Rosette Sings, Hold To God's Unchanging Hand !

Preached in Hanley, England, UK

Greetings and welcome! This is night 4 of our special services. Tonight, Rev. Glaser focuses on the free offer of the Gospel. Thanks for joining us!

The sermon explores the narrative of David and Uriah the Hittite through a hypothetical lens, asking what would have happened if Uriah had opened the letter containing his death warrant. This thought experiment serves as a warning to men of God about the dangers of moral compromise, illustrating how a leader's sin can betray the trust of their followers and endanger the entire congregation. The message emphasizes that true protection comes from consistent character rather than mere conviction, urging preachers to remain faithful to God's people, and for the people to avoid the bitterness that arises from the fallen abusing their trust. It challenges the audience to recognize the value of godly leadership and to stand up for the innocent against those who misuse their authority. The sermon concludes with a call to gratitude for faithful shepherds and a reminder that Jesus Christ remains the ultimate, faithful hero.

Evangelist Brian McBride challenges us to remain faithful in the face of opposition!
