E898 | When You're Betrayed
2026/10/19
Our stories borrow their shape from the Gospel story, and the Gospel story is rife with betrayal. In this world, all of us will experience some form of betrayal. Our ability to process and recover from it will define the health of our families, churches, communities, and hearts. John, Blaine, and Allen kick off this series by describing the three major forms of betrayal, how it differs from ordinary hurt, the erosion of the fabric of trust, and what to do when you're betrayed.
Show Notes: The Michelle Mays talk on betrayal can be found at michellemays.com/resources/learn/#books

E897 | Things Get Harder the More We Follow God?
2026/10/12
When we pursue growth in our relationship with God and others, the expectation is life will get better—not harder. Yet greater maturity often comes with greater opposition. If we believe hard things are bad, then we'll assume either we're blowing it or God is holding out. That's not true. The answer isn't to make a peace treaty with what's coming against you to return to simpler, easier times. In this pivotal message, John and Allen unveil who Threshold Guardians are, what their strategy is, and how God invites us into greater intimacy with him in the challenges we face.

E894 | AI & the Eclipse of God Warfare - Q&A
2026/09/21
In this podcast, John and Allen answer viewer and listener questions on a wide variety of topics—from how concerned we should be over AI's unrelenting expansion and whether the unseen realm can influence AI, to what it means to be a modern Desert Father or Mother, whether people could choose to rebel in the coming Kingdom, if God cares where we go to church, what the Eclipse of God warfare is, and if miscarriage is ever God's will.

In this podcast, John and Allen respond to as many as possible—including where this topic is addressed in Scripture, whether we can have a soul tie with our spouse, what unhealthy attachment looks like, how to break a soul tie on behalf of another, and if it's possible to have a soul tie with an activity, celebrity, fictional character, or even a person who has died.

E891 | Homecoming Replenish - Session 5: Sitting with Jesus
2026/08/31
How do we cope when the unthinkable happens and we are stretched beyond our capacity or ability? Where is a safe space to take our unanswered questions, fears, and doubts? The only place of true peace is one we tend to miss in our rush for answers: simply sitting with Jesus. In this live session from a recent Wild at Heart gathering in Colorado Springs, Stasi Eldredge explains what it means to come near to Jesus in this way—and then ushers us into an experience of actually doing so.

E890 | Homecoming Replenish - Session 4: Ignatian Practices
2026/08/24
What are Ignatian Practices—and how can they usher us into greater intimacy with Jesus? During the 16th century, Ignatius discovered a way to experience Jesus more deeply as he prayed through the gospel stories. In this live session from a recent Wild at Heart gathering, Blaine Eldredge explains the three parts of the Ignatian Practice—preparation, prayer, and reflection—and then leads the gathering (and you) through one. Discover how this ancient practice can enrich your prayer life with Jesus.

E889 | Homecoming Replenish - Session 3: The Wilderness
2026/08/17
In this live session from a recent Wild at Heart gathering, John Eldredge names what we wish wasn't true: We live in the wilderness, not Eden. This life in the desert wears us down over time, resulting in resignation, cynicism, and isolation. Our hearts cry out, But what about me, God? as we seek relief by arranging for our own personal Eden. It will never work—because the primary purpose of the wilderness is our transformation, which is only possible through God's presence and resources.

E888 | Homecoming Replenish - Session 2: Encountering Jesus
2026/08/10
Encountering Jesus is a supernatural grace that replenishes our souls, yet many have never experienced it. How does one actually encounter Jesus? In this live session from a recent Wild at Heart gathering, Stasi Eldredge reveals our need for greater intimacy with Jesus and then gently ushers them (and us) into a personal encounter. Heads up—to engage in the encounter, you'll want to find a place free from distractions where you can be still and present to Jesus.

Replenish: A Homecoming Event focused on the return of Eden—and what that means for us today as well as in the coming Kingdom. This podcast series includes six sessions from the gathering, beginning with John's opening talk on why our hearts matter, how the life of the heart is central, what comes against it, and the maturity required to protect and navigate our hearts in these times.

E886 | Soul Ties—What They Are & How to Break Them
2026/07/27
We've all experienced times when we're thinking of someone, and they suddenly call or text us...because they were also thinking of us. Or situations where we keep replaying a conversation with another person in our minds—long after it's over. These instances are examples of possible soul ties. John and Allen reveal how to know when this spiritual bonding is happening, why soul ties are unhealthy, how to break current or past ties (even if you're not the one making them), and why sometimes forgiveness is the necessary first step.

E885 | Release Everyone and Everything
2026/07/20
In the One Minute Pause and Daily Prayer, we're encouraged to "give everyone and everything" to God. That sounds simple enough, but why is this practice so essential? In this illuminating conversation, John and Allen share what happens when we pray these words, why it's good to release everyone—including those we love, and what can get in the way.

E884 | 25 Years of Wild at Heart - Part 2
2026/07/13
In Part 2 of this series, John, Bart, Alex, and Allen share stunning stories of the impact the book Wild at Heart has had over the past 25 years in America, Nicaragua, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, and practically everywhere else in the world. Early on, John and the team decided to "stay small and give it away"—a decision that has empowered men who have been transformed by this message, as you'll hear in their video testimonies, to then share it with others in breathtaking ways.
Show Notes: To discover more about the Wild at Heart Experience, Events, and Fires, visit WildAt Heart.org/events. Pablo's story is featured in Session 3 of the Wild at Heart Experience at WildAtHeart.org/experiences/wildatheart/session-3.
