Hemani, the justices basically said the feds can't automatically strip someone of their Second Amendment rights just because they occasionally use marijuana. This isn't some blanket green light for everything — it's narrow and focused on the facts of the case — but it's still a solid victory for anyone who values the Constitution over one-size-fits-all prohibitions.
