Let's Talk Labor: Hospital Bag Packing, My Birth Story, & a Few Labor Tips
2026/04/21
Let's talk labor! In this episode, I talk through everything I'd pack in my hospital bag if I had it to do over, my birth story, and a few tips that might help another new mom with the labor process. Thankfully, my birth story was a very positive and relatively easy one, and I'm excited to share my story and offer some hope that not all births are traumatic!
Below are links to everything I actually used from mine and baby's hospital bag:
1. Short-sleeve PJs & nightgowns: my favorite PJs,
more PJs I love & BF-friendly nightgown
2. Stroller fan (MVP of the whole hospital stay!!!)
3. Hatch Go soundmaker
4. 10ft Phone charger
5. Slippers
6. Nursing bras: my fave pack, another I love
7. Silverettes!
Hope you enjoyed this episode, and be sure to like, follow, and subscribe to this podcast if you did! I will also be posting a bonus episode on Substack this week, so be sure to subscribe to my Substack for that if you don't already.

Our First Year as Mom and Dad (With My Husband, Bobby Caudell)
2026/04/14
We made it! We kept a child alive and thriving for one year! In this episode, I interview my first guest: none other than my husband, Bobby. We talk about the beginning of our first year as parents, what dads an expect during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, and some helpful things dads can do for both mom and baby. We also answer some questions from Instagram... and quickly decide we could talk about this topic for much longer, so we'll be recording a part 2!
That is... if y'all want Bob to come back! Let us know in the comments if you think he shoud come back on for part 2, and we will talk about the rest of our first year: sleep training, teething, and working through the kinks of going from just husband and wife, to mom and dad. (Our favorite titles to date!)

Living the Dream: My Nashville Story and Tips for Balancing Career and Motherhood
2026/04/07
Welcome back to It's All Good! This week, we're talking all things working mom life, starting with my Nashville story: my years touring and performing and wanting to be a country star, then my eventual pivot into full-time songwriting. It was a roundabout journey to get here, but I'm certainly glad I took it!
Next, I go into what it's like being a working mom and balancing a career I'm passionate about alongside motherhood. I'm a firm believer that you can do BOTH: have a career you love and be a great mom, and hopefully this episode makes you feel like you can, in fact, do both! I share some tips I've learned in the past year that have helped me balance it all a little better, and I hope they're helpful to another new mom out there who's trying to balance it all too.

Postpartum Survival Guide
2026/03/31
Welcome to another episode of It's All Good! A place for down-to-earth conversations, practical mom tips, and big sister advice... and weekly reminders that God is always working things together for our good, even when we don't see it.
This week, we're talking about all things postpartum! I've been very grateful to have a relatively great postpartum experience, so I thought it would be helpful to share some things I've put into play that have made it a little better/easier. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression throughout my life, I'm no stranger to mental health struggles, and many of these tips are things I had to learn the hard way, but I'm so thankful to get to share them now!
