What the Fruk!?
2026/07/25
[S3-Ep22] A mixed bag of results in the world of Derry City this week as our beloved Candy-stripes pick up an unconvincing but much needed 3-0 win over non-league Tolka Rovers in the FAI Cup at the Brandywell before a tough away trip to beautiful Croatia leaves us clinging to a glimmer of hope after a narrow 1-0 defeat to Rijeka thanks to a goal scored by their silky World Cup star player Toni Fruk. Join Baz & Jamie as they discuss both games, the historic home debut of young Liam Kelly plus the latest transfer news and our new signing Brooklyn Lyons-Foster!
CSKA Sofia round-up show
2026/07/19
[S3-Ep21] On a beautiful summer night, the ugly shame of European hooliganism descended on the Brandywell as a spirited Derry City narrowly lost to CSKA Sofia in the Europa League 1st qualifying round. Join Baz & Jamie as they look back at both legs against the Bulgarians and discuss the disgraceful scenes that unfolded in and out of the stadium that has resulted in multiple UEFA charges for both clubs. The lads also discuss the return of the enigmatic Gavin Whyte, the past few weeks of the transfer window as well as looking ahead to the FAI Cup tie against Tolka Rovers!
THE BRANDYWELL HAS SPOKEN!
2026/07/04
[S3-Ep20] In a season of dismal results, shipping four goals at home to the bottom side Waterford was a new low even by Tiernan Lynch's standards. Social media complaints are one thing but this was the straw that finally broke the camels back as the crowd unfurled a 'Lynch Out' banner and sang "Time to go home!" throughout the 2nd half to leave the chairman and manager in no doubt now where they stand. Join Baz & Jamie as they dissect a disastrous night at a shell-shocked Brandywell Stadium...
PITCH PERFECT!
2026/06/28
[S3-Ep19] No, Anna Kendrick wasn't filming a dance movie in Derry but the new Brandywell grass hybrid pitch got it's big premiere on Friday night and it did not disappoint! Join Baz & Jamie as they look back at the 2-0 win over Drogheda as well as rave about the performances of the midfield maestros Adam O'Reilly and Cameron Dummigan, among others! The lads also take a look at the upcoming Waterford and CSKA Sofia ties as well as giving an update on the managers future...
Welcome to Lynch's Circus
2026/06/20
[S3-Ep18] “Clowns are respectable only in a circus.” Tamerlan KuzgovStep right up, folks, because the rollercoaster season of Derry City arrived in Galway yesterday and the clowns took centre stage once again, as we fell to another shambolic defeat to make it a staggering record of just FIVE WINS IN TWENTY TWO GAMES under the world renowned Lynch Brothers. Players apologising at full-time as the manager ignores the travelling fans is the tip of the iceberg at the carnival of chaos as Baz & Jamie try to keep up with yet another terrible result as well as off field turmoil and a ridiculous transfer policy, and try to make sense of another insane week in the toxic environment of Derry City.

A plea to Phillip...
2026/05/30
[S3-Ep16] Dundalk 2-1 Derry City, and the winless run is now 7 games (again). It's now just 4 wins from 20 games. It's relegation form, with a championship squad. There is an international break on the way, and there's time to make things right. Phillip, are you listening...
Wake me when it's over...
2026/05/23
[S3-Ep15] After a disastrous draw in Waterford, it was back home for the visit of St Pats and Stephen Kenny, so naturally the manager kept THREE strikers on the bench and played a midfielder up front as we "entertained" the dwindling Celtic Park crowd with a 0-0 draw that takes our miserable run to only FOUR WINS in EIGHTEEN GAMES. The manager is safer than a billionaire's mansion, though. Hear the thoughts of the fed up Baz & Jamie on this weeks City View Podcast...

BROKEN RECORDS
2026/05/09
[S3-Ep14] A draw with Galway. Defeat in Drogheda. Just 4 wins from SIXTEEN games. 15pts off the league leader but 3pts off a relegation play-off, after the biggest budget spent in club history. And a manager gas-lighting us by telling us every week that we're playing well. Baz & Jamie have officially hit rock bottom in this weeks episode, as they await some sort of activity in the board room...
Harvey's Point!
2026/05/03
[S3-Ep13] It was a mixed night at Dalymount Park as Derry City took part in a frustrating game of two halves, with a very promising first half showing being completely overshadowed by a quite horrendous display of officiating by referee Rob Harvey as we settled for a point on the road. If his soccer career doesn't work out, he'll have a great chance of getting a job with the NFL... Join Baz & Jamie as they look back at the game, go over the main talking points and preview the bank holiday return to Celtic Park against Galway.
