#67 Clever Skills with Lynne Cazaly
2026/06/02
Environments and contexts today are uncertain and complex. They are shaped by forces beyond our control.
So you can’t really follow or stick to only what you know. We need to have the ability to think, adapt and act in better ways when clarity is incomplete and the path forward is unfolding. And of course we need to still remain deeply human.
How do we do that? Let’s explore that with Lynne Cazaly in this episode “Clever Skills”.

#66 Beyond Permission: Why we still do not act (even when it's safe to try) with Erin Faehrmann
2026/05/13
This episode goes beyond the idea of "permission to play" and explores what really holds people back.
In a rapid fire questions style format, this is a conversation around what it actually takes to move from permission to practice, and what we might need to stop pretending along the way.
So...
Can play exist when stakes are high and time is short?
Even when permission is given, why do people hold back?
Where does "play" break down or not work as expected?
All these questions and more in this episode.

#65 The quiet ways we kill learning with Jean-Paul Bayley
2026/04/29
In the kind of work we do today, whether that's when leading teams, facilitating conversations, or navigating change, Learning is Not Optional.
It is how people adapt, align and move forward.
And yet, many of the ways we share knowledge unintentionally get in the way of that learning. Not in obvious ways, but quieter ones.
We default to lecturing because it feels efficient.
We structure conversations tightly because we want control.
We fill the silence because we are uncomfortable with not knowing what will happen next.
These patterns do not look like problems in the moment. But over time, they reduce people's ability to think for themselves, contribute meaningfully and apply what they hear.
In this episode between Jean-Paul Bayley and Sarika Kharbanda, we take a closer look at these habits and what shifts when we start designing for learning in environments that are complex, uncertain and constantly evolving.

#64 Indulge in the luxury of purity because your skin eats too
2025/10/16
In this episode Sarika Kharbanda sits down with Geeta Prakash, founder of Parama Naturals, to explore how everyday experiences, life's unexpected known and unknown challenges, and the wisdom of ancient traditions can spark powerful change.
From navigating allergies and corporate life to discovering the healing power of #turmeric and mindful selfcare, Geeta shares her journey of weaving health, heritage, and sustainability into a modern wellness brand Parama Naturals.
They unpack what it means to create change that heals from inside out, and how reconnecting with nature's simplicity daily can inspire leaders, managers, and change makers alike to pause, reflect and re-align.
This conversation is such that reminds us that sometimes, the biggest shifts begin not in boardrooms, but in the quiet intentional choices we make for ourselves.

#62 How Yoga is Transforming Lives
2025/09/25
In this episode of Perspectives of Change, we look at yoga not just as a practice on the mat, but as a lens for transformation in life through the journey of our guest Tahera Dashti.
Tahera touches on the student-teacher relationship, the role of props, and how online vs offline classes shape experiences.
We also look at when anyone could begin yoga, the excuses or the internal blockers that hold people back, and what it takes to just begin.
Presence, discipline, courage, overcoming our own blockers are as vital in leading teams as they are in practising yoga.

#58 Facilitating Change when you don't have all the answers
2025/08/20
What do you do when everyone looks to you for answers—and you’ve got none?
In a world where change is constant and complexity is the norm, many leaders and facilitators still carry the unspoken burden of needing to “know it all.”
But here’s the truth: in complex environments, expert certainty can actually get in the way of meaningful progress.
It’s not your job to fix everything. It’s your job to make it possible for the right conversations to happen—and the right people to lead them.
