After a tragic awakening, when confronted with the question of, “Sabbatical or Suicide?” Kathleen reaches a breaking point. She leaves her marriage of 13 years and hops on a plane to cross the ocean alone. In her podcast, “Sabbatical or Suicide,” Kathleen breaks her silence and shares not just her journey but also the similar struggles of others, all with the sole mission of reminding all of us that we are not alone, that this life, right now, is worth living.
