There is a big disconnect in understanding leadership styles and there are more people walking away from jobs/careers because of the leaders/managers they have to work with who have no confidence but plenty of arrogance. The options for gaining access to postsecondary opportunities depends on what young people understand prior to graduating from high school. Waiting until 12th grade is essentially too late.
