Respectful Tech-Driven Hiring: Modernizing the interview process with technical skills assessments, accompanied by personalized video walkthroughs, ensures high technical standards while maintaining an empathetic candidate experience. AI as a Safety Net, Not a Replacement: Utilizing custom AI checklists and automated pre-month-end tools provides a secondary pair of eyes for team members on off days without sacrificing human judgment.
