Caleb Flynn Trial: Should His Mistress Be Charged? Could He Make a Redemption Album?
2026/09/29
Caleb Flynn’s murder trial has put his affair, his former American Idol appearance, and his relationship with Alleigha Botner, a young woman from his church, under a national spotlight. But should Alleigha face charges because of the disturbing text messages she exchanged with Caleb about his wife, Ashley Flynn? This week on High Conflict Hell, I explain the Caleb Flynn case to my 70-year-old mom, whose TV law degree comes from Perry Mason, The People’s Court, and Judge Judy.  I walk her through the affair, Alleigha Botner’s testimony, the text messages, and Caleb’s account of the night Ashley was killed. Then I ask her the question filling my comment section: Should Alleigha be charged? The case leads us into a bigger conversation about relationships and family dynamics. We discuss what it’s like to be the other woman, what changes when the man has children, and how a new partner can get pulled into a family conflict, or become a weaponized stepmom. We also talk about the age difference between Caleb and Alleigha, the influence a church leader can have, and why so much public anger is directed at her. And because Caleb Flynn was once on American Idol and his songs were played in court, we have one more question: Could he someday try to turn this case into a Christian music redemption album? It’s a mother-daughter conversation about the Caleb Flynn trial, Alleigha Botner, the death of Ashley Flynn, marriage, infidelity, religion, children, and who gets blamed when a family is torn apart. https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann: KJ Charged with 7 Felonies—While Kroy Had Primary Custody?
2026/09/22
Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) star Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann have spent years locked in a high-conflict divorce and child-custody battle. After Kroy recently sought primary custody—accusing Kim of missing parenting time while she was working—the court temporarily suspended her time with the children. Just weeks later, their 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, allegedly sexually assaulted a classmate. He has since been indicted on seven felony charges and is currently being prosecuted as an adult. We break down the disturbing timeline, Kim’s allegations that Kroy physically assaulted one of their children, the former girlfriend who reportedly described him as abusive, and Kim’s claim that the guardian ad litem dismissed the children’s concerns and branded them liars.  We also examine pornography, sexual boundaries, parental accountability, custody evaluations, guardian ad litem bias, and what happens when family court punishes a mother for working while rewarding a father demanding control. This episode explores the brutal intersection of celebrity, money, toxic relationships, co-parenting, criminal allegations, and family court—and asks the question at the center of it all: Was this custody fight ever truly about protecting the children Jen & JeniLynn have both been through Family Court, high-conflict court cases, and with approach these issues with legal (JeniLynn's an Attorney) and a personal persepcitve. JP Miller & Mica Miller: Grooming, Pornography, Religion & Family Court
2026/09/19
The Death of a Pastor's Wife, and the story of Mica Miller and her estranged husband, Pastor JP Miller, raises  questions about grooming, coercive control, pornography, religion, domestic abuse, and the failures of family court.  We examine allegations that Mica met JP when she was only 13 years old, that JP Miller was 15 years older than her, the power imbalance that followed, and how religious authority can be weaponized inside intimate relationships. We also discuss JP Miller’s sermons about sex, submission, and a wife’s obligation to her husband; the allegations made by Mica and those close to her; and the relationship between sexual coercion, technology, pornography, and control. How do abuse allegations get minimized when the accused is a powerful pastor—and why are women so often expected to prove their suffering while still living through it? Then we connect Mica Miller’s story to divorce, high-conflict relationships, domestic violence, co-parenting, and family court. This episode examines what happens when faith, marriage, sexuality, money, reputation, and institutional power collide—and why “just leave” is never as simple as it sounds. https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Kim Zolciak’s Son KJ Biermann, Pornography & Parallel Parenting
2026/09/15
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, is facing seven felony charges involving sexual-assault allegations....are Kim & Kroy Parallel Parenting? And if they are, how are they navigating this extreme family trauma?  We discuss what investigators reportedly discovered on KJ's his phone, Kim’s public defense of her son, the children caught in the middle, and what happens when serious allegations collide with divorce, custody, and high-conflict co-parenting. Then we get into pornography on children’s devices, parallel parenting, gray rocking, toxic relationships, and communicating with a difficult ex. We examine rigid 50/50 custody schedules, conflict over everything from medical care to soccer cleats, and the emotional price children pay when a parenting plan matters more than their actual needs. Parallel parenting at it's finest.  Finally, why a youth soccer league’s response felt painfully familiar. From abusive relationships and family court to co-parenting and the soccer field, women who speak up are still too often punished while aggressive men are protected. https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Lindsay Clancy, Total Hypocrisy, Family Court & the Internet
2026/09/12
The Lindsay Clancy trial and the aftermath of the mistrial: the 11–1 jury split, the lone holdout juror, Patrick Clancy’s response, and whether Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz will put Lindsay and her family through another trial. We also examine postpartum psychosis, maternal mental health, criminal responsibility, and what this case reveals about the way society judges mothers in crisis. Then we turn to the internet—and the controversy surrounding Total Hypocrisy, the “Be a Poll Worker” campaign, and the backlash over how women use their bodies and voices to demand attention for political issues. We talk about social-media outrage, online pile-ons, the Epstein files, and why women are criticized whether they stay quiet, speak up, cover up, or take ownership of their sexuality. From there, we connect these stories to relationships, marriage, co-parenting, and high-conflict family court. We discuss what happens when mental-health struggles are ignored inside a relationship—but later weaponized during divorce and child-custody battles—and how mothers can lose parenting time simply for seeking therapy, taking medication, or experiencing anxiety. Ultimately, this episode asks who gets compassion, who gets believed, and who gets punished. From the Lindsay Clancy mistrial to toxic relationships, postpartum mental health, custody disputes, and internet culture, we explore how quickly women are labeled unstable, difficult, or dangerous—and why speaking publicly may be one of the only ways to expose what is happening behind closed doors. https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Family Court Season: Sports, School & Lesbian Love
2026/09/08
Back-to-school season is here, youth sports and extracurricular activities are in full swing, and "co-parenting" is back on its b******t. This week, we’re talking about what goes on when kids change schools, how it affects child custody schedules, parenting plans, protection orders at children’s sporting events, school enrollment disputes, parental alienation accusations, financial abuse, and how high-conflict exes weaponize everything from soccer and ski lessons to therapy and dentist appointments. We also get into navigating difficult family relationships, supporting children through divorce, dating and finding love after divorce—and Jen’s birthday weekend filled with friendship, lesbian love, and plenty of High Conflict Hell. https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Birthday Presents: Lawyers Quitting, Weaponized Stepmoms & Family Court
2026/09/05
We have a birthday around here, and apparently miracles do happen, because a lawyer is quitting. 🎂 We’re talking high-conflict co-parenting, family court, parenting relationships after divorce, new partners and step-parent dynamics, and what happens when an ex’s new relationship changes a co-parenting relationship that actually used to work. Plus, the emotional toll family court takes on parents and kids, why sometimes disengaging is the healthiest form of co-parenting, and whether small wins can actually mean there’s a little hope in High Conflict Hell. We also get into family court reform, women being blamed by the systems meant to protect them, and why changing the conversation—even one person at a time—actually matters. And because it’s my birthday: lawyers quitting, unexpected presents, kids meeting new partners, arcade competition, and for once…a week that didn’t completely suck. 🎂🔥 https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
The Tate Brothers, The Manosphere, Lindsay Clancy, & The Unhinged Comment Section
2026/09/01
Men can publicly rally behind the Tate brothers...but women expressing empathy for Lindsay Clancy are having their mental health, parenting, and even custody questioned. We’re talking about Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, the men publicly supporting the Tate Brothers, and the very different reaction women are getting for expressing support or empathy for Lindsay Clancy during the Lindsay Clancy trial. We break down the manosphere, the double standards surrounding men and women online, and a family law attorney who says he is using women’s TikTok comments about Lindsay Clancy in custody cases to seek mental health evaluations and restrictions on parenting rights. Then we dig into a much bigger issue: how women’s mental health can be weaponized against them in family court. From postpartum mental health and psychiatric evaluations to custody battles, divorce, co-parenting, and allegations that a mother is “unstable,” we talk about what can happen when women speak publicly about their mental health—and why asking for help shouldn’t automatically become ammunition in a parenting or custody case. We also get personal about motherhood, marriage, divorce, emotional support, and what happens when the person who wasn’t there to help care for the children during the marriage suddenly demands 50/50 custody after separation. And because this is High Conflict Hell, somehow Zoloft, Lexapro, chlamydia, Crumbl Cookie, overpriced cookies, and a potential motion for water all make it into the episode. Not legal advice. Not mental health advice. Not advice on the manosphere.  https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Would You Rather: Divorce, Dating & Co-Parenting Chaos
2026/08/29
This week we’re playing, Would You Rather: Divorce Edition and tackling the very real chaos of high-conflict co-parenting, divorce, custody exchanges, parenting plans, dating after divorce, new partners, family court, and co-parenting with a difficult ex. Would you rather your ex date your kid’s teacher—or your divorce attorney? Be 15 minutes late to every custody exchange—or 15 minutes early with the “I’m here. Where are you?” texts? Do all the invisible parenting work yourself—or have your ex suddenly start replying-all to every teacher email? We also get into introducing new partners to your kids, communication after divorce, high-conflict custody cases, parenting-plan provisions that can actually reduce conflict, legal fees, and why a good parenting plan is basically an insurance policy for the co-parenting relationship you hope never falls apart. And because it’s us, things eventually get more serious: the Lindsay Clancy trial, women and the court system, mental health, motherhood, and what happens when the systems we expect to protect families fail them. Come play Would You Rather: Divorce, Dating & Co-Parenting Chaos with us. Not legal adivce, theraputic adivce, or dating advice.  https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Dating After Divorce: The 6th Month Rule? Corn, Porn & Co-Parenting Chaos
2026/08/25
Dating after divorce is complicated enough. Add kids, new partners, dating apps, exes, parenting plans, and high-conflict co-parenting, and suddenly your dating life can become everybody’s business—including family court. This week  we’re talking about dating after divorce with kids: When should you introduce a new boyfriend or girlfriend to your children? Is the internet’s famous six-month rule actually realistic? How much say should your ex have in your dating life? And what happens when your co-parent’s dating choices start affecting your kids? Then we head straight into the chaos of online dating after divorce when an ex shows up in an “Are We Dating the Same Guy?” Facebook group. The comments open up a much bigger conversation about cheating, ghosting, gaslighting, dating multiple people, sexual health, and why women are increasingly turning to other women to figure out who they’re actually dating. And, of course, we bring it back to high-conflict divorce and family court—from the double standards moms face when they start dating to mental-health diagnoses being weaponized in custody battles, and the impossible line between someone’s “private life” and the behavior their children ultimately experience. Basically: dating after divorce, co-parenting, new partners, online dating, cheating, gaslighting, family court, custody battles, porn, weed—and somehow, corn.  Not actual dating advice. No legal advice here. No theraputic adive here either. Post-Separation Abuse: When Divorce Doesn’t Set You Free
2026/08/22
Why does it feel like the abuse didn’t end with divorce? Because post-separation abuse started. We discuss what it actually looks like after divorce or separation—and how family court, co-parenting, money, parenting plans, and even the kids themselves can become tools for continued control. We break down our own experiences with high-conflict co-parenting and how a poorly structured parenting plan—especially a 50/50 schedule—can create endless opportunities for conflict long after the relationship is over. And because this is High Conflict Hell, we somehow make our way from legal abuse and financial control to expensive yogurt, penis pumps, new girlfriends, birthday-party drama, and Family of Destruction Court. Welcome to hell. 😂 In this episode: What is post-separation abuse? The patterns of intimidation, control, harassment, discrediting, financial abuse, legal abuse, and isolation that can continue—or escalate—after a relationship ends.Legal abuse & family court: When court motions, contempt threats, attorneys, evaluations, custody disputes, and the legal process itself become another source of control.Financial abuse after divorce: Court costs, attorney fees, school tuition, extracurriculars, reimbursements, stopped checks, and the exhausting fight over who owes what. When the kids get caught in the middle: How ongoing conflict between parents can directly affect children—even when everyone insists the adult issues are “separate” from parenting.50/50 parenting plans & high-conflict co-parenting: Why frequent exchanges and vague parenting-plan language can create more opportunities for conflict and continued contact.Building a better parenting plan: Fewer exchanges, neutral exchange locations, clearer terms, and other ways to reduce opportunities for post-separation conflict.Discrediting & the “crazy ex” narrative: What happens when mental health accusations, alienation claims, and attacks on a parent’s credibility become part of the litigation. The red flags that were there before divorce: From controlling spending to questioning what you buy at the grocery store—sometimes the expensive yogurt really was trying to tell you something. Why leaving doesn’t always end the abuse: Divorce can end the marriage without ending the power struggle, particularly when children keep two people legally connected for years.Plus: New love, forgotten brunch plans, birthday-party betrayal, mosquito-bite t*****s, penis pumps, and why family court might need to be renamed Family of Destruction Court.Post-separation abuse. High-conflict divorce. Co-parenting. 50/50 custody. Financial abuse. Legal abuse. Family court. Parenting plans. We’re getting into all of it—because sometimes getting divorced is only the beginning. https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell

Gaslighting: Lying, Cheating & Breakups
2026/08/15
We’re breaking down gaslighting—what it actually is, what it isn’t, and how lying and manipulation can slowly make you question your own reality. This one gets personal as we dive into a recent breakup and the complicated reality of dating, relationships, and starting over when you have kids. What is gaslighting? The difference between a lie, manipulation, and a pattern of actual gaslighting.Gaslighting in relationships and marriage: How repeated denial and rewriting reality can make you stop trusting your own instincts.Cheating, infidelity & betrayal: Jen tells the full story of the Pink Hair saga—a naked photo, years of denials, and eventually finding out what really happened. When your gut knows before you do: Why we can sense something is wrong while still allowing someone else to convince us otherwise.Gaslighting after divorce: How patterns from toxic or high-conflict relationships can follow you long after the relationship ends.Dating after divorce & toxic relationships: Recognizing old patterns, setting boundaries, and figuring out what a healthy relationship actually feels like.Breakups & moving on: That moment when you finally stop waiting for someone else to give you closure. And, of course, family court, co-parenting, parenting-plan drama, exes, dating, and our Weeks in Hell.https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Motion to Reconsider: What Is It? And We’re Not Losers
2026/08/11
What is a Motion for Reconsideration, and what happens when a family court judge denies it? In this episode we break down the latest ruling in Jen’s Washington family court case—and for once, we’re not the losers. Jen’s ex-husband asked the court to reconsider its previous ruling involving a requested mental health evaluation.  We walk through what a Motion for Reconsideration actually is, why the judge again found that a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) request is not the same thing as a court order, and what the ruling says about trying to compel a CR 35 psychological examination in Washington family court. We also talk about the thousands of dollars families can spend litigating psychological evaluations, attorney fees, fee shifting, allegations of intransigence, and the financial realities of high-conflict custody and parenting-plan litigation. Then we read an email from a listener—and clinical psychologist—that forces us to look at Jen’s case from a different perspective: Are we giving her ex-husband too much benefit of the doubt by blaming his attorney for the escalating conflict? That conversation takes us into coercive control, manipulation, weaponized incompetence, triangulation, DARVO, gray rocking, post-separation abuse, financial abuse, and the ways high-conflict family court litigation can become an extension of an unhealthy relationship dynamic. And underneath all of it is the question we keep coming back to on High Conflict Hell: What happens when a court system that is supposed to resolve family conflict becomes part of the conflict itself? Also: soccer injuries, dating, Jen’s secret new love interest, and the deeply embarrassing realization that apparently everyone has a podcast now. In this episode: • Motion for Reconsideration explained in plain English • Washington family court and CR 35 psychological examinations • Guardian ad Litem recommendations vs. court orders • Mental health evaluations in custody and parenting-plan cases • Attorney fees, litigation costs, and intransigence • High-conflict divorce and custody litigation • Coercive control and post-separation abuse • DARVO, triangulation, and weaponized incompetence • Gray rocking a high-conflict co-parent • Financial abuse through family court litigation • And, somehow, Jen finally wins something in family court https://www.parentingplan101.com/  https://apps.apple.com/us/app/docufam-custody-event-log/id6761786386 https://www.highconflicthell.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGn5xLFQKCaDCsVmeSwyQtuMydN-_xRj95O7286KH9LquDyIjAbTmDGt9baG9s_aem_0haCDjtc8nivJDk4bCOUpQ https://www.youtube.com/@highconflicthell https://www.instagram.com/highconflicthell/ https://www.tiktok.com/@highconflicthell
Lindsay Clancy Trial: Mental Health, Medication, & How the Court System Treats Women

We take a deep dive into the Lindsay Clancy trial, the heartbreaking story of a mother whose life unraveled amid postpartum psychosis, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, psychiatric medications, and repeated pleas for help. We discuss the latest trial testimony, Lindsay Clancy's mental health journey, her treatment history, suicide attempt, and the legal battle over whether a woman suffering from severe perinatal mental illness should be viewed through the lens of punishment or compassion. What is happening in the family court system around the world is horrifying and hard to believe if you haven’t seen it for yourself. I am so grateful ...
