Pharmacy student Kylie Harris joins Megan Lynch. She's a student at UHSP St Louis College of Pharmacy, and will be participating in a walk-through clinic offering free Flu and Covid vaccines. She points out that pharmacists play, 'such a huge role,' in medicine. The event runs between noon and 4pm on Friday, October 9 on the College of Pharmacy campus in the Central West End.

St Ann Mayor Amy Poelker was a vocal opponent of the Better Together proposal that would have merged St Louis City and County into one large regional government. That idea to 're-unite' the City and County was pulled from consideration in 2019 due to public outcry, including Poelker's. Now, she says after studying Louisville, Kentucky's merge, she says an outcome like that could work here. Michael Calhoun asked her about it and previews a meeting at the St Ann Aquatic Center tonight.

KMOX's Maria Keena explores the situation facing residents of Northern Village Apartments in Jennings. St Louis County Executive Dr Sam Page is calling on the County Council to offer funds to aid in relocation to numerous families who are facing utility shut-offs, raw sewage and mold issues in the complex. It's 'a very ominous setting here,' says Page. 'This has been going on for 2 1/2 years,' says Page, 'the living conditions here are terrible.'
