It's about to go down! Down like that number on the scale Josh sees in his fantasies but certainly not in real life. Nope, in real life Josh is just watching kids eat poorly, holidays become too sugary, humans become too artificial, straits become too Hormusy, wives become too traddy, landscaper requests that become too risky, dreams that become too scary, sheds become too s****y, preachers become too preachy, and news pundits become too empty. And y'know sumthin...Josh is ready to talk about all of it in a series of rants known as Episode 267, so stream the damn thing and live a long, happy life folks!

Happy new year to the greatest podcast listeners on this place called Earth, a place where humans like Josh get to speak freely about weird nicknames, and the Cocktail soundtrack, and brain surgeries, and neighbors passing, and the old McDonalds rhyming menu ad, and Kokomo (you'll get there faster if you take it slow...), and Dry January, and small talk, and boredom, and Bob Weir. Back to it with a dandy. Y'know how so many things just simply suck? Welp, luckily, Josh is able to capture some of them for a can't miss listening experience. This experience includes observations of Waldorf people, music from the 1800s, s****y current rap, fiercely independent toddlers, homeless celebs, monetizing podcasts, teen fashion, and the temporary existence of humans. Deep? Yep, probably too deep. So now you can get balls deep into this episode! Not those balls silly, volleyballs! Bump, set, and spike your way into this new podcast...okay enough.

Josh reveals his mental health journey and his path to getting help. What a dramatic opening sentence! Click bait? Maybe. Other click bait topics include E-bike bad boys, Trump's potential twists and turns, anxiety spikes, compassion for current generation, careless late 90s lookback, KPop Demon Hunters, battling insomnia, Joey Cassina's art, meds and meds and meds and ASMR steak grilling in the forest. Who knows, this one is another wildcard. Thanks for streaming and supporting this podcast. Josh is able to sift through all of the weird thoughts and reflect on some of the truly profound topics for this special episode. Those topics include hidden photos, igloos, French Felix with funding, artist Joey, Jimmy Kimmel, bucks with weapons on their heads, isolating religion, scrambled eggs, scrambled brain, and Curb. Josh recently turned 44 and doesn't sound a day younger. Emotional and physical aches and pains aside, Josh is ready to focus on the power of the word "f**k" as well as the power of old bulldogs. Josh might also attempt to focus on the exhaustion of taking a family to a baseball game, and the ability for the brain to weaken, and the younger generation not caring about old customs, and micro dosing trauma on smartphones, and picturing the Underground Railroad. Josh also reveals a few obscure things he likes. Josh also types these descriptions that most people don't read but one day a real professional producer might do that but would Josh have to spend a lot of time with that producer? Then, it's a no-go, dealbreaker, Josh'll keep doing the one man band.
