Welcome Back to Cozy Womb podcast, season 22 !!! The focus this season is on : The Mothers and why it's important for us to be our best. We are the root of who our kids become most times. Dad's do a lot but mommy has to take care of herself while carrying the baby, feed herself while carrying the baby, exercise while the baby grows. Read out loud to the baby, play music and take care of her mental health which is a direct link for the baby. Fathers before the creation of a baby please learn your family hereditary history.Your lifestyle will affect your sperm, smoking, drinking and using other drugs. Illnesses like diabetes, high blood pressure, or depression can increase risks for preterm birth babies, low birth weight, and NICU admission for the newborns. For Mom’s, her physical and mental well-being directly impacts kids development, stability, and creating a positive feedback loop where a healthy mom provides energy, patience, and healthy role modeling matters especially if the kids spend more time with mothers. Making sure moms have a, secure, nurturing home for everyone is a big responsibility because there is no “I will see what I can do and call you later” We have to make something happen now. When a mother neglects her health it creates stress and instability, affecting the entire family's resilience and happiness. That’s where all the yelling, less hugs, less laughs come in. Making the “taking care of Mom" stance priority helps everyone. The dad is not stressed, the kids have peace, it’s the best way to care for the family. Can't Be The Only One

We have seen the headlines the recordings and the clinch jaws and interviews as lies are being told. We know that these all these Black people did not take themselves outside and hang them themselves by trees. One incident on camera is not the explanation for them all. We know that our children, despite where we put them in the best schools or the best clothes will still be treated unfairly because their skin. There is no way to escape the ignorance that will come towards your child because of their blackness. Black parents do not get to raise their children in this bubble where racism does not exist.We do not get to raise our children with the mindset that they will be accepted in spaces that they are excellent in. And this episode things I might say may rub you the wrong way, but is it it is the reality of the situation and the faster you raise your child to understand. This is the weight that you carry when you are black the safer your Black Kids will be in spaces where you are absent. If you do not talk to your sons as they grow up with you and let them know what you do is a choice that you are making for them. This expectation of struggle becomes a norm in their minds when it comes to women. Women today are looking for a partners and men who were probably raised by their mothers only. If you want boys to become outstanding men, you have to give them space to develop different characteristics that create that. Boys don't grow up to become great men who are leaders with ethics and empathy for other people because of magic. Rules, guidance and discipline with challenges have to be experienced and practiced.
