We're moving on to the herb series where we start off with the versatile rosemary. We'll learn some old uses for it, some cool facts, and of course all about its metaphysical uses. Then we have a couple spells at the end that use rosemary. Halfway through the episode my mic fell and then it didn't sound the same after so I apologize for that, hopefully it still sounds ok. Starting off the series all about crystals, we have the magnificent quartz! What historical and scientific evidence shows the kind of power of quartz? Let's talk about it! We'll hear some ways that it's used metaphysically of course. Then the episode rounds out with a simple protection spell to try out. Hope you enjoy!! Where to start but with the things you already do in your everyday life, and making them witchy! We don't always have time for rituals and intricate spells, so these are just some easy ways we can still feel connected to our craft. I also talk a little about Lammas as it is on August 1st! I didn't want to go too in depth in the sabbats just yet, but as it's the first one since starting the podcast, I couldn't just let it go by without a little something!
