How We Disney: Park Photography- EP.131
2026/10/20
*CJ was a little under the weather for this one folks. We apologize for any sniffles or coughs we may have missed in editing.*
Shutterbugs, assemble! It’s time for Danny and CJ to share some of their favorite photography tips for any fellow or aspiring Disney Parks photographers! From their kits and gear to their tips and tricks, there are NO secrets kept in the Parks Pod Fam! Curious how to get started or what you can do to get the most out of your camera phone? Our hosts have you covered with all their combined experiences, and they’ll have you snapping those perfect castle photos in no time.
Kicking off with Mail Call, the hosts are cast with the idea of refurbishing a current attraction to “plus.” No preserving or paving today — just picking a favorite attraction to upgrade. Lots of discussion around the potential upgrades, but what two attractions do they settle on for this listener question?
The middle segment brings back our dedicated friend and listener Andrew, who gives us a difficult and slightly divisive “this-or-that” scenario. Are you a table-service or quick-service diner? This really drives home not only what type of eater you are, but how you tour the parks, and CJ and Danny have a lot of thoughts.
We also want to hear more from you. We are planning a listener-driven “this-or-that” episode and need you all to submit your impossible this-or-that scenarios for our hosts! Email, call, or hit us up on social media and bring all you got!
Thank you for joining Parks & Pages every Tuesday, and be sure to subscribe so you never miss an episode. You never know when we may drop a bonus episode on you! Loved what you heard? Consider leaving a 5-star review — it really helps others find our community and join in the conversation.

Everything We Know About The Disney Believe- EP.130
2026/10/13
It’s time to find out if everything we *believed* was coming to the Disney Believe is actually coming true! On today’s episode, Danny and Steph recount their recent sailing on the Disney Wish, where they got to uncover more about what’s coming to the Believe. Through a multi-day scavenger hunt, they unpacked new dining locations, entertainment offerings, and so much more. If you’re excited for the newest addition to the fleet or just curious about Disney Cruise Line in general, this is a must-listen. Get our full guide to the Disney Believe: https://bit.ly/dclbelieve
This week features a return to mail call, where Danny and CJ help MattKDisney lock in some photo tips for the Magic Kingdom special ticket parties. Are you curious to try your hat at some Boo-To-You Parade photos? Or how to capture the last castle show of the night for the best shots? Our hosts have photographed these parties numerous times and have you covered!
The mid break features a dad/daughter combo where CJ on Location and Core Memory Corner mash up to discuss a recent outing to Hurly-Burly, the newest family-friendly offering on the BoardWalk.
Thank you to Disney for hosting us onboard the Disney Wish during the Disney Believe Reveal celebration and at a preview of Hurly-Burly.

DVC Points Rental EP.129
2026/10/06
Navigating Disney Vacation Club can be complicated as a first-time Disney vacationer. In today’s episode, Steph and special guest Melissa Mullett, CEO of David’s Vacation Club Rentals, join CJ and Danny to discuss the process of renting DVC points. What are the perks of DVC? How much can you save renting vs. booking direct? What are some of Melissa’s biggest hacks for new renters? This episode answers all your DVC rental questions!
We also take a moment to look into the history of DVCR and how David started the business in 2005. They aren’t only one of the most respected brokers in the DVC rental space; they were also the first to connect DVC owners to interested renters — making them a Disney vacation matchmaker of sorts.

As always with this series, $100 really allows our hosts to make the most of their dining experience. Curious how many vital snacks and popular dishes this budget can get you? Listen now to find out!
Today’s episode takes a detour from our regular Mail Call so the spotlight can shine a little on Carly and her “The Unofficial Disney Parks Retro Cookbook”! From research on Disney history to the Bob Gurr forward, there’s a lot to unfold! Click the link above for preorder access to Carly’s incredible cookbook!
The mid segment takes us all on a tour of the history of the Cinderella Castle paint schemes and decor. Festival Picks: EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival EP.127
2026/09/22
The 2026 EPCOT international Food & Wine Festival is underway, and we definitely have some favorite foods to try. From returning classics to brand-new bites, this year's festival is stacked with some tasty menu items! Join CJ and Danny for a circle-tour around World Showcase as they discuss highlights (and some low lights) from this year’s foodie fest.
We join CJ in the middle segment for a special new “CJ in the Parks,” where he takes us on an early-morning character walk through World Showcase. While that section of EPCOT may be slow to fully open, there are plenty of reasons to enjoy an early morning stroll around the world. Did CJ and Danny unlock the secret for the least-expensive character breakfast in WDW? Drop a listen to find out.
The show kicks off with another mail call that tackles one of our more viral questions: “Who is BILL?!” Andrew from Vegas sends the email that sparks the conversation. Our resident Canadian, Danny, leaves mail call well-informed on the American tall-tale hero!! It’s definitely a mail call you won’t want to miss if you’re all for Parks Pod lore!

The Magic of Disney Animation: EP.126
2026/09/15
The Magic of Disney Animation has opened its doors, and Danny and Tim were among some of the first to experience the newest addition to Hollywood Studios. What did they think? What are some highlights? And what piqued CJ’s curiosity as a guest who’s excited to see the space himself? Listen as our three hosts walk you through both Animation Courtyard and the Magic Of Disney Animation to see what it’s all about. Thank you to Walt Disney World for hosting!
The mini segment is all about the young ones enjoying this space as Riley relives her first visits to Animation Courtyard and Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! With this space being so family-centric, what better way to highlight that than a Core Memory Corner with Riley? And maybe a kiss on Lucifer?
The Mail Call takes us back a bit to discuss the holidays in WDW and when the parade comes to daily operations. A first-time mailer, Courtney, asks what she could expect from a visit to Walt Disney World between Christmas and New Years. Would she experience the parade? What other ways could her and her family celebrate Christmas during their stay?

Visiting Walt Disney World as a DVC Member EP.120
2026/08/04
What’s it like to visit Walt Disney World as a Disney Vacation Club Member? This week, Danny and Steph relive a recent trip where they experienced a Disney vacation through the eyes of DVC members. As non-DVC members, this was a truly educational experience, and there’s a lot to unpack in this trip report show. Thank you to Disney for hosting us on a 3-night Disney Vacation Club Membership Magic stay.
CJ brings another On Location Mini Segment, reliving his recent WDW Magazine assignment at Level 99. The newest addition to Disney Springs was such a “wow” to him, and he explains why he wants to see this new experience thrive in the Disney bubble. Food, beverage, and entertainment — it really has it all to CJ.
Mail Call defends Danny and soothes his worry over paving the Mickey beignets, a move he was sure would be contentious. Instead, Jess comes to his defense and pits the gentlemen and Steph with a fairly difficult choice to make regarding some Disney entertainment no longer in the parks.

Ballin' On A Budget: Disney's Animal Kingdom EP.119
2026/07/28
Join in for ALL the “DAK SNAKS” as Tim, CJ, and friend of the podcast, Carly Caramanna, Ball on a Budget in Disney’s Animal Kingdom to test just how far $100 dollars can get you! The trio enjoys breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even cocktails and sit-down meals, proving you can budget your days without compromising great meals and snacks. Want the newest and most viral treat in the park or to enjoy a cold beer on a walk through one of the trails? This episode has you covered (though listening with snacks in reach is recommended). Don't miss this episode if you're a Disney foodie!
Tatjana brings a new take on This or That with a question that forces you to consider what kind of Walt Disney World Resort guest you are and what things are a priority. There's no backing out of this incredibly tough choice, so let us know what YOU choose over on our Instagram post!
The show kicks off with some listener involvement as Jenn Q drops a call from Cali! She brings a very fun and somewhat “controversial” question by asking our hosts what they deem their most “overrated attraction.” CJ may have ruffled some host and listener feathers with his answer, but it's not far off from the attraction that started the entire conversation. This will definitely need an episode of its own one day, but for now, don't miss out on Mail Call!!
Big thank you to @adventuresbycarly for joining the podcast again and bringing her savvy spending skills to another episode. For more on Carly’s cookbook, click here.

Desert Island Disney: 90's Movie Edition EP.118
2026/07/21
Hey, ’90s kids, we are SO back! Join CJ, Danny, and their special guest host, Adam Bankhurst, as they discuss their desert island Disney movies of the 1990s (list). Each host gets three movies to stow away in his survival bag for their desert island adventure. Which movies do they each pick? Are there any crossovers? Any unpopular picks? There's a lot of laughs as the guys discuss and defend their choices. Even some sequels make the cut over their originals, and some choices may be a little too on the nose for the living arrangement. Don’t miss out on the chuckles and drop a listen now!
The episode starts with a listener’s own This or That scenario, pitting Magic Kingdom’s premier ticketed parties (Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party vs. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party) against each other. Which way will CJ and Danny vote? Mail call continues with an email that reminds us just how powerful this little Parks & Pages community already is!
Steph returns for a mid-break segment, this time highlighting the iconic Disney VHS tapes of the ’90s. Did you have a Black Diamond collection tape? Are you digging deep for Disney nostalgia? This is definitely the segment (and show topic) for you! For more on the history of Disney VHS, check out our deep dive online.
Big thank you to Adam for joining the show today and bringing his expertise! For more about Adam, check out his Instagram.
