☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE In John 17, Jesus prays for His church just hours before His arrest, and His prayer reveals four things He desires for His people. He prays that we would be different from the world, not removed from it, but set apart and holy to God. He prays that we would be sent into the world the same way the Father sent Him. He prays for complete unity among believers, and He prays that through our lives, the world would see the love of the Father. Together, these four desires paint a picture of what the church is truly meant to be.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49684426   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://www.summitchurch.online/_api/public/file/download/bond_69245ffd586d4c328d27320056fee346   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Faith is not always easy, and Jesus knew that. Before going to the cross, He promised His disciples that the Holy Spirit would come and keep them from falling away. The Holy Spirit is not a distant force but a person who lives in every believer, guiding, strengthening, and pointing us back to Jesus. He gives us timely words from Scripture when we are confused or struggling. He corrects our misunderstanding of sin, righteousness, and judgment so we can see where we truly stand before God. And when we have drifted, He shows us the way home. No matter how far we feel from God, the Holy Spirit is actively working to keep us close to Him.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49679179   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://www.summitchurch.online/_api/public/file/download/bond_0739bfaf9af846f0a66f8b274438ee9d   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Most of us have been taught that growing as a Christian means trying harder, but Jesus offers a completely different path. In John 15, He describes Himself as the true vine and calls His followers to remain in Him, not to strive harder on their own. The fruit of the Spirit, including love, joy, peace, and patience, is not produced through self-discipline. It grows naturally when we stay connected to Christ. Abiding is a continuous, moment-by-moment practice of returning our hearts and minds to God. When we remain in the vine, what flows out of us is not our own effort but His life. That is the fruit a watching world desperately needs to see.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49677759   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://www.summitchurch.online/_api/public/file/download/bond_6d0ad0072dce4233b71f446f7e3b4998   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Living an extraordinary life as a follower of Christ has nothing to do with wealth, success, or comfort. In John 14, Jesus gives His disciples three powerful callings: do not let a troubled heart rule over you, do the works He has been doing, and obey Him out of love. He provides two anchors for a troubled heart, knowing the plan God has and knowing the Lord Himself. Obedience is not powered by willpower but by the Holy Spirit, who lives inside every believer as a helper and advocate. You already have everything you need in Christ for a life that is purposeful, peace-filled, and deeply meaningful.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49671419   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://www.summitchurch.online/_api/public/file/download/bond_f6fd32fb64c0469ba75d26a5ee7d38b7   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE What does it really mean to be great? In John 13, Jesus answers that question in the most unexpected way possible. At the Last Supper, He gets up from the table, wraps a towel around His waist, and washes His disciples' feet, including the feet of Judas, the man who was about to betray Him. This act was not symbolic. Foot washing was considered so degrading in that culture that even Hebrew slaves were not permitted to do it. Jesus did it anyway, and then He told His disciples to do the same. True greatness, in the kingdom of God, is not fame, position, or accomplishment. It is the willingness to kneel before someone who may never thank you for it.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49669400   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://www.summitchurch.online/_api/public/file/download/bond_75d869c85e384cceb5cd36e098fa9db0   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE The ways of God and the ways of people are fundamentally opposed, and John 12 makes that unmistakably clear. When Jesus declares that the hour has come for Him to be glorified, He is not pointing to a throne room or a military triumph. He is pointing to a cross. The crucifixion is the glorification, because it is where the full weight of God's love and character is put on display for the world to see. Just as a kernel of wheat must fall to the ground and die before it can multiply, followers of Jesus are called to surrender their self-focused lives so that something far greater can grow through them. Holiness is not something we achieve through striving. It is something God gives us through faith, and then cultivates in us through the ongoing process of surrender. The path to a full and fruitful life is not self-improvement. It is self-surrender.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49665049   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://www.summitchurch.online/_api/public/file/download/bond_109c8c8f199441498fb1db25005c7b44   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Jim’s message explores what it means to trust Jesus when God seems silent or delayed, using the story of Lazarus in John 11 to show that God’s silence never means His absence and that Jesus is deeply present and moved by our pain. Rather than promising formulas or easy answers, Jim urges us to pour out our pain honestly to God, trust Jesus as the resurrection and the life even in our confusion, and pray for others in our circle who are hurting.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49664540   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://page.church/15stxh65bb1f4c5   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Jim’s message, “The Good Shepherd,” proclaims that when you have Jesus, you truly lack nothing—He alone is the Gate, the Gatekeeper, and the Shepherd who lays down His life for His sheep, offering real rest and security in contrast to the many “thieves and robbers” like consumer Christianity, legalism, celebrity culture, prosperity teaching, political entanglement, and faith deconstruction without Christ. Jim calls us to know Jesus’ voice, follow Him ruthlessly, and rest in His grace as we join Him in loving and serving others.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49658444   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://page.church/15vkngg5f2675fe   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Jim teaches that while we often seek fulfillment in things that can't satisfy, only Jesus truly meets our deepest needs as the living water and light of life, offering us freedom and permanent belonging as God's children. The message calls us to let go of false sources of hope, follow Jesus' guidance, and rest securely in His grace.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49654653   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://page.church/1aiay427282c68d   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Andrew explains from John 6 that Jesus is not just a provider of temporary needs but the true "Bread of Life," offering eternal sustenance to those who receive Him by faith; while the crowds wanted physical provision and political rescue, Jesus challenged them to recognize their deeper spiritual hunger and trust Him as the willing atoning sacrifice, the only source of lasting life—underscored by Peter’s confession that He alone has the words of eternal life.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49650689   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://page.church/1c3vugx9247afe1   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Andrew talks about how Jesus’ miracles in John are like road signs pointing beyond themselves to reveal Jesus’ true identity, challenging us to trust and surrender to him rather than just being impressed by what he can do. He urges us to trust Jesus even without seeing the outcome, warns that miracles alone don’t produce real faith, and reminds us it’s possible to understand Jesus’ claims yet still refuse to surrender. The invitation is to move beyond using Jesus for our desires and instead honor him as Lord, reflecting honestly on what might hold us back from true trust.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49645788   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://page.church/thcaxnb72b66f3   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Jim explores how Jesus meets us in our driest, most ashamed places, just as he did with the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4. Instead of avoiding those considered unclean or unwanted, Jesus moves toward them with grace, offering “living water”—a renewing relationship with God that truly satisfies, unlike the “broken cisterns” we create to cope on our own. Jim emphasizes that Jesus knows our full story yet still offers dignity, welcome, and transformation. We are invited to confess where we’ve been hiding, receive his grace, and share this hope with others, responding through prayer, communion, and community.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49645086   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://page.church/3dhd3g3b9b89e5   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Jim teaches that knowing God isn’t about following rules but receiving a miraculous new birth through faith in Jesus, who was “lifted up” to save rather than condemn. We’re called to fix our eyes on Christ, not our failures, and to show both truth and grace to others, reflecting God’s love and inviting everyone into His light.   ☞ BIBLE APP NOTES https://www.bible.com/events/49639735   ☞ GROUP LEADER GUIDE https://page.church/1vrls4cf69e0bed   ☞ NEXT STEPS 🙏 Pray with Us, 🤝 Connect Card, 💚 Give, 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Church Online, 🗓️ Plan a Visit, ✋ Ask a Question, ☕️ Meet with a Leader, 🏘️ Find a Group and more... https://launcher.nucleus.church/launcher/48b6a92fec2b4b561b9c   ☞ FIND US ON SOCIAL https://www.instagram.com/summitchurch.online https://www.facebook.com/summitchurch.online

☞ ABOUT THIS MESSAGE Jim opens with a striking reality: thousands will take their last breath today, and yet God made each one of us not out of necessity, but out of love. Walking through John 1–2, he reveals how John the Baptist modeled the secret to a meaningful life: knowing your role and letting "He must increase, I must decrease" become your anthem. Jim unpacks Jesus' first miracle turning ceremonial washing water into the finest wine as a stunning picture of grace: God replacing our religious striving with the overflowing freedom of His love.
