Then: this week marks the three-year anniversary of the October 7 massacre in Southern Israel. The resulting Israeli invasion of Gaza sparked two years of war, destroyed much of Gaza and left 74 thousand Palestinians dead. Eyal Mayroz is a Senior Lecturer in Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Sydney. he's written about the anniversary and the questions that remain.

First up, randomised drug testing for beneficiaries will be on the way if the National Party is elected. But will it actually do anything minimise illegal drug use? Joan Buchanan is a tenant advocate and resident at Newtown Park apartments, she talks to the the panel about how she sees the system failing the most vulnerable. Finally: a new company is trying it's damnest to leverage off NZ's large sardine population to provide locally harvested sardines to the local market. Can they do it and who knew we had loads of sardines anyway?
