George Webber of Greenside Primary School
2022/03/16
I speak to George Webber, the inspirational Deputy Head of Greenside Primary School.  George is responsible for a new way of thinking at Greenside, under her stewardship the curriculum is now taught through the lens of regenerative agriculture and food.  The kids grow wheat, they bake bread and they all eat nutritious food made in house. I often hear that the problems in food and farming are reflective of a broader cultural malaise, surely the best way to combat this is through introducing a different way of being to the next generation.
