Peruquois is a world-renowned vocalist, composer, and healer whose extraordinary voice has become a vehicle for transformation, connection, and emotional healing. In this episode of Be Here For Awhile, she shares her remarkable journey from music to healing, exploring the relationship between the human voice, the body, nature, and the deeper parts of ourselves. Peruquois opens up about the experiences that shaped her path, the healing potential of sound and vibration, and what it means to use music as a way of coming home to ourselves. Together, we explore vulnerability, intuition, transformation, and the power of simply being present. This is a conversation about finding healing not by escaping who we are, but by listening more deeply—to ourselves, to one another, and to the world around us. Rachael tells us a true tale of her first Sasquatch sighting that she never expected to happen while visiting her friend's cabin in the woods. Then we turn our attention to the town hall meeting where Greg threw his hat in to become our little town's next Marshall. You are invited to this year's Rugby Rocks! Okay… so apparently this is a real thing and not just the plot of a low-budget alien movie. This week, Rachael sits down on the ranch with retired police officer Greg Feinman to talk about one of the weirdest unsolved mysteries in America: cattle mutilations in southern Colorado. We’re talking cows found in open fields with bizarre surgical cuts, missing organs, no blood, and absolutely terrified ranchers. Naturally, the conversation spirals into UFO theories, government cover-ups, cult rumors, and what it’s actually like investigating something no one can explain without sounding insane. Rachael tries to figure out whether she should be genuinely concerned or if this is just the universe proving that Colorado is the most chaotic state in America. In this relaunch episode of Be Here For A While, Rachel sits down with Marston Hefner, son of Hugh Hefner, for a conversation that goes far beyond the headlines. From growing up at the legendary Playboy Mansion — complete with elaborate, custom-built Halloween haunted houses — to becoming a high-level backgammon player wagering thousands of dollars in a single night, Marston opens up about intelligence, probability, risk, and identity. This isn’t a tabloid conversation. It’s a thoughtful, funny, and self-aware deep dive into strategy, psychology, and carving your own path when your last name already carries a legacy. Smart, surprising, and refreshingly honest — this is how Be Here For A While returns. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Rachael reminds us that all the world's a stage even if it is the local market "Ringos" in our tiny little mountain town of Aguilar, CO. Rachael recently took a part time job as a cashier and is swiftly cultivating a wealth of new comedy material from all of the characters and chaos she encounters behind the counter. We also touch on the loss of our beloved pets, our horse Easy Boy and our dog Blue. Losing a pet sucks - may they rest in peace. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Robin has a story that is so tragic and traumatic that it's hard to believe someone could endure so much chaos at such a young age - but we are blessed enough to have her sit down with us and trauma dump some tales of her dysfunctional upbringing, by her request. Extraordinary is not always happy and bright it can bare the brunt of years of darkness and the extraordinary perseverance to carry on and pave brighter days into your future - and that is just what Robin has done. She is our friend and we are proud of her. Part two coming soon.    Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. There is a cowboy we know, who would prefer to be called a "horseman" that long ago had a criminal past.... his stories are like Hollywood screenplays and most of them you wouldn't believe.... but this one, the tale of a hired hit, where the criminal listened to his conscious and against his better judgement be-friended the target.... this is a story we've been waiting a long time to gain his trust enough to let it be told on the podcast. What a perfect way to re-launch Be Here For Awhile... On The Ranch Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Hey Friends! I'll be back with an update on Be Here for a While soon! But in the meantime if you're looking for content, head on over to my other podcast Seven Deadly Sinners https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/seven-deadly-sinners/id1515042150 Season 3: Comedian George Carlin once said “may the forces of evil become confused on the way to your house.” But what if that evils starts within your most trusted organization, your home...your own family. In Season 3 we are covering some of the most wicked and corrupt cases yet, cases so far reaching that they involve some of the wealthiest and highest levels of society committing the most evil of crimes. These perpetrators are so desperate to keep their sins under wraps, they’ve created a cover up they’ll kill for.   Think about it, when religion becomes organized crime you’ve got a group so sinister that the devil is applying for membership. But we are also covering cases that start within the home, small fish with a huge impact. You don’t have to be in power to be powerful....Hey you only need a few people to believe in you to destroy generations of lives.  Hell you only need your family to believe in you. In Season 3 of Seven Deadly Sinners host Rachael O'Brien will be covering cases so dark, so corrupt, that she's honestly a little bit scared.   Make sure not to miss this wild ride by subscribing to Seven Deadly Sinners on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you like to listen!
