213: 10 Clues You're Under the Influence of a Mental Block
2026/10/01
Have you ever had a decent day suddenly turn into frustration, exhaustion, or a decision you can't explain? A mental block isn't always obvious. It can show up as tuning out, procrastinating, or snapping at something small. This episode walks through ten clues that a mental block might be running the show, and why they tend to get louder right when you're closest to real change. Key Takeaways: A sudden wave of frustration, a headache, or indigestion can be your body's way of telling you it's a mental block, not just a bad moment.Mental blocks often get stronger right before a breakthrough, not weaker, because change can feel threatening to the part of you wired for safety.Putting off a decision isn't always a mental block. Sometimes it's discernment, waiting for the right fit instead of settling.Noticing your reaction to small, everyday frustrations is one of the fastest ways to tell if something deeper is running underneath. 212: Feel Undeserving? 3 Ways to Clear Worthiness Blocks and Manifest Faster
2026/09/24
What if what you want is something a part of you doesn't believe you deserve? You know what you want, but it's not happening. I share how a hidden need to prove myself was blocking me, plus three simple exercises to see if you're ready to receive. Key Takeaways Ask yourself, "Do I deserve this?" If a part of you says no, your goal can stall even when you're clear on what you want.Constantly proving you're good enough is a sign of a deserving block. If you can conceive it, you're worthy of receiving it.Break your goal down until your body says yes. A yes means your unconscious mind believes it's safe and possible.Journal the question "What's so troubling about...?" to uncover your first next step.Rate your goal's difficulty. If it's above a 5, shrink it. If the timing is off, let it rest for now. 211: 5 Ways to Get Better at Receiving Help and Manifest With Ease
2026/09/17
Why is it so hard to accept help? Strong, accomplished people often struggle the most with receiving, whether it's a compliment, a hand with the groceries, or support from their own unconscious mind. This episode walks through five practical ways to shift into a more receptive state so things actually flow instead of you muscling through alone. Key Takeaways: Your body is like a powerful employee that already knows you. If you never communicate what you want, it can't help you get there.A few minutes spent planning your day before diving in can shift you into flow instead of friction.Catching a negative thought within the first few seconds keeps it from setting the tone for your whole day.Meditation styles aren't one-size-fits-all. Some calm your mind for insight; others guide you toward a specific outcome.Receiving isn't passive. Practicing it is what makes support actually reach you. It's designed for exactly this: getting you into a state where support can actually reach you.
210: How Autopilot Habits Keep Us Stuck and What to Do About It
2026/09/10
Why do we stay stuck even when we know better? We focus on problems hoping clarity will bring relief. Instead, that focus grows into an unconscious pattern that quietly runs our life on autopilot, filtering how we see our relationships, our work, even ourselves. This episode shows what happens when that filter finally clears. Key Takeaways: Whatever you focus on grows, including problems. Dwelling on what's wrong expands it, it doesn't fix itSelf-criticism doesn't stay contained. It leaks into frustration with the world and disconnection from people closest to youBefore blaming a relationship, job, or situation, check whether an old, unrelated wound is distorting how you see itYou don't need a dramatic overhaul to change how something feels. 209: How to Manifest Without Pressure
2026/09/04
White-Knuckling vs Relaxed Strength: Manifesting With Flexibility What if letting go is actually the stronger move when it comes to manifesting? Lately, I've been exploring a gentler, more nurturing definition of strength, one that isn’t about pushing yourself harder, but about trusting yourself more deeply. In this episode, I’ll share four stories from my own life and from the journeys of people I’ve worked with, where the most important lesson wasn’t about effort, but about noticing when I was holding on too tightly and gently choosing a new direction. I let go of a gym membership, a book project that needed me to release a collaboration I cared about, a client who realized her true need was healing rather than money, and a personal goal that finally came to life only when I stopped chasing it so hard. Key Takeaways: Relaxed strength doesn’t mean giving up. It’s about staying lovingly committed to what matters to you, while letting go of the need to control exactly how things will unfold. Most of us weren’t taught this kind of gentleness, especially in a culture that celebrates powering through at all costs. When a collaboration or plan starts draining your energy instead of nourishing you, that discomfort is a gentle signal, not something to bulldoze through. Releasing what wasn’t working brought a wave of creative energy back into my book, and it was published in November 2023.Often, the goals we think we want are actually stand-ins for something deeper. I once worked with a client who insisted money was her top priority, but what she truly needed was to care for her health. Holding tightly to the surface goal kept her feeling stuck for years.Sometimes, what blocks a goal has nothing to do with the goal itself. There was a time I set an objective to enroll three new clients, but nothing happened until I turned my attention toward healing the relationship with my son. That same month, two new clients arrived naturally, without me having to force anything. Free Resource: If you’re finding yourself pushing for something that just isn’t flowing right now, you might want to try the 10 Minute Momentum Reset at http://mindfulachiever.com. It’s a gentle invitation to pause, check in with yourself, and listen for what’s truly needed, rather than pushing harder toward a plan that no longer fits.
208: 5 Ways to Trust That Life Will Work Out for You
2026/08/27
How do you become your own manifesting cheerleader? Not with fake positivity, but with real evidence from your everyday life. Lately, I've been reflecting on why I carry so much faith that things will work out. I think it comes down to noticing small moments and giving myself gentle encouragement. In this episode, I’ll share the honest, imperfect ways I build that trust, step by step—because hope alone isn’t enough, but paying attention is. Key Takeaways: Trust that life will work out isn’t just a mindset. It’s something you gather, little by little, from your own experience. Slow down and give yourself credit for the small wins, even when they seem insignificant. Every little bit counts.A good night’s sleep can change everything. When you’re rested, it’s easier to notice the good things around you and to show up for your day with more patience and kindness—for yourself, too. Those little moments of synchronicity like a message from someone you miss, or stumbling on a sale for exactly what you need, are everywhere if you’re willing to slow down and notice. Life has a way of winking at us when we least expect it.Try a small gesture of gratitude: put a hand on your heart, or whisper a quiet thank you. It’s a way of letting life know you noticed, and what we appreciate tends to return to us.When something disappoints you, it’s tempting to keep retelling the story. But often, sharing it over and over just makes it feel heavier. Try pausing and gently asking yourself: “Do I want more of these experiences?” That little bit of awareness can stop a tough moment from snowballing. Free Resource: If you're feeling disconnected from the good things already happening around you, start with the 10 Minute Momentum Reset at https://mindfulachiever.com. 207: Why Are You Trying to Prove Yourself? How to Stop Seeking Validation
2026/08/20
We're all trying to prove something. Get the promotion, land the client, be seen as good enough. I've been sitting with why that pattern runs so deep, and where it actually starts. It goes back further than most of us realize. Our parents cheered our first steps. They celebrated when we learned to swim. We had a built-in audience from the very beginning, and somewhere in there, we got wired to seek recognition. As entrepreneurs, we build a business case around that wiring: more visibility means more clients, more revenue. So the pattern doesn't just stay; it gets reinforced. In this episode, I walk through the questions I ask myself when I catch this pattern running, including a story about a team member I unknowingly gave my power to, and a piano metaphor that's stuck with me ever since. Key Takeaways: Performing for approval comes from a real, valid human need to be seen and loved, not a character flaw. Shaming yourself for it just adds another layer of performanceKnow the difference between someone else's actual expectation and one you've quietly placed on yourself. That distinction changes what you're allowed to let go ofAsk yourself: is it even possible to win at this? Sometimes you're playing by rules no one ever told you, and no amount of effort will fix thatA piano player who trusts their hands plays better than one staring at their fingers. 206: How to Manifest From Joy Again: Heal Manifestation Burnout
2026/08/13
Maybe we should be called human doings since we don't focus much of being haha! ! I've been sitting with that question, and it cracked something open for me. We live in a culture that rewards productivity above almost everything else. Finish the project, hit the goal, check the box. But somewhere in all that doing, many of us lose touch with the spark that makes our work, our relationships, and our manifesting feel truly alive. What I've been learning from The Law of One has made me realize that people aren't actually seeking more knowledge from us; after all, AI can deliver information endlessly. What really matters, and what transfers between people, is our genuine presence. So, here's a gentle invitation: before diving into any activity, simply pause and check in with how it makes you feel. This small daily practice can change everything. Key Takeaways: If your manifesting practice has started to feel like one more task on your to-do list, that's often the first sign it's tipped into burnout rather than flowPeople aren't looking for more information from you. They want to feel your presence. Especially in service-based work, your warmth and authenticity matter more than any facts or tips you could share.Checking in with how you feel before an activity, not just after, can redirect your whole day in secondsJoy isn't just a reward for expansion. It's the very source of it. When you let joy lead the way, growth follows naturally. Trying to force growth often leads us away from the ease and fulfillment we're truly seeking. 205: How to Stop Worrying and Start Manifesting What You Want
2026/08/06
Is it possible to use worry to help you manifest? That’s the question I explore in this episode. Worry isn’t productive. It’s like a car idling, burning fuel while going nowhere. However, worry is also information: it’s your unconscious mind trying to alert you to something you’ve been putting off or avoiding. Here’s a simple exercise: grab a piece of paper and write down everything that’s bothering you. Keep asking yourself, “what else?” until you uncover something you’ve been avoiding making a decision about. When you find it, write the decision at the top of a blank page, close your eyes, and ask yourself what feels right. Sometimes the answer is as simple as “not yet” or “give it three more days.” Even that can lighten the load. Setting a goal that feels too big can backfire. If your unconscious mind can’t see a path to it, worry replaces momentum. Breaking a big goal into smaller, achievable steps like rungs on a ladder gives your mind something tangible to work with. Key Takeaways: Worry is unconscious energy running in the background—it’s rarely random.Writing down what’s bothering you and repeatedly asking “what else?” helps surface what you’re actually avoiding.A pending decision left unaddressed often shows up as worry or even physical tension.Setting a goal that’s too big can create worry instead of progress. Break it into smaller steps first.Clearing even one small pending task creates real momentum for what comes next. Call to Action: Want to put this into practice? 204: True Self vs. Ego: The Real Key to Manifesting a Fulfilling Life
2026/07/30
In this episode, I’m diving into what sets the ego and your true self apart—and why that difference matters so much for living a life that actually feels good. So many of us chase validation, recognition, or a sense of belonging from the outside world, only to realize what we’re really searching for has been inside us all along. We talk about how the ego’s craving for recognition can drown out your inner voice, why things just flow better when you’re in sync with your true self, and how reconnecting with that deeper part can change your relationships, health, and the way life unfolds. When you learn to confirm yourself instead of relying on others to define your worth, life begins to unfold from a place of alignment rather than struggle. Key Takeaways The True Self is that steady part of you that’s always connected to something bigger—whether you call it Source, wisdom, love, or just your own deep knowing. The ego chases recognition, but the True Self already knows you’re worthy, supported, and enough—no extra proof required.Manifesting gets easier when you create from a place of alignment, instead of scarcity or that feeling that you have to prove yourself.Chasing other people’s approval usually leaves you feeling separate and cut off from your own guidance.Simple things like meditation, getting outside, or just spending a little time with your thoughts can help you reconnect with the True Self and trust where life is taking you. This week's invitation For the next week, notice when you find yourself looking for validation, approval, or recognition from someone else. Pause for a moment, place your attention on your heart, and ask yourself: "What am I truly looking for from this person?" Then listen quietly for the answer. You may discover that what you've been seeking from the outside world has been within you all along. If this episode resonated with you, consider subscribing, leaving a review, or sharing it with someone who might need a little reminder of their own inner wisdom today.
203: A Faster Way to Manifest Big Goals: Focus on the Result, Not How to Get There
2026/07/23
How do you break free from fixed limitations and rigid thinking that block new possibilities? That's what I explore in this episode. When I want something big and complex, my brain instantly turns it into a project plan. Write the to-do list, set the timeline, figure out step A, then B, then C. I used to manage large projects for companies like Sun Microsystems and Oracle, so I know that instinct well. But manifesting doesn't work like a project plan. The moment I start dictating every step, I cut off the flow of synchronicity and the easier paths that could get me there. A client once told me her goal was to make more money. As we talked, we discovered her true desire was to buy a home. Years of financial setbacks had left her discouraged, so pursuing money directly just led to more resistance. But once she focused on the home itself, her vision became clearer and more energizing, and the obstacles seemed lighter. I also tell you what happened after I mentioned wanting to buy a house on the vision board episode with Tiffany. Three weeks later, my son brought me an idea I never saw coming, one that could get me there faster than I expected. I didn't force it. I didn't plan it. I just focused on the result and let it come together. Key Takeaways: Turning a big goal into a detailed to-do list can narrow your perspective and block unexpected opportunitiesChasing a goal you feel resistance toward (like money) often causes more friction than pursuing the deeper desire behind itFocusing on the end result—and the feeling of already having it—often reveals easier paths than mapping out every stepStrategic manifesting still matters, but don't confuse it with pure logic. Leave room for intuitive guidanceSometimes the fastest path shows up on its own once you stop forcing the how Please Share: If this episode resonated with you, I'd love a review wherever you listen to the podcast. 202: The Wish List Exercise - How to Turn Thoughts into Things
2026/07/17
Can writing something down and forgetting about it actually help you manifest it? In this episode, I share the "Future Possibilities" Wish List exercise that's helped me and many others manifest everything from small wins to seemingly impossible outcomes. I also share the story of a friend whose Wish List led to a mini miracle. Key Takeaways Doubt has levels, and it matters. Not all doubt is equal. I discuss noticing whether you're facing a mild "I'm not sure" or a heavy "I've tried this before, and it never works," because that difference can help you understand what's blocking your goals. Your conscious mind sets the direction; your body does the work. I compare the conscious mind to a ship's captain and the body to the unconscious "doer"—the part of you that actually carries out your intentions. Write it down, then let it go. The Future Possibilities (Wish List) exercise works best when you write your desires, put the list away, and avoid checking it for three to four weeks. Focus on the end point, not the "how." If you focus on HOW a goal will happen, that's the fastest way to block it. State the outcome, not the path. Right timing and right action beat forcing. Progress doesn't have to happen on a rigid schedule. Trusting your intuition about timing can be more effective than pushing. Resources Mentioned: Free gift of the Future Possibilities (Wish List) exercise! Email me and mention this episode, and I'll send you the exercise as a free PDF you can print and use right away. If this resonated with you, please share the episode with someone who could use a little more ease in their manifesting practice. I'd be so deeply grateful if you pass it along.
201: The Manifesting Breakthrough: How to Succeed Where Most Struggle
2026/07/09
Everyone wants the secret formula for manifesting, but what if there isn’t one? In this episode, I challenge the idea that manifestation follows a fixed recipe. Lasting results come from aligning your conscious and unconscious mind, trusting in the right timing, and releasing the inner resistance that keeps you stuck. I share a personal story and practical insights from Mindful Achiever; you’ll discover a more peaceful and effective approach to creating the life you want. Key Takeaways There is no universal formula for manifesting; each person’s journey unfolds in its own way.Trying to force outcomes often creates resistance rather than results. The right timing and action can lead to opportunities better than anything you could have planned.Hidden emotional blockers and unresolved stress can quietly interfere with your ability to manifest.Creating harmony between your conscious and unconscious mind helps you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease. 200: The Effortless Path to Your Goals: How Intention Beats Willpower
2026/07/04
Why do some goals unfold effortlessly while others leave you feeling exhausted and frustrated? In this episode of Mindful Achiever, I explore the distinctions between intention, goals, desire, and willpower—and explain how understanding these differences can transform your approach to manifesting success. Most of us are taught that success comes from working harder and relying on willpower. But what if there’s a more sustainable way? I share why intention creates alignment, how desire fuels momentum, and how excessive willpower can lead to burnout rather than meaningful progress. You’ll also learn a simple framework I use with clients to evaluate the desirability and difficulty of goals—helping you choose objectives that generate natural momentum rather than constant resistance. If you’re interested in goal setting, manifestation, mindset, personal growth, or creating success without burnout, this episode offers a fresh perspective and practical tools you can use right away. Key Takeaways Discover how intention, desire, goals, and willpower each shape your results differently.Learn why relying on willpower can drain your energy, while intention fosters greater alignment and lasting success.Find out how rating your goals for desirability and difficulty can help you manifest faster and with less resistance.Understand how right timing and right action enable you to accomplish more without forcing outcomes. 199: Interview on Vision Boards That Work: The Out of the Box Method to Manifest Faster
2026/06/25
Are vision boards genuinely effective, or are they simply another form of wishful thinking? If you've ever created a vision board only to feel discouraged every time you looked at it, I felt the same way!  In this episode of Mindful Manifesting, I sit down with my friend and creative strategist, Tiffany, to explore why so many vision boards fail and how to create one that actually motivates, inspires, and supports meaningful progress. Tiffany offers a neuroscience-informed approach that shifts the focus away from material possessions and unattainable dreams. Her method transforms your vision board into a tool for intentional action, not just a reminder of what's lacking. Key Takeaways: Why most vision boards fail and can unintentionally reinforce feelings of lack. How to design a vision board that inspires action, not just displays wishes. Why it's crucial to align your goals with your personal values rather than society's expectations. How your brain processes visual cues, and why celebrating evidence of progress is vital for motivation.
