Prayer isn’t coming down the stairs to see what is under the tree on Christmas morning. It’s a well-pruned garden in your consciousness. Prayer for today isn’t the search of a genie to grant your wishes. It’s having eyes wide open under cover of a clear and vast sky.

Forgiveness, it has been said, is an act of radical self-interest. Forgiveness can look like pardoning, letting go, healing, or reconciliation. One key metaphor for forgiveness is turning the page, and asking the question, “Am I willing to move on from the story I am telling, so that I can embrace the next chapter that is waiting for me?”

Life is forever initiating us into Itself. This is a process that includes much love and laughter but also grief and sadness, and the fear of entering unknown worlds. If we can cultivate a mindfulness in our center, we can see that even amid struggle, a principle of progress is there to move us forward if we let it.

There is transformative power in speaking one's word with authenticity, purpose, and courageous commitment. Yet many choke back their expressions of truth, clarity, honesty, and conviction. A glorious pathway calls each of us to own our values and our beliefs, and to proclaim them without hesitancy or doubt. Actualize the power of consciousness when it is crystalized into creative energy, untethered expression, and purposeful manifestation.

From our earliest days, most of us have been told to have patience. This often became a point of great frustration since it implied that desired outcomes would usually be slow to manifest, and we would often just have to wait and wonder. Discover how patience can actually become a passageway to more of the life you desire.

Explore how self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion can deepen our spiritual lives and transform the way we show up for one another. Through reflection, connection, and shared experience, go beyond the idea of community into the practice of community, where every person has the opportunity to be seen, heard, valued, and supported.

There is a difference between working hard and living on purpose. Many of us feel exhausted because we are laboring without meaning. Spiritual living invites us to align our gifts with our purpose. This Labor Day, we lean into the realm of calling and purpose.

What is the resilience way? It’s the path of persistence even in the midst of resistance. It’s the faith to know that the power within you is always greater than the challenges around you. It’s staying authentic in the midst of the superficial. It’s the courage to be yourself. Fundamentally, it’s your commitment to your Spirit and the adventure that ensues.

Love and hate may seem like opposites, yet both arise from the same creative power within us. In a time of polarization and strong reactions, many of us struggle to embody the radical love Jesus taught—especially when faced with challenging people or conditions. This message explores how unconscious resistance shapes our lives and how spiritual practice allows us to reclaim our creative power, transforming reactivity into purposeful, life-affirming love.

If we learn to listen deeply enough, we discover that the song of the Divine is always playing.

Greg McKeown said that if you don’t prioritize your life, someone else will. It is one thing when this is some critic calling for our attention or some authority figure who doesn’t respect us. It’s tricky when this is the people we love and the work we care most about. There is so much that “should” come first, but if we aren’t careful, we may lose ourselves in the trying. Hence our message today, that in order for who is most important to come first, they must come second.
