BrewAsia Day 2 - 5 interviews, lots of beers, lots of chat. 

Interview from the BrewAsia Media Booth with Germaine Clerx, International Sales Manager for Blefa. We talked about how they produce 1.7m kegs a year, which are sold in every country from A-Z. They're accredited to 4 ISO Standards and have industry leading welding technology. Germaine also kept us plied with Pilsner throughout the 2 days for which we are eternally grateful.

Interview from the BrewAsia Media Booth with Leon & Liz, Co-owners & brewers from Tenggara Brewing Co in Indonesia. They are home brewers, turned contract brewers who after a lengthy 2 year process were finally able to produce their first beers in February 2024. This is a really good chat that covers the difficulties of brewing in Indonesia as well as the close community they've found themselves among.

Interview from the BrewAsia Media Booth with Paul Jones, Co-founder of Cloudwater Brew Co  in Manchester, UK. This was a really thoughtful wide ranging conversation that delved into the depths of the industry. If you've only got time for one of these interviews I would make it this one.
