They’re throwing it back to the TV shows, movies, games, snacks and childhood crushes they grew up on, with plenty of listener submissions bringing back things they’d completely forgotten about… The Suite Life of Zach & Cody, Bratz vs Barbie, sticker books, Nesquik, Troy Bolton and some questionable childhood fashion choices.

Pop star, business girl & bride-to-be — this week, the girls sit down with South African singer-songwriter Lisie Basson for a chat about everything happening both on and off stage. Lisie opens up about finding her feet as an independent artist, balancing music with two other jobs, social media and comparison, and why she walked away from the pressure of a major record label. Plus, the girls get into her recent engagement, wedding plans and her self-confessed online shopping problem. And, of course, a few Sweet Nothings to finish things off 3

The girls enjoyed discussing the hills their listeners would die on so much that they had to come back for Part 2 - while also nearly dying on a very real hill themselves at the Gun Run. Of course, the local sports commentators had to do a proper race debrief, especially after Armani’s first-ever half marathon! Armani talks through her rather unorthodox race weekend - a night out, a full Saturday of work, some last-minute carb loading, their race-day rituals, and the hill. Luckily, pro-athlete Landi was waiting at the finish line, managing to capture at least one average photo from behind. The girls then get back to the hills they actually came to discuss. Matcha culture, activewear controversy, whether it really is chic, the return of the toilet-paper topic and some slightly scandalous Sydney Sweeney Sweet Nothings.

August went out with a bit of a bang, so the girls catch up on the chaos of the past week and a Springbok-filled weekend. September has arrived, spring is in the air and the girls are more than ready for a fresh start and better vibes. Just your local oversharers and sports commentators reporting for duty. This week’s main agenda: the hills their listeners are willing to die on. The girls work their way through the submissions and decide whether they’re joining them on the hill or politely staying on the ground. Exes as friends, Garmins ruining formalwear and the ongoing feud between cyclists and everyone else on the road… safe to say, some hills brought out stronger opinions than others.

Landi is fresh off the plane and giving our listeners the full Euro debrief - cycling through Amsterdam, slow beach days in Greece, family time, getting stranded on a boat, Greek food (and lots of Greek yoghurt), plus all the travel highs, lows and stories in between. After three weeks apart, the girls are back together and inviting you along for Landi’s proper first-hand holiday recap, with plenty of catching up and chats in between.

After recently having their own colours analysed, the girls sit down with Jana to unpack the results, ask all the questions they’ve been wondering about, and find out whether black really suits everyone. They also cover universal colours, colour psychology, whether your tan can change your colour palette, and the small styling tweaks that can make a surprisingly big difference. Whether you’ve always been curious about colour analysis or you’ve never given it a second thought, this episode might just have you looking at your wardrobe a little differently.

Landi and Armani return with two very different weekend recaps: one takes on the Versus route, while the other heads to the West Coast for a surprise poker party - mostly spent watching sport in formalwear, obviously. The sports chat continues with Springbok rugby, Wimbledon and a FIFA roundup before the girls introduce their mutual best friend and therapist, ChatGPT.
