The Aroma of Christ
2026/09/28
What does your life communicate about Jesus to the people around you?
In this message, CM&A President Dr. Jonathan Schaeffer explores Paul’s description of Christians as the “aroma of Christ” in 2 Corinthians 2:14–17. Followers of Jesus are called to reflect his love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, and character everywhere they go.
Through everyday relationships at home, work, school, and in our communities, the Holy Spirit shapes us to become more like Jesus. Our words, actions, integrity, kindness, and hope can help others see something different in us and ultimately point them toward Christ.
What kind of influence are you having on the people around you? Is your life drawing people closer to Jesus?

Are You Really Free?
2026/09/20
What does it actually mean to be free? In John 8:31–59, Jesus challenges our definition of freedom and reveals how the things we desire can quietly become the things that control us.
In this message, Minister Alex Ehly explores what Jesus means when he says, “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” True freedom isn’t simply doing whatever we want. It’s knowing who we belong to, trusting the Father, and allowing Jesus to free us from the sin, desires, habits, and patterns that hold us captive.
Discover how surrendering to Jesus doesn’t take away our freedom. It leads us into the freedom, identity, and belonging we were created for.
Is Doubt a Sin?
2026/09/13
What do you do when you believe in God but still have doubts? Scripture shows us that doubt is not necessarily a failure of faith. Some of the Bible’s strongest believers wrestled with questions, uncertainty, suffering, and moments when God seemed distant.
In this message, Guest speaker Pastor Phil Human explores what the Bible teaches about doubt, why honest questions can strengthen our faith, and how doubt becomes dangerous when it keeps us from moving forward. Through the stories of Thomas, Moses, David, John the Baptist, and Jesus’ disciples, we see that following Jesus does not require having every question answered.
If you’re struggling with faith, questioning God, wondering why God allows suffering, or trying to believe while carrying uncertainty, you are not alone. Bring your questions. Pursue truth. Pray, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief,” and keep following Jesus even when doubts remain.

Sex By Design
2026/08/30
What does the Bible really say about sex in marriage?
In this message, Minister Mark Ashton explores God’s design for sex, intimacy, and marriage and why biblical sexuality is about far more than rules. From Genesis 2 and 1 Corinthians 7 to Song of Songs, we see sex as a gift from God that builds intimacy, strengthens the marriage covenant, and points toward the relationship between Christ and his church.
Mark also addresses some of the real challenges couples face, including mismatched sexual desire, lack of emotional intimacy, pornography, sexual shame, purity culture, physical barriers, and past trauma. Whether your marriage is thriving or intimacy has become difficult, this message offers a biblical framework for pursuing greater connection, healing, and sexual wholeness.
Women By Design
2026/08/23
In this message, Chaka Heinze explores God’s purposeful design for women through Genesis and the life of Jesus. From being created in the image of God to serving as ezer kenegdo, Scripture reveals that women possess God-given dignity, purpose, strength, and a vital role in helping God’s creation flourish.
Sin distorted that original design, bringing brokenness and conflict into the relationship between men and women. But Jesus demonstrates God’s restorative purpose by welcoming women as disciples, daughters, supporters, and witnesses, pointing us back toward the dignity and calling God intended from the beginning.
Men By Design
2026/08/16
What does it mean to be a godly man? In Genesis, Adam was called to work and protect the garden, but when danger came, he remained passive.
In this message, Minister Mark Ashton explores biblical manhood, the danger of passivity, and the responsibility men have to protect what God has entrusted to them. Ultimately, Jesus shows us what true manhood looks like: where the first Adam failed, the Second Adam remained faithful.
Whether you’re a husband, father, or single man, discover how to take responsibility, stay engaged, and become more like Jesus.
Marriage By Design
2026/08/09
What does the Bible actually teach about marriage?
In this message, Minister Mark Ashton explores Ephesians 5:21–33 and God’s design for marriage, focusing on mutual submission, sacrificial love, serving your spouse, and staying on the same team. Mark challenges the idea that marriage is about winning or being “in charge” and points couples toward a Christ-centered marriage built on humility, love, and service.
Caught In Adultery
2026/08/02
In this message, Minister Mark Ashton explores one of the most powerful encounters in the Gospel of John: Jesus and the woman caught in adultery (John 8:1–11). Faced with a crowd eager to condemn, Jesus reveals the perfect balance of grace and truth. His response challenges both self-righteous judgment and the weight of personal shame, reminding us that while Jesus offers complete forgiveness, he also calls us into a transformed life.
If you've ever wrestled with guilt, shame, sexual sin, hypocrisy, forgiveness, or wondering whether God could still love you, this message points you to the heart of Jesus. Discover why Christ refuses to condemn those who come to him, why he tells the woman to "leave your life of sin," and how the same invitation to grace for your past and change for your future is available today.
Whether you're exploring Christianity, returning to church, or looking for biblical answers about grace, truth, repentance, and forgiveness, this sermon will help you better understand the character of Jesus and the hope found in the Gospel.

Living Water
2026/07/26
In this message, Minister Jed Logue teaches through John 7:25–52, where Jesus stands in the middle of growing opposition and boldly declares, "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink." As the crowds debate who Jesus really is, we're confronted with the same question today: Will we believe him?
Discover why Jesus' invitation to receive living water is more than a promise of personal satisfaction—it's a call to become a source of hope and life for others through the Holy Spirit. Learn how God's perfect timing, Christ's identity as the Messiah, and the power of the gospel challenge us to move from stagnant faith to Spirit-filled living.
If you've ever wrestled with doubt, wondered where God is in difficult seasons, felt spiritually dry, or longed for deeper purpose, this message will encourage you to trust Jesus, receive the life only he can give, and allow his Spirit to flow through your life.
📖 Scripture: John 7:25–52
Whether you're exploring Christianity, growing in your faith, or searching for hope in life's uncertainties, we pray this message helps you know Jesus more deeply and trust him more fully.
Bread of Life
2026/07/19
In this message, Minister Alex Ehly explores one of Jesus' most profound declarations in the Gospel of John: "I am the Bread of Life." Walking through John 6, Alex reveals why the things we chase—success, security, comfort, approval, relationships, and even religion—can never fully satisfy the deepest hunger of the human soul.
After feeding the five thousand, the crowd wanted more bread. But Jesus wanted to give them something infinitely greater: Himself. Discover what it means to believe in Jesus, why He is greater than Moses, how His sacrifice provides eternal life, and why until Jesus is enough, nothing else ever will be.
If you've ever felt restless, empty, disappointed after achieving your goals, or wondered why life still feels incomplete, this message points to the only One who can truly satisfy.
Jesus Walks on Water
2026/07/12
In this message, Minister Mark Ashton explores one of Jesus' most powerful miracles in John 6—walking on water. But this story is about much more than a miracle. It reveals that Jesus is the Lord over chaos, the great "I AM," who meets us in the middle of life's storms.
Whether you're facing anxiety, financial pressure, health struggles, broken relationships, or uncertainty about the future, this message reminds us that Jesus doesn't always remove the storm immediately, but he always comes to us in the middle of it. Discover why the disciples were terrified when they saw Jesus walking on the sea, what the Bible teaches about chaos from Genesis to Revelation, and why welcoming Jesus into your "boat" changes everything.
If you've ever wondered where God is during difficult seasons, this message offers biblical hope, practical encouragement, and a deeper understanding of who Jesus truly is.
If this message encouraged you, be sure to like, subscribe, and share it with someone walking through a storm.

Jesus Is Better
2026/07/05
Thousands of people came looking for a miracle. What they received was a meal that revealed who Jesus truly is.
In this message, Minister Mark Ashton teaches through John 6 and the feeding of the 5,000, showing why this miracle appears in all four Gospels and how it points to one unforgettable truth: Jesus is better. From the faith of a young boy with five loaves and two fish to the disciples learning to trust God with the impossible, this message explores what it means to bring your needs, fears, and limitations to Christ.
If you've ever wondered whether God can provide, whether he still works miracles, or whether following Jesus is truly worth it, this message offers hope, encouragement, and a fresh look at one of Scripture's most powerful stories.
Scripture: John 6:1–15
Healing At Bethesda
2026/06/28
In this message, Minister Mark Ashton explores one of Jesus' most unforgettable miracles in John 5—the healing at the Pool of Bethesda. Why would Jesus ask a man who had been disabled for 38 years, "Do you want to get well?" And what does that same question mean for us today?
Whether you're struggling with physical illness, addiction, anxiety, bitterness, broken relationships, or wondering why God heals some people and not others, this message offers biblical truth, hope, and an invitation to trust Jesus. Discover how God's healing power still meets people today and why faith often begins with a simple step of obedience.
If you've ever wondered whether God still heals, how to pray for healing, or what Jesus wants to do in your life, this message is for you.
Like Father Like Son
2026/06/21
In this message, Minister Tom Hinders explores one of the most startling claims Jesus ever made. In John 5:16–30, Jesus doesn't simply defend himself against criticism for healing on the Sabbath—he reveals his divine identity as the Son of God.
As we begin Part 2 of our Gospel of John series, Impossible to Ignore, we discover why Jesus became impossible for the religious leaders to dismiss. Through his words and actions, Jesus declares that he shares in the work, authority, and glory of the Father. He gives life, judges the world, and perfectly reveals what God is like.
This Father's Day message also challenges us to consider our own relationship with God. What if the life you were created for isn't one of self-sufficiency, but one of complete dependence on your heavenly Father? What if the love, identity, peace, and purpose you've been searching for are found not through striving, but through resting in the Father's love?
Whether you're wrestling with questions about God, carrying wounds from your earthly father, struggling with anxiety, striving for approval, or longing for a deeper faith, this message offers hope through the person of Jesus Christ.
