What happens when states attempt to supplant illegal cannabis markets dominated by organized crime by creating legal markets? More and more states around the world are turning away from fifty years of expensive and ineffective repressive drug policies. They are choosing another path: direct intervention in certain drug markets, by regulating and/or controlling their functioning. Their motives are varied: improving public health, ending prison overcrowding, and deprive criminal organizations of part of their resources. What are the issues involved in legalizing cannabis? Will all the promises of legalization be kept? And how do the cartels react? Who will benefit from this legalization? Filmed in the United States, Canada, Uruguay, Mexico and several European countries, this documentary will mainly explore the issue of cannabis, but it will also discuss the impact of its legalization on other drugs. Every year, up to 50 million tons of electronic waste - computers, television sets, mobile phones, household appliances - are discarded in the developed world. Since recycling is costly, around 75% of this waste ends up being shipped to countries such as India, China or Ghana, where it is dumped illegally, polluting the environment and affecting the lives of those forced to live with it. Mike Anane, Ghana’s most experienced environmental journalist goes on an investigation which begins in the heart of the City of London, takes us to Spain, Germany and Brussels, and ends at Agbogbloshie, one of the largest e-waste dumps in Africa. The film will reveal how e-waste is diverted from the legal recycling circuits in Europe and sent to the Third World, using false paperwork and with many of those in the know turning a blind eye. En obtenant une plus grande indépendance, en revendiquant une meilleure répartition des tâches et en investissant la sphère du travail, les femmes ont malmené un modèle mis en place pour et par les hommes. Du coup, l’identité masculine qui semblait une évidence pendant des siècles se voit mise à mal aujourd’hui, comme l’indique l’apparition de toute une série de qualificatifs qui tentent de cerner le nouvel homme moderne : métrosexuel, ubersexuel, novocasual, entre autres. Ces changements ont-ils eu un impact au plus intime du couple ? Comment les rapports de séduction ont-ils évolué ? En quoi le désir masculin s’est-il trouvé bousculé, modifié ? Le film de Gérard Miller et Anaïs Feuillette entend répondre à ces questions à travers les témoignages de sept hommes, parmi lesquels Philippe Geluck, Philippe Caubère, Raphaël Enthoven et Philippe Besson.

Parce qu’au sein de leur propre couple ils n’étaient pas d’accord sur le supposé “mystère” de la sexualité féminine, Anaïs Feuillette et Gérard Miller ont décidé d’aller recueillir les témoignages singuliers de sept femmes pour éclairer leur différend. Parmi elles : Jeanne Moreau, Rachida Dati, Emma de Caunes ou Clémentine Autain. Désirs féminins, au pluriel, parce qu’il ne s’agit pas de définir de manière absolue ce que serait le désir des femmes, mais de chercher au travers de ces sept expériences des réponses aux questions que chacun se pose sur ce que Freud appelait le “continent noir”.
