hinterlands, the group program Returning Home launching in February, and the Lighter Life Challenge kicking off in October for anyone who’s ready for a first step (we start on the 18th). And I talk about Kitty. Obviously. This is the last episode for the year... or is it.
EP 32: Connecting to Your Womb, Your Cycle & Your Power with Kelsey
2026/09/08
This conversation is for the girls. I'll be honest - when I first started seeing things online about womb work and women connecting to their cycles in different ways, I was like... what is this? Seems a bit weird. Seems a bit woo woo. It's not. It's f*cking magic. And this episode is your introduction to it. I'm joined by Kelsey - a doctor of physiotherapy specialising in women's pelvic health who is also, in her own words, innately a womb witch. And this combination of clinical expertise and deep intuitive wisdom makes for one of the most eye-opening conversations I've had on this podcast. We talk about why so many women are completely disconnected from their wombs and their bodies and the history behind how that happened, the four seasons of your cycle - winter, spring, summer and autumn - and how to actually work with your energy instead of against it, why your bleed is a sacred time of shedding and not something to push through, giving your blood back to the earth and why this has become one of the most ceremonial practices of Elly's month, the witch wound and the deep cellular memory women carry of what happened when we were in our power, how to create and manifest in alignment with your cycle rather than forcing things through, and why connecting to your womb first changes everything. Whether you're brand new to all of this or you've been dipping your toe in - this one is going to open something up in you.  Find Kelsey at @glowhouseofsenses on Instagram or glowhouseofsenses.com
EP 31: The Inner Parent, The Inner Child & Everything In Between with Graham
2026/09/01
Graham is back. This conversation went absolutely everywhere - in the best possible way. We started talking about universal oneness and somehow covered CrossFit, loss, romantic relationships, the inner parent, self-belief, the women's cycle versus the men's 24 hour hormonal clock, welcoming every version of yourself to the table, and why doing less might actually be the most loving thing you can do for yourself right now. Graham has this incredible way of articulating self-love and forgiveness that just lands differently. The idea of inviting every version of yourself - the sad one, the lonely one, the one that made mistakes - to sit at the table and receive God's light rather than pushing them away. That one's going to stay with me for a while and ever since I heard it - I've been sharing it like it could go out of fashion.  We also talk about pain and adversity as gifts, why there is no love without loss, the inner parent as a tool for self-regulation, and how every challenge - whether it's a CrossFit workout, a heartbreak or a season of grief - is preparing you for a better version of yourself. This is one of those conversations that went exactly where it needed to.
EP 30: Falling in Love With Yourself with Anna Bucklar
2026/08/25
This week's episode features our first ever return guest, Anna Bucklar. If you caught her first episode, you already know why she's back. Anna is one of those people that you just want to keep talking to - our conversations go deep, go everywhere and always land exactly where they need to. This one is about the self-love journey. The real version of it. Not the bubble baths and affirmations version - the one where you actually have to sit with yourself, feel your feelings and get honest about what's been keeping you stuck. We talk about why time doesn't actually heal anything and what does, the framework of Perception Is Projection and how it changes the way you see everything around you, what it felt like for Anna to do the mirror self-love ritual for the first time and where she's at with it now, what it actually feels like to fall in love with yourself for the first time, and why the hardest seasons of our lives are always preparing us for something we can't yet imagine. We also talk about the women we both showed up to Costa Rica as - and the women we're leaving as. They are not the same people. This conversation went exactly where it needed to go. We hope you get whatever medicine is in it for you.
EP 29: Spirituality, Psychics & Coming Home to Yourself with Brittany Bento
2026/08/18
I sat down with my beautiful soul sister Brittany - reader, psychic, medium and one of the most grounded, genuine humans I know - for one of those conversations that just flows. We talked for 45 minutes and it felt like five. Brittany has been tapped into the spiritual world since she was a little girl - seeing spirits by her bed at three years old, being terrified by shadow figures in a Montreal house at nine, and eventually finding her way into mediumship development that helped her make sense of everything she'd been experiencing her whole life. But this episode isn't just about the woo. It's about what spirituality actually is - and what it isn't. We talk about why true spirituality is embodiment and being human, not escaping the human experience. Why so many people use spirituality as another form of dissociation. Why you should never outsource your power to a reader - or to plant medicine. And why the most rebellious, courageous, spiritual thing you can do is simply be yourself in a world that constantly tells you to be something else. We also get into authenticity and content creation, how self-reflection is the foundation of knowing yourself, why your ego isn't just arrogance - it's every safe decision you ever made that wasn't actually yours, and why if you found yourself listening to this episode, that's probably not an accident. Connect with Brittany on IG here!
EP 28: How I Learned to Trust Myself
2026/08/11
Most people want to feel more confident in themselves. To trust their own decisions. To actually follow through on the things they say they're going to do. But wanting it and having it are two very different things. This episode is about how I built it. And it didn't happen the way you might think. I share my own journey with this - how I went from someone who would fall off the bandwagon over and over again, to someone who's now weeks into a strict health detox protocol eating nothing but vegetables, meat and eggs and not thinking twice about it. And how that didn't happen overnight. It happened brick by brick, through years of micro moments where I chose to lean into the uncomfortable thing anyway. I talk about why self-trust isn't built overnight, how a devotional morning practice is actually one of the most powerful ways to start building it, why stepping outside your comfort zone is non-negotiable, how talking to yourself through difficult moments builds more confidence than almost anything else, and how sitting with ayahuasca in Costa Rica gave me the evidence I needed to walk away from a two and a half year situationship and never look back. I also share details about the Lighter Life Challenge - a six week self-discovery program I've created for the people who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. It's the first step. And if you've been listening to this thinking - yeah, that's me - it might just be for you. Self-trust is a muscle. And this episode is about how to start building it.
EP 27: A Solo Episode on Self-intimacy, Self-worth & Showing Up For Yourself
2026/08/04
This episode is about the most important relationship you'll ever have. Not with a partner, not with your family, not with your friends. With yourself. I start by asking a question that I'd love for you to sit with - how intimate is your relationship with you? Because most of us have never really thought about it. We were never taught to. We grew up watching how the adults around us treated themselves, absorbed it without even realising, and built our entire relationship with ourselves from that unconscious foundation. I share what I used to do when I was having a hard time - comfort eating, partying, posting bikini pics for validation, reaching out to a friend with benefits for a quick fix of affection - and how none of it was actually about comforting myself. Because I didn't know how to do that. I didn't even know it was possible. I talk about what it actually looks like to develop an intimate relationship with yourself - how you comfort yourself, how you speak to yourself, how you show up for yourself in the small moments of every day, why your self-worth is directly linked to how you treat yourself, and why we can only love others to the depth we've been willing to go within ourselves. I also share the practical stuff - morning and evening routines, what I actually do to connect with myself each day, and why things don't have to make sense in your logical mind to be the right decision for you. This one's gentle, honest and probably going to make you want to hug yourself. Which, by the way - you absolutely should.
EP 26: I'm Moving Home & Here's What's Been Really Going On
2026/07/28
I'm moving back to Australia on the 27th of September. And this last year and a half in Costa Rica - while it might have looked like jungle living and good vibes from the outside - has honestly been one of the most intense, heavy, confusing and quietly profound chapters of my life. I get into what's actually been going on. The plant medicine journey last September that stirred up generational trauma in my lineage. The six months of fear and confusion that followed. The dark moments I haven't talked about publicly. What it's felt like to sit completely alone with all of that and move through it. And why I genuinely believe everything I experienced was preparing me to hold more for the people I serve. I also share what's coming next - the Lighter Life Challenge, my nervous system foundations course, my Costa Rica women's retreat, and the physical detox journey I've just started after getting my hair mineral analysis results back and realising everything is out of whack. This one's honest and unfiltered and I'm so glad I finally sat down to record it.
EP 25: Four Recent Lessons That Have Changed Everything
2026/07/21
This one came through in tea ceremony. I sat down with my journal, looked at the notes I'd been collecting over the last few weeks, and this episode just poured out of me. It's a solo one and it's probably one of the most personal things I've shared in a while. I'm walking you through four significant lessons that have genuinely improved my life recently - the kind of stuff that sounds simple and hits different when you actually start living it. The first is social media boundaries and how creating a morning and evening routine that doesn't involve a screen has completely changed my sleep, my nervous system and my mental health. I share exactly what my routine looks like now and what it used to look like - and spoiler, it was not great. The second is authenticity as the vehicle to self-love. I talk about growing up as a chubby kid who lost nine kilos at 12 on a diet of apples and salad just to get people to like her, why I got a boob job, and why I'm getting it taken out in December. This one gets personal. The third is giving back 0 and how finding ways to be of service, whether it's picking up rubbish on your walk or smiling at a stranger, is one of the most direct pathways to feeling fulfilled. And the fourth is health. What came up in my last ayahuasca journey, why I'm now on a physical detox journey, and why I genuinely believe that we need to start paying more attention to what we're putting on and in our bodies before it catches up with us. This one's honest, a little raw, and I hope it lands for you.
EP 24: Primal Living, Bioharmonizing & Getting Back to Nature with Christian Van Camp
2026/07/14
Christian Van Camp is the co-founder of Bioculture and Maestro Valley, and lives and breathes what he preaches. He's all about primal living - integrating as much of your life as possible around nature - and this episode is packed with the kind of practical, grounded wisdom that makes you want to immediately go outside, eat a raw egg and throw your LED bulbs in the bin. We get into what primal living actually means and how to integrate it even if you live in a city, why Christian prefers the word bioharmonizing over biohacking and what that distinction actually means, the power of the words we speak and how they're literally casting spells on our lives, circadian rhythm and why your LED lights might be quietly wrecking your nervous system, the connection between creativity and sexual life force energy, why shifting from consumption to creation might be the most important thing you can do right now, and what spirituality actually means through a primal lens - spoiler, it's a lot more grounded and a lot less airy fairy than you might think. Christian also shares the story of how Bioculture and Maestro Valley came to be, what kind of people come to their retreats, and the beautiful love story of how he met his partner Luana through it all. This one is warm, wild, funny and genuinely full of gold.  Find Christian on Instagram and at Maestro Valley.
EP 23: She Flatlined as a Child, Lost Her Dad at 17 & Gave Birth at Home Alone ft. Sedona
2026/07/07
Sedona is a yoga teacher, retreat facilitator and now a brand new mama - and her story is one of the most beautifully layered I've heard. From flatlining in second grade, to a decade in the fitness world chasing the Gymshark dream, to selling everything, packing a suitcase and moving to Mexico with her dog and zero plans - she has lived a lot of lives to get to this one. We get into what it actually means to come out of your masculine and back into your feminine, why allowing yourself to feel is the most powerful compass you have, the spectrum of pain and love and why one expands the other, what it was like to give birth at home with no doctors and no medical intervention - treating the entire nine months as one long ceremony - and why childbirth might be the most profound spiritual experience a woman can have even if she doesn't have the language for it yet. We also talk about intuition and how to actually access it, following the invisible thread even when it makes zero sense, the guilt that comes with new motherhood and a new identity, and why the things that don't make sense almost always make the most sense looking back. This one is warm, raw, deeply feminine and genuinely medicine. Find Sedona on Instagram @soulful.sedona and at Maestro Valley Retreat. This episode touches on natural unmedicated birth and personal health decisions. Always consult with qualified medical professionals for guidance around pregnancy, birth and postpartum care.
EP 22: Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda & Living in Balance with Key Reteff
2026/06/30
This episode is a wild ride and I genuinely learned so much. I've been naturally leaning into so many of these practices over the past while - warm drinks, steamed veggies, no more cold smoothies - without any real education behind it. So getting to sit down with Key, an expert in both Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, felt like such a divine download of validation and knowledge all at once. Key's own path here is wild. A 14 foot fall during his time in the military that he fully accepted death through, years of numbing out through drugs, a sobriety journey that led him to feel everything he'd suppressed his whole life, and an ayahuasca ceremony where he pulled an oracle card that said "healer" and knew instantly that was his path. We get into the fundamentals of yin and yang, the five element theory, why Chinese medicine treats the whole person rather than the disease, what your tongue and your eyes can reveal about your organs, moxibustion and why it's considered equal to acupuncture in China, the Chinese medicine organ clock, why eating late at night is wrecking your sleep and your liver, glucose spikes and why dessert should come after your meal not before, spleen qi deficiency (more common than you'd think), Ayurvedic self-massage and sensory rituals, and why going inward - through stillness, dark rooms, or simply sitting with discomfort - might be the most powerful medicine there is. This one is packed with practical, simple shifts you can start making today, alongside some genuinely profound wisdom on healing, emotions and finding out who you actually are underneath all the conditioning. Find and connect with Key here on IG: https://www.instagram.com/holisticuniversity/?hl=en  So good. So full. Enjoy this one. 🌿
EP 21: Detox the Right Way: Minerals, Metals & Microplastics with Eva Hooft
2026/06/23
Recorded live from the deck at Maestro Valley Retreat - so if you hear nature sounds, the odd firework, or someone wandering past, that's just part of the magic of this one. I met Ava here on retreat and the moment she started talking about what she does, I knew I had to get her on the podcast immediately. Eva is a holistic detox coach who blends mineral balancing, nervous system work, somatics and detoxification - and honestly, this conversation answered questions I didn't even know I had. Eva's own story starts in childhood - food intolerances, chronic CMV, years of being bedridden, gut issues that never seemed to stop. Like so many of us, she tried every diet, every supplement, before finally discovering detoxification and mineral balancing changed everything for her. We get into the backpack of rocks analogy (you're going to want to write this one down), terrain theory and why your body isn't broken - it's adapting, what your hair can actually reveal about your mineral levels that blood tests can't, the connection between copper, estrogen dominance and anxiety, why taking iron supplements often makes iron deficiency worse, the truth about polyester, perfume and the microplastics already in your brain and placenta, why certain heavy metal detox trends going around social media can actually be dangerous, and why chronic viral outbreaks like herpes are far more common - and far less scary - than you've been led to believe. This episode is packed with knowledge bombs from start to finish. If you've ever felt like you're doing everything right and still not feeling your best, this one's for you.  Find Eva on Instagram @eva.hooft  If you're curious about exploring detoxification and hair mineral analysis - use this link to start a conversation with Eva and her team: https://app.iclosed.io/e/realignmentmethod/realignment-call-new-elly-miles This episode is for educational and informational purposes only and isn't a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, or detox practices, or before stopping any prescribed treatment.
EP 20: The Brave Thing ft. Patrick Guiney
2026/06/16
Fair warning - this episode is as fun as it is deep. Patrick Guiney is one of those people that makes you laugh without even trying, and somehow also says things that stop you in your tracks. He's been one of my favourite humans in Santa Teresa since the moment I met him outside a coffee shop, and I'm so glad we finally sat down to record this. Patrick grew up in Dublin, built a career in corporate tech, got married, ticked all the boxes - and still felt like something was deeply off. It wasn't until his ten year marriage ended and he made the terrifying decision to leave his nine to five that things started to shift. And then somehow, a one way ticket to Costa Rica later, he accidentally built one of the most beautiful community platforms I've seen - Nomads - which now has 500 members and 50 events across Santa Teresa. We talk about what it actually feels like to live in the middle - that limbo phase where you've got everything on paper but nothing feels right - and what it took for Patrick to finally start listening to himself. We get into people pleasing, therapy, journaling, the law of attraction, how the universe literally played the theme song of his podcast through a speaker at the beach to let him know he was on the right path, and why he named his podcast Saturdays - because Saturday was the one day the real Patrick was allowed to show up. This one's warm, funny, honest and full of those little nuggets that land when you need them most.  Go find Patrick and Saturdays. https://www.instagram.com/patrickguiney1?igsh=b3lpczA0M2RzbDRj https://open.spotify.com/show/4Pn7YeLBdmYlXVAGTmPrTL?si=b41a8092b6b34df7
EP 19: $80K in Debt And Low Self Worth
2026/06/02
This is the self-worth episode. And I'm not talking about affirmations in the mirror or surface level confidence tips - I'm talking about the real stuff. The patterns you can't unsee once you see them. The clues your life has been giving you all along. This is a solo episode and it's one I've been sitting with for a while. We're talking about self-worth in the most honest, unfiltered way I know how - by looking at my own story and what my external reality was reflecting back to me for years before I could actually see it. I share the patterns I couldn't see for years - the situationships, the f*** boys, the binge drinking, the dr*gs, the money I wasted, the way I treated my body, the fake boobs, the $80,000 in debt - and how all of it was just my external reality mirroring back to me exactly where my self-worth was at. I also walk you through how things actually changed. The checkpoints. The first ayahuasca retreat. The NLP training I signed up for with $9,000 in my bank account and $80k in debt because I got a divine sign I couldn't ignore. The coaches I've invested in. The devotional practices I now live by. And why investing energy - time, money and presence - back into yourself is the thing that changes everything. This episode is an invitation to get curious. To look at your own life and ask honestly - what is my reality reflecting back to me right now? Because the answers are already there.
