Dr. Stephen Cabral developed his passion for health & wellness after going through severe health complications at the age of 17. Ronald Rendall Harrington was born in Trinidad in 1977, the son of a Carpenter and a Builder. He is married for 25 years and is a father of 3 boys and one grandchild.  In 2005, he graduated from Empire State College, State University of New York as an electrician. He was working in the electrical field for 19 years with the Local 3 Union IBEW.  Ronald has many years of experience in carpentry, electronics, and PCB design (Printed Circuit Board) and has been studying plasma Technology for over 2 years at the Keshe Foundation Spaceship Institute (KF SSI).

Daniel went to the University of British Columbia in Canada to study exercise and nutrition. While over 95% of his classmates wanted to be a physiotherapist, he wanted to be a fitness trainer, to give others the same feeling he had, and confidence that translates into their business and all areas of life.    While Daniel began his career with in-person training, his main focus now is online, where he can help more people get better results than he could in person. 

Teddy is the Founder of RBLD Fitness (Pronounced "Rebuild Fitness") and also works full-time as a Tech Sales Executive. Teddy teaches his clients how to sustainably lose fat, build muscle, and find the balance between hard work and joy in their lives. He is passionate about simplifying the fundamentals of exercise science, nutrition, behavioral science for his clients to promote long-term changes to their minds and bodies. When he's not working, he's probably binging a true crime documentary or exploring New York City with his wife and dog.
