Her recent work based in trash pick ups featuring knots of lobster trap ropes curated by the oceans vortex highlights the beauty of our natural systems and our complex relationship with them, ultimately calling to action environmental awareness. As North Carolinians who steward lands from mountains to marshes, Constance's work calls attention to the enriching opportunity for artists and community members based in clean up initiatives and creativity weaved into our daily lives by how we chose to capture and portraiture ourselves.

NC band Lilly Flower talks their discography, evolution, collaboration and curated soundscape of inspirations. Blending punk, electronic, and ambient styles Lilly Flower is amping up the Raleigh scene after live shows at Chanel Beads and Hopscotch music festival and are brewing up new music as their bands sound grows together.

Sophia Stel reflects on her discography, sonic worlds and creative process; commenting on the factors that led to the projects and their sounds. Her work in deeply intertwined with personal experience referencing and building worlds off of her own intertwined with heartbreaks and personal renaissances. Inspired by pop and alternative pop, Stel blends genre and practices to create jams across the board.
