Surrender to Jesus and Live for What Lasts | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/10/12
We spend years building a life, and then a season changes. The kids grow up. The things we worked hard for don’t last forever. Yet God has planted eternity in our hearts. So what is our one and only life really for?
In the final message of The Long Game, Rich brings that question to Jesus’ words in Matthew 16. He speaks to the part of us that wants to follow Jesus and still finds it hard to let go of control.

Put God First in a Crowded Life | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Chris Cary
2026/10/08
The day fills up quickly. By the time we’ve answered what feels urgent, there may be little attention left for the people we love or our own walk with Jesus.
In week four of The Long Game, Pastor Chris looks at what it means to seek God’s kingdom first in that kind of life. He draws from the apostles’ decision in Acts 6 and the quiet routines of Jesus, then brings the message home to our relationships and the faith we hold on to in hard seasons. The response starts with one practical choice.

Your Past Is Not the End | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/09/28
“I wish I could go back and do things differently.” Rich says that after talking about words he has spoken to people he loves. A sentence can be over in seconds and stay with us for years.
In Week 3 of The Long Game, Rich reads Philippians 3 with that kind of regret in view. He asks what it would mean to stop letting those moments set the direction for the rest of our lives, and to turn toward Jesus instead.

Make the Most of Every Opportunity | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/09/21
A conversation at work, time with family, a stop at a convenience store—ordinary moments can carry more weight than we realize. In Week 2 of The Long Game, Rich follows Ephesians 5:15–18 from intentional living to an ongoing relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Together we consider how an eternal perspective changes our priorities, why opposition does not always close a door, and what it means to listen and respond to God today.

Living Today With Eternity in Mind | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/09/14
At 52, Rich began meeting with a mentor who told him, “I just want to help you finish well.” Ten years later, that conversation still helps explain what he means by the long game: a life of faith that keeps pointing people to Jesus, even after we’re gone.
In the first week of The Long Game, Rich brings that perspective into the life we’re living now. He reflects on growing older, being renewed in faith, and trusting Jesus with the concerns that can occupy our whole day. The question he asks us to carry is personal: What am I doing with my one and only life?

What It Really Means to Be Blessed | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Chris Cary
2026/09/08
We say “blessed” so often that we can stop hearing what it means. Chris returns to the blessing God asked the priests to speak over his people and lingers on the thought of God turning his face toward us. That kind of attention matters when we’ve begun to think of ourselves as a failure or feel forgotten.
Through Jesus’ teaching and the prayer of Jabez, Chris invites us to receive God’s care in the season we’re actually living in and to ask him for room to bless others.

Finding Contentment When More Is Never Enough | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/08/31
We keep imagining that contentment is waiting at the next raise, the next milestone, or the moment life finally settles down. The trouble is that “enough” keeps moving.
In Philippians 4:11-19, Paul writes about learning contentment while thanking a church for its generosity. Rich explains why that connection matters: generosity is a practice that loosens greed's grip and teaches our hearts to trust Jesus in seasons of both plenty and need.
This message also returns Philippians 4:13 to its context. The verse does not mean we will always win. It means Christ gives us strength when we do and when we don't.

How to Move Through Spiritual Dryness | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Chris Cary
2026/08/24
Jesus told the church in Ephesus that they were still doing faithful work, but they had left their first love. It is possible to keep serving and praying while something inside grows cold.
Chris understands that tension. In this episode, he talks about the season when his prayers felt like they were hitting the ceiling and the spiritual habits that once helped no longer felt effective.
Rather than treating that wall as proof of failure, Chris offers a way to face it honestly, stop trying to outperform it, and let God and trusted people meet us there.

Forgiveness Takes One. Reconciliation Takes Two. | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/08/24
Esau came toward Jacob with 400 men. Jacob had taken the birthright that belonged to his brother and then stayed away for decades. When they finally met, Jacob bowed seven times. Esau ran to him, embraced him, and both brothers wept.
Watching from the back of the family was a young Joseph. Rich points out that Joseph would one day need that same picture of repentance, forgiveness, and reconciliation when the brothers who sold him into slavery stood before him.
In the final week of Getting Over It, Rich Greene holds these two reunions beside Paul's command to forgive as Christ forgave us. One person can release a debt. Reconciliation also needs the person who caused harm to repent. When repair is impossible or contact would be unsafe, forgiveness can still send the hurt away without reopening the door.

When People Hurt You, God Still Stands With You | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/08/10
Paul knew what it was to be harmed by one person and abandoned by people he trusted. He did not pretend the hurt was small. He named what happened, left justice with God, kept a wise boundary, and prayed for those who failed to stand beside him.
In Week 2 of Getting Over It, Rich walks through Paul's response in 2 Timothy 4 and the assurance underneath it: “The Lord stood with me and gave me strength.” This is an honest conversation about resentment, prayer, boundaries, and learning to trust God's presence when people have let us down.

How to Let Go of Anger and Bitterness | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/08/03
Some hurts do not disappear quickly. A betrayal, an absent parent, a broken relationship, abuse, or years of small offenses can leave anger and bitterness working below the surface long after the moment has passed.
In Week 1 of Getting Over It, Pastor Rich teaches from Ephesians 4:26-32 about the grace we have received and the grace we are called to give. This message names the difference between repressing pain, rehearsing pain, and releasing pain to God. Releasing is not pretending the harm was okay. It is bringing what is real to God so resentment does not keep defining your future.

The Gospel Changes How You Treat Difficult People | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Rich Greene
2026/07/27
How do you respond when someone hurts, betrays, disrespects, or refuses to forgive you? The answer is rarely simple, but Pastor Rich reminds us that these are gospel questions—moments that reveal how deeply the grace of Jesus is shaping the way we live.
In the final week of Transformed, Rich teaches from Romans 12:14-21 and calls us to bless instead of curse, pursue peace where possible, release revenge, and overcome evil with good. None of that means denying the harm or remaining in an unsafe situation. Instead, Rich shows how wise boundaries and tangible acts of goodness can keep hurt from having the final word through us.

How to Live Well | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Josh Mienser
2026/07/20
What does it really mean to live well—especially when life is busy, difficult, or draining?
In Week 4 of Transformed, Pastor Josh teaches from Romans 12:11-13 and shows that living well is not the same as living a perfect life. It means serving God wholeheartedly without faking enthusiasm, remaining patient and prayerful when trouble comes, and keeping our lives open to the needs of people around us.
If you want your faith to shape the way you meet pressure, pain, people, and everyday responsibilities, this message offers a clear and hopeful next step.

2026/07/13

You Were Never Meant to Follow Jesus Alone | LIFEchurch Sunday Message | Amy Johnson
2026/07/06
If you have ever wondered where you fit in the church, this message is for you.
In Week 2 of Transformed, Pastor Amy teaches from Romans 12:3-8 and shows how humility, spiritual gifts, authenticity, and connected community all flow from knowing who God is.
This message explores what it means to think of yourself less without thinking less of yourself, why the body of Christ needs every part, and how God's kingdom values hidden faithfulness over status and approval. If you have felt disconnected, uncertain of your role, or tempted to keep your faith private, this teaching offers a practical next step.
