Unbelievable scenes. City have done it. City will be playing Premier League football in 2026/27. How on earth has this happened?________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Well that's been a week and a half! City are still off to Wembley, but their opponent has changed, so we called an emergency podcast to preview our new opponent, Middlesbrough.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

And the show goes on.. We're off to Wembley again! 10 years on from our first season City are once again in the Play Off Final, where they will face Southampton.. at this stage. A terrific second leg performance at Milwall sealed things for City with a terrific performance from Mo Belloumi.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Still pinching ourselves! Actually made the play offs from a position that looked dead and buried halfway through the first half. Now a two legged tie with Milwall is all that stands between us and Wembley... bring it on.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

It all comes down to this, with City's chances surprisingly a lot better than they could have been, with Wrexham's loss to Coventry. A win against Norwich and bettering Wrexham's result has City in, although Derby can't be discounted either. We'll look back on two more disappointing performances against Leicester and Charlton, and preview the big one.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Games are beginning to run out and the margin between 6th and 8th is shrinking rapidly as Derby and Wrexham pick up wins but City can only stutter to a draw with Birmingham. A simply must win fixture against Leicester mid-week would provide City with an opportunity to seal the play offs next weekend.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

It's as you were as despite a disappointing defeat to Sheffield United, both Derby and Wrexham lost. Four games to go and it's still all to play for.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

A disappointing draw with Oxford was followed with a much happier experience against Coventry as City keep pace with the teams in the Top 6 as the pressure begins to intensify.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

A win over Sheff Wednesday settled some nerves as City enter the final stretch with games against Oxford and Coventry, presenting a chance for City to cement a place in the Top 6 and dare to look further up the table.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

A calamitous loss to West Brom as Southampton pulled off a massive win at Coventry tightened things up once again, making for a nervy final game before the international break against a historically bad Sheffield Wednesday.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Another mixed bag as City pick up three points from two games to keep our heads above water in the fight for the Play Offs. A stirring win against Wrexham as players begin to return from injury and a promising fixture against West Brom to come.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

A mixed bag as City pick up the three points away at Portsmouth, but fall to Ipswich Town in a closely fought game in the game in hand. Millwall and Wrexham as the next two games make it all to play for as play offs go on the line.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Just as City's season seemed to be teetering on the brink of calamity, a massive three points against Derby lifted City back into play off conversations. Every game feels huge at the moment, but Ipswich next mid-week may be even huger!________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

No disgrace in the exit against Chelsea, as attention now turns squarely back to league fixtures. Visits from QPR and Derby are vital for City to keep within touching distance of the top two and maintain any sort of gap from the chasing pack. A virtually full strength City must click into gear at the MKM.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

While on the pitch it was a bitter result against Bristol City with a performance more reminiscent of the first months of the season, off the pitch it's a chance to reflect on ten years as a podcast, with The Tigers Down Under founded in February 10 years ago, when City were also chasing promotion back to the PL. We also look ahead to the small matter of the FA Cup tie with Liam Rosenior's Chelsea.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus
