Every day, we step onto a spiritual battlefield, and one of the enemy’s greatest targets is our mind. Through lies, condemnation, fear, temptation, and doubt, Satan wants us to forget who we are and who we belong to. In this message from our Born for Battle series, Pastor Brandon LeFevre unpacks the Helmet of Salvation from Ephesians 6 and how salvation protects us by reminding us whose we are and what Christ has already secured for us. Because of Jesus, we don't have to live defined by our past, failures, feelings, or the accusations of the enemy. There is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. The battle for our souls has already been won! We don't fight for victory—we fight from victory.

In Week 5 of Born for Battle, Pastor Peter continues through the Armor of God with the Shield of Faith from Ephesians 6:16. What do you do when you know what God says, but what you see, feel, and fear seems to say something completely different? Faith doesn’t mean the arrows never come. It means the arrows don’t get to control you. The shield of faith rises when the truth you believe becomes the step you take.

How do you protect your heart from the attacks of the enemy? In Week 3 of our Born For Battle series, we explore the Breastplate of Righteousness from Ephesians 6 and discover how living in alignment with God's truth protects our minds, emotions, desires, and choices from Satan's schemes. Pastor Peter unpacks the difference between striving for perfection and resting in the righteousness that Jesus has already won for us through the cross.
