#Titans: Comfort vs. Quality
2026/10/23
The Nashville market and the Titans often count on keeping fans and customers comfortable to a degree because they are happy enough with it, and do distances from actual quality. PK looks at that from a football and sports talk radio perspective. Plus we delve into the invisible tight ends with a quick hit from Delanie Walker, the woes of the short passing game and Cam Ward’s impact on everyone else, the Jordan Elliott incident, Alontae Taylor’s response to his benching and signs of process showing up.The Paul Kuharsky Podcast is sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty. Titans 26, Colts 20
2026/10/19
The Titans found a win in Indianapolis with three takeaways and two big special teams plays while the offense continued to struggle. They feel like it will be something to build on, even as they still have plenty to fix. It ended a seven-game losing streak and an 11-game losing streak in there AFC South, and crushed the 2-4 Colts. Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty.
The Titans Can't Do What They Say They're Built to Do
2026/10/16
The Titans are 0-5 and the things they say are foundational to their success aren't showing up.They say game situations are preventing them from running the ball and rushing the passer the way they want. But shouldn't those supposed strengths be helping them avoid the situations that take them away?On this edition of The Paul Kuharsky Podcast:    •    The Titans' circular explanation for why their foundational principles aren't producing results    •    Ridiculous statistics that illustrate just how bad things have gotten    •    Costly defensive additions John Franklin-Myers, Alontae Taylor and Cor'Dale Flott aren't delivering    •    Cam Ward on faith and Carnell Tate on producing one week and disappearing the next    •    A father's letter to Amy Adams Strunk about his son wanting to become an Eagles fan    •    Are Titans fans still furious, or are they becoming apathetic?    •    How good would Jeremy Walls have to be to justify hiring him with a discrimination lawsuit pending?    •    Burke Nihill and accountability within the Titans organizationThirty years covering this franchise provides plenty of perspective on how bad things have become.Subscribe for independent Tennessee Titans coverage at PaulKuharsky.com. Texans 26, Titans 3:An Absolute Joke
2026/10/12
The Titans talked about their mantra — “Own the South” — leading into their game against the Texans. Then against another 0-4 team from their division they lost by 23 and looked absolutely horrible. The offensive line that has been reliable let Cam Ward get beat up. They turned the ball over twice again. A defense forced field goals for a bit, then gave up TDs. They own nothing but a terrible record and little promise. Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty.
The #Titans mess gets messier
2026/10/09
The newest round of front office firing were a final straw for me with regard to Burke Nihill. But Positive PK is likely to give us a different spin on him and the 0-4 Titans. Tennessee won’t likely run well against the Texans, which means this game will be more on Cam Ward. The Cedric Gray mystery, “own the South”, Robert Saleh on the pace of improvement, and all your questions. Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty.
Ravens 24, #Titans 18
2026/10/05
The Titans fell to 0-4 with a loss in Baltimore, keyed by two bad turnovers. They did reasonable work slowing Derrick Henry, but got beat by explosive plays on three quick TD drives by the Ravens in the first half. That they see Tyler Huntley instead of Lamar Jackson in the second half didn’t matter. And Declan Doyle’s play calling targeting Zay Flowers against Titans linebackers topped Robert Saleh.
Dysfunctional Browns Blowing by #Titans
2026/10/02
The dysfunctional Browns are showing the Titans how to dig out of a hole. Emotions are flowing for Titans fans as they prepare to watch Derrick Henry run against Tennessee. Cam Ward’s footwork is under heavy inspection. The Paul Kuharsky Podcast looks at all that and more, and takes your questions. Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty.
Giants 12, #Titans 7
2026/09/28
The Titans blew a big change to collect their first win and change the conversation when Cam Ward threw a first-down interception close to the Giants goal line to ensure an 0-3 start. He didn’t have to throw it. There was time. There were timeouts. Now they are in recovery mode. Again. Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty. The Paul Kuharsky Podcast, live from MetLife Stadium.
The Titans' Shallow Passing Game Problem
2026/09/25
The Titans passing game in a nutshell: If you're going to run one of the NFL's shallowest passing games, you need to be unusually efficient at completing those passes or unusually explosive after completing them. Tennessee is neither. Plus special teams’ struggles, Kendrick Faulk’s been invisible and JC Latham on playing a great game but having it overshadowed by one bad play. Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty.
Eagles 24, #Titans 20: Better Didn’t Matter
2026/09/21
The Titans did a lot of things better and looked like a competitive football team. But the consensus was better didn’t matter. The Eagles didn’t struggle to put together a game-winning drive at the end, and were a dominant third-down offense that kept the ball for over 36 minutes. The Titans found some good on offense, but were far too inconsistent. Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown and Brown Realty.
Some #Titans Sounded Too Comfortable After Losing
2026/09/18
Some Titans sounded too comfortable after such a bad loss. Can they show up a lot better against the Eagles? Plus Cam Ward patience vs. urgency, Week One is no more a liar than Week Six, Hall of Fame changes, the time pressure is different between fans and coaches/players, Brian Daboll was all cliches, much more and all your questions.Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ and Brown & Brown Realty.
#Titans vs. Jets: An Embarrassing Start!
2026/09/14
The Titans promise improvement will come, but what else could they say after an opening-day disaster where they held the ball for under 23 minutes, didn’t make a play longer than 14 yards and let Geno Smith post a 104 passer rating? Sponsored by Edley’s BBQ.
#Titans-Jets: It's Only Week One, But Tennessee Needs This One
2026/09/11
The Titans don't need to make Week One bigger than it is. But if they're going to show real progress, they need to start beating teams like the Jets, Browns, Commanders and Raiders. On this episode of The Paul Kuharsky Podcast, sponsored by Edley's BBQ. • Why Jets-Titans matters without being a “must-win,” plus Peter Skoronski on the culture change inside the building • The first of the last games at Nissan Stadium: Can you feel sentimental about a dump? • Titans receivers say they want man coverage. Can they actually take advantage of it? • Brian Daboll on the continued work with Cam Ward's footwork • JC Latham on the offensive line's new mentality: “If any of us gets into it, we're all getting into it” • Why the Titans are still talking about their rebrand • The best fantasy play in Jets-Titans might be... the Jets defense. Evan Silva of Establish The Run makes the case, and I might agree Plus, what all of it tells us about where the Titans really are as Robert Saleh's first season begins.
