Why Knowing the Right Thing Isn’t Enough? | Numbers 11:10-15
2026/10/04
What if the problem isn’t that you don’t know what to do—but that you already know and still aren’t doing it? Why do we keep repeating the same patterns even after hearing good advice, truth, or wisdom? Moses’ story shows how pressure, unresolved burdens, and ignored wisdom can build over time. The issue isn’t simply hearing the right thing; it’s putting truth into practice before the weight of life changes how we respond. Jesus addresses this directly in Luke 6:46–49: hearing His words without putting them into practice leaves us without a solid foundation. Scripture invites us to move from knowing to doing—from information to obedience, and ultimately toward a life built on Jesus. If you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or wondering why things aren’t changing, take some time to reflect on what you already know—and what you’re being called to do with it.
What If God Cares About People You Don’t? | Jonah 1:1-3
2026/09/27
What do you do when God cares about someone you don’t? What if the people you’ve written off, disagreed with, or decided don’t deserve another chance are still deeply loved by God? Jonah shows us how easy it is to know what God says while missing God’s heart. Jonah didn’t struggle to understand God’s mercy—he struggled with who God wanted to show it to. And that tension still exists in our lives today. Through Jonah’s story, we’re reminded that God’s heart is broken for people we may not care about. Romans 5 reminds us that Christ came toward us while we were still sinners, and Jesus ultimately does what Jonah could not: He moves toward people who don’t deserve His love. Explore Jonah 1–4 and consider what God might be changing in your heart.
What does it look like to be faithful to God? | Genesis 37:2-8
2026/09/20
What do you do when you thought God was leading you one way, but your life suddenly goes in the opposite direction? How do you stay faithful when you feel betrayed, misunderstood, forgotten, or stuck? Joseph’s story shows us that faithfulness isn’t dependent on comfortable circumstances. Even when his plans were derailed, Joseph continued to trust God, serve faithfully, and remember that God was still with him. Genesis 37–50 reminds us that God can be working even when we can’t see where the story is going. Joseph’s life ultimately points us toward a God who brings good from suffering, gives strength in difficult seasons, and frees us to forgive rather than seek revenge. If you’re struggling to trust God in a season that doesn’t make sense, take some time to watch, reflect, and explore what faithfulness could look like for you.
Why Doesn’t God Answer Every Question We Have? | 1 Corinthians 2:1-7
2026/09/13
Why doesn’t God answer every question we have? What do we do when Scripture gives us an answer—or when it simply leaves us with mystery? In this message, Pastor Clayton works through difficult questions about salvation, free will, creation, evolution, the church, women in ministry, heaven and hell, and more. Some questions have clear biblical answers. Others require wisdom and careful interpretation. And some, honestly, we may not be able to answer completely. But unanswered questions don’t mean we know nothing. 1 Corinthians 2:7 reminds us that God’s wisdom is greater than human wisdom, and our faith ultimately rests not on understanding everything, but on trusting the God who does. If you’re wrestling with questions about God, the Bible, or faith, take some time to explore what it means to trust God in the mystery.
Do You Need All the Answers to Have Faith? | 1 Timothy 1:3-7
2026/09/06
What do you do when you have questions about God, faith, or the Bible—and the answers aren’t simple? Is it possible to wrestle with doubt and uncertainty without losing your faith? Asking questions can be an important part of growing in faith. But 1 Timothy 1:5–6 reminds us that the goal isn’t simply to have more answers. The goal is to become people who are filled with love, have a clear conscience, and live with genuine faith. In this message, we explore how to ask honest questions without getting stuck in endless searching for perfect knowledge. Because sometimes faith means being willing to trust God even when we don’t have every answer. If you’re questioning, doubting, curious, or simply trying to understand your faith more deeply, this message is for you.
What Special Needs Ministry Teaches Us About the Church | 1 Corinthians 12:14-22
2026/08/30
What happens when we stop seeing people with disabilities only as people who need help and start recognizing everything they bring to the church? In 1 Corinthians 12, Paul reminds us that the body of Christ needs every part, including the parts the world may consider weaker or less important. Through the story of Shine Ministry at Trinity New Life Church, we see this truth in action: people with disabilities are not simply people the church serves. They are an indispensable part of the church. From the comfort of a Shine friend during a season of grief, to worship that looks different but is no less genuine, to volunteers moving toward a young man in his moment of need, Shine shows us what happens when we recognize that we need each other. Jesus turns our understanding of strength, purpose, and belonging upside down. Every person has something uniquely valuable to bring to the body of Christ. Watch and discover what it means for the church to truly believe every part matters.
The Problem With Unspoken Expectations | Colossians 3:12-17
2026/08/23
Why do relationships fall apart over things that seem so small? Sometimes the problem isn’t what someone did—it’s what we expected them to do without ever saying it. Unspoken expectations can quietly create frustration, disappointment, resentment, and distance in marriages, friendships, families, and even the workplace. So how do we build healthier relationships when we don’t always know what the other person expects? Colossians 3 points us toward a different way of relating to people—one shaped by humility, patience, forgiveness, love, and the peace of Christ. Instead of demanding that others meet our expectations, Jesus invites us to examine our own hearts, seek clarity, and reconsider what we’re bringing into our relationships. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood or disappointed by someone you love, take some time to watch, reflect, and explore what Jesus has to say about building better relationships.
What Does Real Love Require? | Ephesians 5:21–26
2026/08/16
Does loving someone mean giving up your voice, freedom, or power? What does healthy love look like when you disagree, want different things, or feel like you’re always the one compromising? Real love isn’t about control, keeping score, or always getting your way. Scripture offers a different picture: love that sacrifices, serves, listens, and submits—not because one person is less valuable, but because both people are learning to submit to Jesus. Ephesians 5:21–26 points to Jesus as the ultimate example of selfless love. He willingly submitted to the Father and gave Himself for us, showing us what sacrificial love looks like. Whether you’re married, dating, or single, consider this question: What relationship are you insisting on controlling—and what would it look like to surrender it to Jesus? Reflect on Ephesians 5:21–26 and explore what real, selfless love can look like.
Why Is Communication So Hard? | Genesis 3:1-7
2026/08/09
Why do we keep misunderstanding the people we care about most? Why can a simple conversation turn into conflict, hurt, or distance? Communication problems are not just about choosing the right words—they reveal something deeper about the brokenness we experience in relationships. From the very beginning in Genesis 3, words were used to create doubt, blame, and separation. But God’s answer was not to leave us stuck in broken communication. Through Jesus, we can experience a reset from the inside out. As we see in Genesis 3 and James 4, humility, grace, and a restored relationship with God transform the way we relate to others. Discover how to build better relationships by learning to communicate with humility, clarity, and grace. Watch and explore what God says about healing the way we connect with one another.
Are You Focused on the Wrong Thing? | Matthew 9:35-38,10:1
2026/08/02
What if the pursuit of happiness is leaving you feeling more empty instead of more fulfilled? Why do we keep chasing happiness, yet still feel like something is missing? Jesus invites us to see life differently. Instead of making our own comfort the center, He calls us to have compassion for people who are searching, hurting, and far from God. In Matthew 9:35–38, Jesus looks at the crowds with compassion and reminds His followers that the harvest is ready, but the workers are few. A meaningful life is not found by constantly asking, “Am I happy?” but by becoming more like Jesus and joining Him in bringing hope to others. Watch and reflect on what it means to live with a heart for the harvest.
What do real Christian friendships look like? | Romans 12:9-18
2026/07/26
Why do friendships feel harder than they should? Why can we be surrounded by people and still feel disconnected, unseen, or alone? Real relationships require more than shared interests or convenience. They require commitment, humility, and a foundation that can hold us together when life gets difficult. In Romans 12, Paul describes what genuine love and community look like—not fake connection, but relationships marked by honor, sacrifice, hospitality, and peace. The answer isn’t simply trying harder to be a better friend; it starts with Jesus, who paid our greatest debt and calls us to love others from the overflow of His grace. Explore what it means to build meaningful friendships and live in harmony with others. Watch, reflect, and discover how faith changes the way we connect.
Do I Really Need Church? | Acts 2:42-47
2026/07/19
Can you follow Jesus without going to church? And if you've been hurt, disappointed, or disconnected from church, is it even worth coming back? Many people are searching for authentic community but end up feeling isolated, skeptical, or convinced that faith can be lived alone. In this message, we explore what the Bible actually says about the purpose of the church through Acts 2:42–47 and Hebrews 10:23–25. Instead of a building or an event, Scripture presents the church as a people who gather, give generously, and grow together because of what Jesus has done for them. If you're wrestling with faith, community, or wondering whether church still matters, this message offers a hopeful, biblical perspective worth considering. Watch, reflect, and discover what real church was always meant to be. If this encourages you, subscribe for more messages exploring faith and everyday life.
Is Your Faith Real? | Luke 6:43–49
2026/07/12
Ever wonder why your faith feels strong one day and falls apart the next? Or why life’s hardest moments seem to reveal what's really happening inside you? Jesus teaches that the greatest danger isn't failing publicly—it's building a life that only looks solid on the surface. In Luke 6:43–49, He compares our lives to trees, storehouses, and houses built on foundations, showing that pressure doesn't create what's inside us; it reveals it. The answer isn't trying harder or appearing more spiritual. It's coming to Jesus, allowing Him to change the heart, and building your life on the only foundation that stands when the storms come. If you're searching for truth, wrestling with doubt, or wondering whether your faith is real, this message is for you. Watch, reflect, and discover what it means to build your life on the Rock.
Are You Believing Fake News? | 2 Timothy 4:1-5
2026/07/05
Why do the things that feel right often leave me more anxious? Is it possible the voices I’m listening to are shaping what I believe more than I realize? We live in a world where comfort is often confused with truth. But Scripture warns that people will reach for voices that only say what they already want to hear (2 Timothy 4:3–5). Today, that doesn’t just happen in conversations—it happens through constant feeds, algorithms, and content designed to keep us reacting and agreeing with whatever confirms us. The problem is that what feels satisfying in the moment often doesn’t heal what’s going on underneath. It’s like scratching an itch that never actually goes away. Jesus offers something different. Not just ideas that feel good, but truth that actually restores the heart and brings clarity in a noisy world. If you’ve been trying to figure out what to trust, what’s real, and what’s just noise, this message is for you. Watch and reflect on what’s shaping your mind—and where real truth is found.
Living with a Fake ID? | Jeremiah 17:5-10
2026/06/28
Ever feel like you're still trying to figure out who you really are? We live in a world that constantly tells us to "follow your heart" and define yourself from the inside out. But what happens when your feelings change, your confidence disappears, or the identity you've built starts to crack? This message explores a deeper question: Can we trust ourselves to tell us who we are? Looking at Jeremiah 17 and Ezekiel 36, we discover why the Bible describes the human heart as unreliable—and how Jesus offers something far better than self-discovery: a new heart, a new identity, and a new foundation for life. If you've been searching for truth, purpose, meaning, or clarity about who you are, this message is for you. Watch, reflect, and explore what it means to live from a new identity instead of performing for one.
