I reviewed this undercooked sequel to Legend of Runersia for the Switch 2. This is a segment edited out of the podcast instead of my usual solo reviews -Eric

This episode is a short news segment in hopes of getting to a game night (didn't happen), Eric's game review might be interesting to BreakMan, Frank needs a new back, and of course lots of political bitching!  Fun for all!   Join us 1st 3 Fridays of the month http://twitch.tv/RPGrinders or Mexican Long Hair on YouTube 7EST.  Thanks for listening!       Break is a great summarizer         Unlike me           But thats ok           I think.           Still here?         Uhm......yah.....               Nope nothin still!

It has been a long, busy week. Lots of hard work and helping family. I'm mentally and physically beaten and feel like I could sleep for 3 days straight. However, I feel as though we made a lot of progress and the back breaking labo... oh shit. Sorry. I thought I was writing in my diary.  What I meant to say was please download the latest episode of RPGrinders! In this episode, we talk about... um. Shit. I don't remember. Did we even do an episode? I know we had news, Stinkoes, and Sweetoes, right? Cause we always do those. So, they had to happen.  Plus reviews. We always review something, don't we?  Let's see. What do I remember? I remember that Break showed up late to avoid reading the news. Frank and Eric are used to that. Since I have no memory of the news, I am going to assume it never happened. I could listen to the episode to confirm but it's not like I have quality standards.  Break might now have been there on time for the news but he showed up on time to screw up his own reviews. What did Break review? F**k if I know. Something about Killing rich people, and one about a flying man and his magical muppet.  Thankfully, Eric and Frank handled the rest of the reviews. Abominable snow creatures, anime superheroes, and more benefit from better reviews. It wouldn't be a Grinders with Stinkoes, I think. I am pretty sure they happened. It wouldn't be a normal week if Eric wasn't calling out the game industry for their numerous failures. The show wouldn't feel right if Break didn't have 99 problems, but at least the bitch ass government isn't 1. It's at least 70 of his complaints. And Frank, um his Stinko was something or other about something doing something with something else and in a place... It had to do with something happening and people were there and they did something or didn't do something. One thing is for certain. Something happened. After Stinkoes we usually like to do Sweetoes so we dont end on a sour note. At least, we usually do Sweetoes. Maybe we did them first, this time? Maybe we didn't do them at all? Did we even do a show? Was I there? Well, usually Break is enjoying the failures of the American government, Frank likes to stay more grounded and personal, while Eric finds something in the gaming industry to celebrate.  The show happened, right? Maybe I'm just repeating crap I heard in older episodes. I guess I could download the show and confirm but NAAAAAH. I'm just going to assume that it is on there, because nothing ever goes wrong when people make huge assumptions! If it is dead air, I'm not worried. No matter how bad things may occur on this show, I always have one sure fire backup plan. Blame Frank for everything.                                                                            I just wonder how far you will scroll down before you get bored and quit?                                   Seriously, you are still scrolling?!

I did something a bit different this time and edited an excerpt from Episode #857 of the podcast to review three games, that are in order: R-Type Dimensions 70's-Style Robot Anime GEPPY-X Verho: Curse of Faces All for the Xbox, but they are also available on other platforms. Be sure to tune in live for the show itself, Fridays at 7 PM EST on Twitch(RPGrinders) and Youtube(MexicanLongHair)!

In this episode of RPGrinders, the crew does a small amount of news before getting into reviews. Break and Frank review the new Masters of the Universe film, Break review Mortal Kombat II, while Eric and Frank review Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Afterwards, the stinkos have it's usual suspects, and after the Sweetos, the topic goes into a Free-for-All about the encroachment of AI once more, and the disappearance of physical anything via a number of artificially induced factors. If you want to listen live, please tune in Fridays at 7 PM EST on Twitch(RPGrinders) or Youtube(MexicanLongHair)! Stay Safe!

In this casual episode the guys have only 3 news stories and get sidetracked (or side quested) to discuss current events including the US government and also A.I.  Basically we are all f*&$%$!!  Hope you all enjoy this smooth talkin episode for a good change of pace. We are on usually first 3 Fridays of the month LIVE on Twitch http://twitch.tv/RPGrinders and YouTube just search RPGrinders or Mexican Long Hair.  Thanks for listening!!!   I wished I could do summaries like Break Man......         But I cant.........             Well, I probably could but I'm too lazy........           Allegedly.......         For entertainment purposes only........             Take that Break!!

I reviewed this rather poor action game that shamelessly uses the Disgaea name. PS5 and Switch 2 versions covered.

I reviewed the PS5 version of this fun, if flawed Korean indie RPG! P.S. I said in the review that there wasn't a diffuculty setting, and I forgot that there actually is. Sorry for misspeaking! Although I do wish there were individual modifiers so you had more leeway.

I reviewed the PS4 and 5 versions of this silly action and chaos-filled romp!

After nearly a month off due to illness, sabotage, betrayal, and maybe even murder, the RPGrinders are back! It was a hard-fought month. We've been bloodied and beaten but not defeated! We are back and nothing can derail us again... after Frank's week off Vegas vacation. Then we will be back, again!   Since the Grinders were off for a little bit, the news kind of piled up. Even worse, Break is late. But that can't derail the news and the massive amount of release dates. For the first time since pre-pandemic the Castlevania franchise is back with a brand new entry. It's time to get excited because we have that release date and many more. Including the next Star Wars game, the Fable remake, and several Switch 2 ports.   This show was slightly unusual as it was shorter, and Break didn't have a thousand Stinkoes. So instead, the Grinders spent some time to discuss the state of video game physical media and the announcement from Sony that their plan on ending the development of physical media. Will the old gamers be able to understand that newfangled technology? How long will the digital media last? How long will you be able to play the games you purchased? What are the positives and negatives of a future without discs or cartridges?    Although this episode was shorter. There is nothing that can stop the Grinders from coming back the following week!  Wait. What's that? That was the Friday before last and there was no episode last Friday... Um. I blame Frank!                   Also, Game Night will be back reeeeally soon! Frank continues his quest of world domination, or something like that.         Yea, yea. This one is shorter than usual. Sue me!                     Actually, don't do that. I have no money for which you would want to sue.               I'm not the lawsuit you are looking for.

I decided to play a bunch of Metroidvanias for May, for Maytroidvania month, but this spilled over to June and July, and soon to be August for Search-Action Soulsvania Summer! That leaves us with a whopping 6 games to cover! In order(I didn't bother putting in timestamps, don't have the time!) 125 - Islets 126 - Crypt Custodian 127 - Biomorph 128 -  Bo: Path of the Teal Lotus 129 - Afterimage 130 - Nine Sols

I reviewed the Switch 1 and 2, and Xbox versions of this amazing, but somewhat flawed soon to be classic RPG!

I reviewed the Xbox version of this fun WarioWare-esque platform action game!

I reviews the Switch and Xbox versions of this fun retro-styled metroidvania! P.S. - I keep calling the subtitle Tear of the Fallen Earth, when it's just Tears of the Earth. My bad!

In this mostly Game Night only, the crew ditches the usual format to just do news, followed by El Chupacabra's Quest to just rest in peace after winning a match. Be sure to tune in live to listen to the hilarity and dice rolls as they happen in real time!
