This series details the struggles and victories of Albert Gregory, a formerly morbidly obese child and adolescent. He lost over 100 lbs. & has kept it off for over 27+ years! The first 20 episodes are dealt with in vignettes highlighting singular moments in his childhood. From episodes 22 to present, it deals with post-weight loss struggles. From dealing with continued disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and more. Mostly how the coping mechanisms developed in childhood continue to sabotage his personal and professional life. Interviews of formerly obese people are sprinkled in as well. Gregory has kept over 100 lbs. off for over 25 years. His website www.naturopathicearth.com contains articles on how you can accomplish the same feat. This e-book “Confessions of an Obese Child” is available on Kindle and Nook. His main podcast series, Holistic Health News, covers medical coverups, clean eating and weight loss tips, holistic/naturopathic approaches to wellness and more.
