My first mix for Anodynic Frequencies, featuring mostly Samurai Music. A few months ago I really enjoyed AF140 by Second Section and reached out asking if they'd be interested in a submission. This is my 3rd mix exploring the D&B/Techno hybrid sound of Samurai, and the longest so far. This is a special mix that brings together 14 tracks from 10 records, purchased during my last 2 trips to my local 2nd hand record shop, Out of Time Records. It is intended as a demonstration of the quality of music that they have available, and such shops should be patronised regularly as they continue to support the local music communities. As a DJ the search is always on for new and old releases that I don't have that will add that special something to my mixes. I've been a regular customer of Out of Time for years, as a teenager I would buy Metal CDs and Cassettes, then it became a treasure trove for D&B, Funk and Disco records. Check them out on Facebook and Instagram for the best service and prices: https://outoftimerecordsipswich.com/ Octave One - Chillin' Out ('94) [31 Records] Neil Trix & Danny Mills - Pearls [Urban Visions Vol.1 - Bang-in Tunes] DJ Krush - Dig This Vibe 'The Legal Mix' (Lawyers Smoke It) Version One [Mo Wax] Alex Reece - Jazz Master (Original Mix) [Blunted] One Motive - Dark Forces [Fresh 86] Octave One - Technology [31 Records] Fallen Angels - Oh Yeah [IQ Records] One Motive - Real Solutions [Fresh 86] Voyager - Long Distance (Collect Call Mix) [Barracuda Part 1 - Dee Jay Recordings] Intense - Visions [Vibez Recordings] Ed Rush - Check Me Out [Barracuda Part 1 - Dee Jay Recordings] Future Forces + Fierce - Constant [Renegade Hardware] DJ Randall - Flava's [Enforcers 9 - Reinforced Records] Intense - 1st Contact [Vibez Recordings]
